Lovely hostel in a great spot less than a minutes walk away from a stunning view of Mount Fuji, breakfast was recommended at a cafe at check in for a great price and was lovely food in the morning. Very clean shared spaces and a lovely place to spend a night near the mountain! Would highly recommend

A nice accommodation, with a lot of equipment in the kitchen like fresh coffee, snacks etc. The check-in was very flexible and smooth. We were able to reserve a free parking space before checking in. Also the receptionist was very friendly and had a lot of good tips for restaurants and activities in the area. All in all a great and good value stay if you don’t want to spend too much!

3回目の利用です。貸切で音楽を流してパーティーをしましたが、今回から野外に大きなスピーカーもあり満足するイベントができました。これまでは天候の問題で室内のみでしたが、初めて野外も活用できて大満足です。いつも通りみなさんも親切で助かりました。また来年も利用できたらと思います。

Great place and a great host! Very nice tatami room with a view of Fuji, it was a bit cloudy when I was there but still got a view one morning when the clouds passed. They picked me up and dropped me off at kawaguchiko which was unexpected but very helpful so I didn’t have to take the local bus with my luggage. Close to the bus routes and a few convenient stores, also walking distance from a tattoo friendly onsen. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in the Fuji area!

Ce séjour a été une véritable parenthèse, l’hostel Saruya est propice au repos, au calme dans un cadre unique avec vue sur le Mont Fuji.

All was great. Comfortable and warm room, very clean kitchen and room. Host was helpful to recommend restaurants and give us tips. also fast reply on message.

Peace One is an amazing place to stay. Jun and his wife were fantastic hosts- kind, welcoming and very helpful. It was the perfect retreat to relax and unwind. Highly recommend

We had an absolute amazing stay in Hakone. The traditional ryokan looked even better than the photos and the view of Mt Fuji in the morning was breathtaking! The room was squeaky clean and had all the essential amenities. Communication and check-in process was super easy from the beginning and staff on site were helpful with local recommendations. The best part of everything was the private Onsen we booked on arrival with an indoor and outdoor bath. I can't recommend the place enough!

We booked Yuan Yuan house at the last minute and she came to our rescue. She helped us get a ride to the location, fed us, helped us get to the waterfall the next day. She made us feel right at home. Have stayed at many Airbnb, but never have. I felt this much at home until I found this location. Perfect for the traveler, who is looking for a beautiful location I need help finding a way around. Her food was great, and I would recommend her location 10 out of 10 times. Thanks again Yuan Yuan, see you soon hopefully.

オーナーの方はとても親切で柔軟に対応してくださいました。お風呂は大きくは無かったものの、とても趣きのある作りの天然温泉があり、とてもくつろげました。 また機会があればぜひ利用したい宿泊先です。

Un moment hors du temps et très revigorant avant de retourner dans la fourmilière des grandes villes du Japon Nous avons été accueillis parfaitement et l’hôte nous a envoyé un chauffeur nous chercher à la la station la plus proche en voiture La possibilité de profiter du Onsen privé avec vue sur le mont Fuji était parfaite pour se reposer et se ressourcer Deux jours qui nous ont parus trop court et qui nous ont permis de reprendre des forces pour la fin de notre périple japonais Je recommande fortement

Don’t rush, a few days was perfect for getting great views of the mountain, some days were hazy and you could not see a thing. Not much going on in the walkable area, plan on using the bikes to get over to the grocery store or restaurants. The one gem, is very close by and we would plan our day to get some baked goods at Lake Bake. (Opens at 10am does not stay open very long). Our stay was relaxing and pleasant. Would stay again for sure.
