Great property in a great location. Friendly and helpful hosts who were very responsive. I would look to stay here again if I return to Istanbul and would recommend to others who are visiting the city.

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

Ideal accommodation for our party of 2 couples. Ideal not having to worry about transfer from airport, as Giorgio provided this. Easy access to accommodation. We ate out almost all the time, but with a well equipped kitchen , cooking would have been no problem. Great local restaurant next door, with friendly staff, (also a few others close by). Location is good, though uphill walk to tram lines may not suit elderly or people with mobility issues.

This place is an absolute gem. The rooftop alone is worth the stay but the vibe of the entire flat is just unforgettable and i did not want to leave!

Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location. We went to Istanbul to walk/explore and eat and this beautiful place was in a very quiet, yet central location. James was extremely helpful and gave us loads of recommendations which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay, perfect location, peaceful, superb for focus and creativity. Communication, planning and check-in/out super easy and pleasant with host Orhan. I was there for a week beginning of April. Apartment is exactly as photos, very charming and cozy. Very quiet at night. Slept well. I was there alone working for a few days, before partner joined me. I could work very concentrated and went for long hikes. The forest and multiple hiking paths are right outside the house. Weather at start of April was some cloudy, some sunny, some rainy days. The island sprung into bloom while I was there. Glimpses of sunset over the sea out the window in the evenings. Kitchen with everything for cooking all meals myself. Utterly splendid getaway. After my partner arrived, we had some meals in the center, but generally loved hanging out in the house waving at cats. Apartment is exactly like listing. Wifi is stable and good enough for remote work. Grocery stores 25 min away in the center.

I loved the neighborhood very local close to many attractions! pleasant stay. Remind its a wood house so you have some noises but nothing too bad. I loved there's Netflix and it's so pleasant to be chilling like at home!

Ayten hanım ve eşi Ercan bey çok nazik ve çok iyiydiler. Neye ihtiyacımız olursa hemen yardimci oldular. Ev çok güzeldi ve manzarası da harikaydı. Ulaşım toplu taşıma ile yapılmalı çünkü evin konumu ormanın içinde. Mutfakta neye ihtiyacımız varsa hepsi vardı. Tekrar gelsem konaklamak isteyeceğim bir yer kesinlikle 🌸 biz 3 aile kaldik bir bebek ve bir de çocukla kaldık harika bir deneyimdi cok tesekkur ederiz

Eine sehr schöne ,große und toll ausgestattete Wohnung .Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause .Die Lage ist perfekt - der Hafen von Kadiköy ist quasi vor der Tür und in der Nähe sind so viele Cafés und Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr angenehm ,schnell und freundlich. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. Alles in einem eine klare Weiterempfehlung für einen Istanbul Besuch.

Huseyin's place and hospitality was the perfect escape from the beautiful chaos that is Istanbul. It's tucked away on the hills of Cihangir with hands down the best view of the Bosphorus. The living room was very cozy with a massive couch that I spent many nights working from. The attached sun room that led to the backyard was gem and it made it very hard to leave given it is very rare to find so much space in Istanbul. Plus, the cats that come visit you every morning and evening was like a Disney fairytale, ha. The two bathrooms were small but designed well. The washing machine worked well. The kitchen was minimally stocked but there are so many restaurants in the area that I didn't even bother to cook. The bedroom has a view of the backyard and was nice to be able to sleep with the windows open free of noise given the positioning of the apartment. The building itself has a lot of charm, seemed historic, and generally felt safe! Wifi was very strong to be able to work remote!

Tuba is an outstanding host - she communicates swiftly and goes above and beyond for her guests. Her apt was amazing with stunning views. Transportation in instanbul can be a hassle and tuba was able to provide us with direct pickup and dropoff back to the airport and even got us a personal cab to take us all over the city. Even though our stay in instanbul was affected with horrible weather, we were still able to make the most of it. I would highly recommend her apartment and Tuba in general as a host! Thank you for everything!

The accom: exactly as described. So close to so many top attractions in Istanbul. The surrounding streets were full of restaurants. The beds were comfy and my family of five adults were so comfortable for our four night stay. The host: Mehmet is amazing. He met us at the apartment then went through the apartments huge history. He gave us a map and helped us with where the main attractions are. Mehmet booked tours for us and organised cars both from the airport then back to the airport at the end of our stay, at below the price we would have paid. Highly recommend this property if you’re staying in Istanbul.

엄마랑 둘이서 사용하기에 부족함 없었고 친구랑 와도 참 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 호텔처럼 엄청 넓지는 않아도 욕실이 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았고 근처에 교통시설도 있기에 편하게 여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다

Очень хорошая квартира, в отличном состоянии, с хорошим расположением, есть всё, необходимое для жизни. Хороший дом с тихим двором и охранником внизу, было спокойно. Очень приятный хозяин, быстро отвечала и выдала четкие инструкции при заселении и выезде.

Location was great, near Marmaray ( 8 Min by foot) We walked several times to the Mall called Floria Aquarium ( 40 min by Foot) or 2 Staions by Marmaray) Very nice Balcony with perfect view..

Ramazan tatili boyunca ailecek kaldık. Her şey resimde gösterildiği gibiydi evin içi çok güzel ayrı bir otoparkın olması da gayet iyiydi. Ev sahibi çok güleryüzlü bir abiydi, Seda Hanım da sorduğumuz sorulara hemen hızlıca dönüş yaptı. Tek olumsuz olarak TV de uydu yok sadece YouTube ve netflix vardı. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Erhan provided us with excellent directions for getting from the airport to the apartment as well as lots of information about the neighborhood. He was easy to communicate with and checked in with us regularly. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen well equiped, and we really appreciated the lovely bowl of fresh fruit he provided for us. Location was good for grocery stores, bakeries, cafés, public transit, and one of Istanbul's main shopping streets a short distance away.

Our host Nuri was very friendly and accommodating. Quick to respond to requests.
