This little place was peaceful, clean, & reasonably priced. The house had everything you needed. The hot tub was a plus. The owners are very responsive. I will stay here again and or recommend to family or friends.

This is my second time staying here and I absolutely love it. It’s becoming a yearly tradition to spend a few days at Matt’s house. The house is so cozy, has everything you’d need for a longer stay, and is in the most picturesque location. There are so many fun options - kayaking, canoeing, reading on the dock, spending a day at the beach, or relaxing in the hot tub. I really can’t say enough good about this place. I feel refreshed and ready to dive back into “real” life.

We plan to stay again in the future.

This house was perfect for my boys and I to enjoy a few days at the coast. A few weeks before the trip we decided to bring home a puppy and Randy graciously let us bring him too! The house is so dog friendly even down to a little dog raincoat. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook with. The house is very clean. We felt right at home upon arrival. There is a very extensive dvd collection with some older gems for those rainy afternoons. There are two beach entrances that are very close, but they lead to Siletz bay not to the ocean. Loved the location as we ventured both south to Newport and north to Pacific City during our stay. We would definitely return to this home for our future coast adventures!

This was an great experience. We usually book closer to my grandparents, but we could not this time and booked this location for the weekend and it has been the place we found yet! Everything was clean and the comfortable and the view of the beach and ocean was incredible. The Cottages are right off the 101 and are a quick drive right into town. If available we will definitely stay here again!!

Carol was an amazing host, very responsive and offered early check-in! The home was super comfy and housed our 8 woman book club well. Really loved the quiet, the hot tub, and the short walk onto the beach. Would definitely stay again!!

Great stay on the coast! This unique house was the perfect home base for a relaxing get together with friends. Short driving distance to lots of activities and the hot tub is the perfect way to relax at the end of the day!

Our stay at Breakers End was wonderful from start to finish! The location couldn’t be better, and every detail was thoughtfully designed and well-appointed. The description was spot on, and Hillary went above and beyond with her communication. She even helped return an item we accidentally left behind. My kids want to go back so they can play in the big private yard and the lofted alcove again! I can’t recommend this place, and its fantastic host, highly enough.

Wonderful little place, but plenty of room for 4 and a dog. We even got visited by a family of deer (two fawns). I didn’t see the book of instructions for what we needed to do before we check out, so we ended up leaving a few pans that were to hot to clean (bacon grease).

This is one of my favorite places to stay. It is so private and the yard is so beautiful--it enhances the pretty house. Landscaping is gorgeous. The house is so comfortable and clean; and I love the ocean colors throughout. The furniture and house are so interesting, too; I like the floorpan a lot. Two bathrooms being offered is wonderful. One bathroom is quite small but certainly adequate. Lisa is very talented at making a place comfortable and pretty and she thinks of everything one might need. Thank you, Lisa!

Paula’s place was cozy and clean. The living room had a great view of the beach and ocean. Beach access was only two doors down and we were able to enjoy multiple long walks with our dog. The neighborhood consisted mostly of vacation rentals and was quiet and safe. Access to dining options were good. A deli was four minutes away, Jerry’s, a pub was six minutes away and Old Town Florence was Twelve minutes away. It was the perfect getaway for a couple!

This beach house is lovely! This house was incredibly well stocked and clean, and steps to the beach. Kenny Lee and Pamela were also incredibly responsive and proactive in their communication. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it.

We had such a nice time staying at Annie's! Beach view from the deck, a short walk to the beach, and quite peaceful. The walking distance to both the beach and the shops were lovely. This place will be bookmarked for future travel to Yachats! Highly recommend. :)

We needed a last minute place to stay and were thankful that we found a place with a washer and dryer. Had a lovely stay!

My kids and I absolutely loved our stay! My youngest was super sad we weren’t staying longer, and I would agree-two nights wasn’t enough! The rain didn’t stop the fun and the view was always beautiful! The beach is a short walk and quite easy for me, my 5yr old, and my senior dog. The home was cozy, close to Lincoln city for shopping and food. Our stay was one to remember and would totally recommend.

Scott is a wonderful host! We appreciated all the extra touches. We had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked. Scott was in communication with us and quick to respond. The home was clean and cozy and in a quiet and private neighborhood just a short walk to the beach access and close by Depoe Bay and Newport, which are fun areas to explore. We had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Greycoast Cottage for our Thanksgiving weekend with our nephew. Thank you Scott!

Wonderful cottage minutes to the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura’s and would come back again for a peaceful getaway. The location was good, we liked being minutes to devils punchbowl and otter rock. Laura was accommodating and helpful. We loved the firepit, gas fireplace, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and neighborhood nice & quiet!

We had an amazing time here! The ocean views was such a treat to wake up to and the surrounding was perfectly quiet and peaceful. Would love to be back again!

Our family LOVED our stay and will be back again when we come through town! The appliances were modern, everything was clean and welcoming, and we felt safe and comfortable. Close to food, shops, and quick drive to Newport, with a quiet, small town woody vibe. Very cool layout, and plenty of room for a family of 5! We especially loved the themed rooms and decor. Easy check in, and very helpful and kind property manager who happened to be on site checking on things after a big storm. We will be back, thank you!

This is our second stay at Chad’s cottage. It was a stunningly beautiful weekend and the autumn leaves reflected in the river with herons and seals cruising by was incredible. Chad and his wife are always super friendly, the cottage spotless and the beds comfy. My husband would take each of the kids canoeing up and down the river to fish for salmon in a canoe provided. If you don’t have a river house with all the toys, this is the next best thing.

What a little gem!! This is such a peaceful quaint bungalow. perfect place to get away from the chaos of the world but still close to good eating and shopping. The backyard was my favorite place, just me and God's creatures! Highly recommend!!

absolutely loved our stay :) this location has turned into the spot me and my lady go when the world is abit to much and we need some time to ourselves. and it always lives up to that and more:)
