Becky’s property was a great place to spend our weekend. The home was easy to find and check into. The home had a great backyard patio and very large hot tub. The game room in garage was a great way to kill some time. The home had everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, and everything else you could think of. Becky was super friendly the whole time. Would definitely recommend staying here!

My wife and me decided on the wonderful place during our move from California to Washington during the last couple weeks before closing. They are wonderful hosts, friendly, caring, just all around wonderful folks, which turned into new friends in the area! We have told all are friends about this wonderful place!!

Heidi's house is beautiful and inviting! We walked in and immediately felt at home. The house is spacious, well stocked, the beds were comfy, and the fountain outside added to the peaceful tranquility of the neighborhood. We loved our stay here and would definitely visit again! Thank you!

Had an amazing time staying here for a winter trip. The living space/kitchen setup was amazing and feels very cozy. The view was amazing whether being in the cabin or outside on the deck and even in the hot tub. Would definitely love to book again in the summer and go on scenic hikes.

Out of this world! Katrina's place in Ellensburg is sort of a dream. We stayed with our two young children on a Christmas-quest to pick up two dogs from a breeder out there. Katrina was extremely accommodating - two puppies!?!- and friendly. The house sits on a farm not far from downtown. It's so peaceful, you can hear horses and cows, stargaze, watch the mountains, and just be still. We loved every moment. The kitchen was stocked - even with kids plates/cups - and the house was beyond comfortable. Outstanding stay and host.

Great place to stay in downtown Yakima - Diane is an awesome host!

Diane was very helpful and responsive. At one point, I had to inquire about possibly extending my stay and Diane got back to me quickly and was able to find an excellent solution. The apartment was homey and comfortable. The samples from the soap shop downstairs were pleasant. It was a wonderful spot to land in Yakima.

all good and as advertised. the only issue, which is nothing the host can control, due to location (downtown) the noise from the main road right under the unit makes it difficult to rest without being disturbed

This place is so cute, perfect size for 1 or 2 people to enjoy time in Yakima for pleasure or leisure. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, a nice couch to read on, a lovely table to sit and dine/work at. The bedroom was nice, and spacious bathroom. Walking distant to a lot! I enjoyed the older building this was located in and seeing the older lights and things. Will definitely consider staying again if back in thr area!

My husband stayed here while travelling for work and absolutely loved it! He'll be travelling more to Yakima and wants to stay here for all the trips, unfortunately, the space is already booked for some of those dates. My husband loved every detail that was thought of- down to the variety of coffee options, and now, after experiencing the heated flooring, wants to put in heated flooring in our bathroom! Absolutely incredible spot! Thank you! We will definitely book again in the future!

Our Bridmar Apt. #206 was easy to find and exactly what we were looking for our weekend getaway: quiet, super clean and comfy bed. Communication with Diane was easy and quick. Entry codes were provided in advance and entry was easy. Top tip: to use the elevator enter via the right door. When entering through the left door, there’s a lovely waft of clean herbal scents from the adjacent soap store. We were not cooking lavish meals so the provided kitchen equipment fit the bill and the apt-sized dishwasher was a nice perk! There were a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance and we were comfortable walking at night. Parking was a little restrictive right in front of the building (be sure to read the signage) but we found convenient, free, parking a block away near the Franz Bakery. The only negative we have is the shower curtain liner should probably be replaced. We’d definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this place for three months for a job. It fits the description and the other reviews - noisy due to thin walls and on a popular road, parking wasn’t an issue for the entire 3 months, laundry was a little annoying because you need to have change. Because the walls are thin, I could hear everything my neighbor did/said, and could smell anything they cooked, and I’m sure vice versa. Also, be prepared to possibly see your neighbors, it is not a private location in that regard. I was warned multiple times not to walk around this area of Yakima alone, so I didn’t. As long as you don’t care about those things, it’s a good place to stay! Diane was responsive, and I had no issues.
