Great place if you want to stay on the Asian side of Istanbul. Couch turns into a sofa bed and is quite big and comfortable. Place is well insulated making it good for a winter stay. Also a really nice Turkish restaurant around 3 minute walk from the apartment. Close walk to the beach as well which I’d imagine would be an ideal walking spot in the summer and springs. Overall would recommend this place. Plus there are so many cute cats in the neighbourhood!

Vi hade det jättebra hos Elif. Vi tog emot lägenheten i ett mycket rent och välkomnande tillstånd! Det var riktigt varmt och mysigt under den här kalla årstiden, och värdarna hade sett till att vatten och kaffe fanns i fall vi behövde dem, och de var ordnade på ett gulligt sätt precis som på ett trevligt lyxhotell. Soner tog mycket bra hand om alla våra behov, från smidig incheckning, svar på alla möjliga frågor till förvaring av våra väskor efter utcheckning. Vi skulle utan tvekan rekommendera den här lägenheten!

I’ve stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s over the years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had so far. Upon arrival Zafer greeted my family later in the evening on Ramadan. He coordinated with our driver to make sure our arrival had no delays or issues. The instructions were immaculate and exceeded expectations. The place is beautiful and has everything you need. The view is gorgeous as well.

Very nice apartment and service - Enes and Olga answered very quickly. Apartment building is located on the busy street near Beyazit tram station, 5 min walk from Grand Bazaar - it's a bit noisy during the day, but quiet enough at night. Appt is located on the 4th floor, but the stairs are very narrow, you should be careful. Comfortable beds, heating and ac, towel dryer and hairdryer in bathroom, tv and wifi - we had almost everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay in Istanbul, hope to get back soon)

We had a lovely stay at Wahid's apartment. Wahid was very responsive, gave us clear instructions on how to get in (we arrived after 10pm) and when we met him in his carpet shop downstairs he was lovely and friendly to talk to, plus the tea was great. The apartment is really well situated, about a 5 minute walk from the Blue Mosque and there are restaurants and shops really close by. This means that it's not the quietest location, but after the first night we got used to it and slept well, once even through the 'Call to Prayer' at 5am! Overall a great stay and don't forget to have a look round Wahid's shop, some amazing textiles!

I had a wonderful stay at these apartments! Everything was perfect – the place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is absolutely amazing, close to everything you need. A special thanks to Gizem, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Öyle güzeldi ki her şey, bir gün yetmedi tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz. Burcu çok içten, çok samimi bir ev sahibi. Evi de kendisi gibi sıcacık. Her odanın ayrı bir havası,ayrı bir yaşanmışlığı var bak bak bitmiyor :) Öyle otel odası gibi düzenli bir yer arayana göre değil. Kedisi Luna ve eşyalarla birlikte sanki hep orada yaşıyormuşsunuz gibi sizi sarıp sarmalayan bir ev. Balkonun manzarası zaten insanı şair eden cinsten. Biz kafa dinlemeye gittik ve martılar hariç neredeyse hiç ses yoktu :) Kitapları, plakları, resimleri,heykelleri ile tam bir sanatçı evi. İlham dolmak için mükemmel. Ayrıca adada yaşamla ilgili ne zaman yardıma ihtiyacımız olsa destek oldu Burcu. Ayrıca Luna ile vakit geçirmek çok huzurlu, çok güzeldi. ❤️

This apartment is a treasure that Gokce y Derya have furnished and accessorized with elegant simplicity and keen attention to the comfort and care of their guests. The bed is comfortable, the linens and towels are of excellent quality, the kitchen has an abundant array of dishes, utensils, and cookware, and the bathroom has fine hand soap and shower gels. There is even filtered water for drinking and cooking and a cut glass carafe of water by the bed. The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood above the town. It is an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the bus station which is the hub for public transport. Gokce y Derya are responsive, but non-intrusive, hosts who care about the comfort and care of their guests. I was encouraged to relax and feel at home during my stay. I had a lovely time in their home.

Beautifu homel just off a vibrant street in a charming district. Convenient to great restaurants, cafes and shops and public transport options to the key attractions. The house is cosy and welcoming with convenient immaculate bathrooms on each floor. The heated floors and large bath are just fabulous!

Great little apartment in a very central and walkable location. Friendly and kind hosts who went above and beyond. Comfortable beds and everything you need. It is an old apartment so the drain in the main bathroom can smell, we just managed this by keeping the doors closed and opening a window.

Orhan bey gerçekten çok ilgili bir ev sahibiydi. Çok keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik. Ev çok tatlı dekore edilmişti.

My stay at Aydogans place was a pleasant experience. Check-in was an easy process especially because he provided a taxi from the airport to the place (at a reasonable price). His son checked me in and told me about places to visit and where to buy stuff around the area. Aydogan was very responsive about any questions or requests I had as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here because of the proximity to places such as Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Basilica Cistern.

Herşey tertemizdi temizlik konusunda bi sıkıntı yok Banyoda sıcak su biraz sıkıntı tam ısınmıyor ama ılık da idare ederdi. Bu soğuk günlerde ev gayet sıcaktı. Herşey yeterliydi. Eksik birşey pis bir durum yok gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilir.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

Es war alles super! Fethi ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war geräumig und in einer ruhigen Lage. Der Abschnitt mit vielen Essmöglichkeiten der großen Einkaufsstraße „Bağdat caddesi“, war in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Abschnitt der Straße, welche Shopping Möglichkeiten bietet ist weiter entfernt. Wir haben uns grundsätzlich sehr sicher und in guten Händen gefühlt, konnten ohne Probleme kochen und waren mit der Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles funktionsfähig und sauber. Vielen Dank!! Gerne wieder!

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!

1 haftalık İstanbul ziyaretimizde kendi evimiz gibi hissettiğimiz bir konaklama oldu. Ev tertemizdi, içinde aradığımız her şey mevcuttu. Sabah o deniz manzarasına karşı uyanmak çok iyi hissettirdi. Sitenin içinde süpermarket eczane gibi yerler olması ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılamayı kolaylaştırdı. Ömer bey her aşamada çok yardımcı oldu, konaklama boyunca hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Bir dahaki seyahatimizde yine tercih edeceğiz.
