Yalova Merkez : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

On the booking you may see many pictures of a very modern apartment, some of the pictures show large modern areas but this is slightly misleading. The pictures are of every room available, in the building and are not a reflection of what you are booking privately entirely. This caused some confusion for me when I arrived. The apartment does have a Hamam which was so much fun! Malik is a very friendly and hospitable host. There is somebody at reception 24 hours and they are always more than happy to help you with directions. Advice and suggestions all being very fair and without bias. Our apartment faced the road on the hill which is constantly blocked with traffic even through the night cars beep at each other constantly. Light sleepers may need to bring some earplugs with them. I had to wear my earphones to block out the noise a little bit. We had trouble with the electric box making a loud humming noise on the last night which kept us awake. The bathroom has seen better days.

Yusuf and his team, specifically Kadir, showed us every courtesy and created an exceptional guest experience. The actual lodging was 5 star, exactly as pictured. We enjoyed seeing the sights of Istanbul, and it was a pleasure to return each night to the peace and tranquility of the Airbnb. Would absolutely recommend!

We had an amazing time at Ali's flat. it is a beautiful space, tastefully and uniquely decorated and including all the needed amenities. Ali went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and was always friendly and responsive. I would totally stay here again.

Потрясающее место. Очень чистое и уютное, персонал приветлевый и вежливый. Отдельно советую пообщаться с управляющим - Эролом, ответит на все ваши вопросы и порекомендует места и рестораны для посещения (рекомендую посетить все кафе/рестораны, что он предлагает - не пожалеете). Бесплатно предоставляют хорошую сауну, есть выход на крышу с оболденным видом, есть закрытая зона в холодную погоду и открытая в тепло. Номера большие, с новой мебелью и уютным интерьером. Крайне рекомендую, остались супер положительные эмоции от посещения.

We had a fantastic stay at Yusuf’s place. Our fully furnished studio room was even better than described. It was so comfortable that with the rain outside, we found it so difficult to leave the property. Having a hob was very useful and it is very well ventilated. Whilst it is in a fantastic area from which you can walk everywhere, in the building itself there was a gym, sauna and beautiful rooftop which we used all of. In addition, having unlimited fresh coffee and tea in the lobby was perfect. However what really stood out for us was the kind and friendly staff on reception. We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived to when we left. I can’t recall everyone’s names but each person we met were so helpful. We spoke to Malik and Erol the most, they were so knowledgeable of Istanbul and made us feel right at home. I thoroughly recommend anyone visiting Istanbul to stay here. We will certainly be returning!

The reception staff was very helpfull and friendly from the first second we arrived.Special mention to Malik,Erol and the guy in the night shift.The hotel is really close to Agia Sofia,Grand Bazaar e.t.c,and really nice renovated.

The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Great location and very friendly host. Close to both the metro and the ferry to you can stay on the cool, quiet Asia side but very easily and quickly (20 min) pop over to the touristy stuff if you want to do that. Relatively quiet and has a lovely sunny balcony. It's a 4th floor walkup so be aware of that if you have luggage or need to haul in a lot of water/groceries and what not. But I mean it's not that bad. Stairs are good for ya.

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement charmant et dans un quartier très agréable. La décoration est sobre et contemporaine, belle ambiance !

Le logement était exactement comme nous l'avions imaginé, très propre, super bien situé si vous voulez découvrir la vieille ville, dans une rue très typique. Filiz a été super, très flexible (notre avion a eu 3 heures de retard et nous sommes arrivés tard). Nous recommandons sans réserve!

Home away from home, great hosts !

This is our most favourite stay in Istanbul so far and we have been here for a while. The place is spacious, including the shower and overall well set out. The bed is super comfortable and the internet fast and reliable. It is on a quiet street with amazing cafes yet steps away from the buzz of lively streets. Can’t beat the location. Only issue was the dim lighting and lack of placemats for the table. The TV could have been bigger and needs better mounting as it looked unstable. Overall great stay!!

The place is fascinating the view is amazing Eyup was replying back so quick i wanted to stay in the place more but unfortunately it was full highly recommended

Ozkan, it was a pleasure to stay at Your studio. Balat is truly amazing and vivid, hippie and oldfashioned, quiet and noisy at the same time. Our visit will be in our memories for a long time, and we surely will come back. We felt in love with turkish hospitality and kidness and we wish to explore more&more. Great stay. The apartment was exactly what we needed for 3 people, clean, well equipped and had all the amenities we were looking for. The apartment was as described, heating was even turned on for our arrival which was a nice touch! Communication all the way through was fantastic. The only thing I would mention about the location is that it is lively outside. And the pool was a bit cold in the mornings. Apart from that it was perfect, would stay again!

Ev çok temizdi, kullanılabilir alan ve imkanları ile hiçbir eksiği yok fazlası vardı diyebilirim. Bal ve Karamel bize iyi bir arkadaş oldular ve eşlik ettiler. Bu sayede de kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Ev sahibi Zeynep Hanım çok ilgiliydi. Giriş günü yapmış olduğu bilgilendirme ile soru sormamıza dahi gerek kalmadı. Kısacası her şeyiyle çok güzel ve keyifli vakit geçirmemize olanak sağladığı için kendisine teşekkür ederiz. ☺️

We enjoyed our stay, the host was very helpful and responsive and even allowed us to check-in earlier. Apartment had everything we needed, centrally located, there is a lot to do in the area, loads of restaurants just walking distance from the apartment and there is a secure parking available. overall very good impression. would stay there again.

Anne kiz tatili yaptik 7 kisi icin fazlasiyla yeterli bir ev. Yataklar cok rahat. Ev piril piril tertemizdi. Evin manzarasi harika. Hava soguk oldugu icin havuz kullanimi yapamadik ama cok guzel gozukuyordu. Adaya geldiginizde kesinlikle ilk tercihiniz burasi olabilir. Fiyatina gore cok cok guzel bir konaklama deneyimi yasadik. Mutfakta ihtiyaciniz olan herseyi bulabilirsiniz.

Me and my family had a great short vacation in the apartment hotel. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days there. The pool and the public space is very nice. But the thing that really impressed us was the view from the balcony. It's hard to tear yourself away from the view of the sea and evening Istanbul.

I liked the house , the view , the pool , not very far from island center you can walk or reach it by bus , the kitchen stuff is limited, very peaceful very quiet , the pool is often empty, you feel free I did not feel disturbed or interfered by the hotel owners during my visit , they helped us with the grill stuff and to transfer our bags from their office to the house . And the house was well clean , equipped , I highly recommend it ✅✅✅

We spent a very pleasant time here and left great memories. The landlord is super good and has been helping us all along
