The place was in a convenient location and was close by the grocery. Space was very minimalist and has a staircase access going to the second floor. We were 5 adults, 2 kids and an infant and we booked last minute so the amenities prepared were for 4 that time. It was hard to manage the heater since the breaker would get tripped when we had to run the heater on all the rooms and was told to run the heater one at a time. During this time , it was an unusually cold winter and it was hard to manage with all the kids freezing. I suggest to bundle up or bring some hand warmers.

This was a great little unit, and a very homely feel. Ranka and Aoi were extremely helpful and very quick with responses. Supermarkets were very close, and the variety of transport options made it very easy to get around and explore. We found the area very quiet (our visit was over the Christmas period), and appreciated not being in the hustle and bustle of Tokyo city centre. Our main reason for visiting was to go to Disneyland, which turned out to be very easy to get to on the bus and train. We really enjoyed the Sumida area and would definitely stay here again! Uncle Rabbit is extremely helpful and friendly. The place is also decent and conveniently located near a convenience store, supermarket, pharmacy, and other shops.

是一次很美好的住宿體驗！洗衣機很方便（可以洗、脱、烘）而且房東很貼心，還有贈送洗衣精球👍客廳空間也很足夠，除了電視還有投影設備可以使用。浴室浴缸🛁很乾淨、很舒服，小孩住兩天都有使用很開心😊樓下有很多停車位可以免費使用，房間也弄的很溫馨，如果下次還有機會我會想再來入住的😉

Aya was the perfect host! As foreigners we weren’t able to call taxis and she was more than helpful with helping us get around by calling the taxis for us. She was always fast to respond and had great recommendations for things to do in the area! Her place was very cozy and clean! Would definitely book again if we are in Fuji!

This Airbnb rests atop a peaceful hill that was a short and healthy exercise upward. The station was very close by and goes both east and west toward Hakone and Odawara within only 10 minutes. The Airbnb had all the amenities and more; we felt at home immediately checking in! Host was helpful, proactive, and welcoming with their messages and communications!

Great place to stay at and very quite surroundings. The flat was very spacious and comfortable :) The host is friendly and very responsive, highly advisable!

I recently stayed at this wonderful accommodation and had an amazing experience. The place looks exactly as shown in the photos. The owner was incredibly responsive and made sure all our needs were met promptly. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Each room has its own toilet and hot shower, which was perfect for our big group. It made our stay so much more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, this accommodation is ideal for large groups looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

We loved staying here! The host were so communicative and the check in process was very smooth. The location has a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great stay at this house in a typical Japanese neighbourhood. As a family of five (with children aged 6, 8 and 10), we spent 10 nights here and were absolutely satisfied. The layout of the house, with two floors and separate bedrooms and a large dining and living room, as well as a parking space in front of the house, made it very comfortable. We felt at home and liked the short distances to a great bakery, supermarkets and parks with playgrounds and great views of Mount Fuji. Yuko is a great hostess who answered all our questions about the house and the area and went above and beyond to support us, even with a health issue one of our family members had during the stay. If we were to come back to Ninomiya in the future, we would definitely consider staying here again.

บ้านสวยมาก โดยเฉพาะชั้นสาม สามารถมองเห็นฟูจิซัง ในบ้านสวยอบอุ่น มีฮีตเตอร์ แล้วเรื่องปรับอากาศครบทุกห้อง ที่จอดรถสะดวกสบาย ทางเข้าอาจจะแคบไปนิดนึงต้องระมัดระวังเวลาเข้าออก

My friends and I had a wonderful experience staying at Shokos place. Shoko was incredibly warm and welcoming once we arrived. The space is a beautiful blend of modern and Japanese styles, seeing it in person was truly stunning. It’s an ideal place for groups visiting the Fuji area, offering both comfort and charm. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Gekkoji Station, making it easy to explore other attractions and enjoy the views.😊

The place is very conducive and suitable for large families or groups. The surroundings are very quiet after daylight hours but the house has a terrific view of Mount Fuji. You can literally see Mount Fuji from the bedrooms. The host is also a responsive and friendly person. Very accommodative as well. I will return to stay at this accommodation if I am back again.

先ず、出発前に備品や消耗品の量など細かな質問までさせていただいたのですが、いずれも素早く丁寧な回答をいただき、ストレス無く旅の準備ができました。 アクセスについては、今回私たちは、ロマンスカーで箱根湯本まで移動して、 箱根湯本駅からは箱根登山バスを利用しました。最寄りの葛原のバス停から別荘は3分程で、箱根の各観光地への移動も快適でした。 お部屋は清潔で、おしゃれな家具や小物で統一されており、滞在中ずっと心地よく過ごせました。 寒さが厳し時期なので、少し心配していましたが、機密性の高い部屋と、空調・床暖房のおかげで寒さの心配は全くありませんでした。 楽しみにしていた温泉も湯量豊富で、適度にとろみのある泉質が素晴らしく、滞在中何度も入らせていただきました。 お部屋がすっきりと整頓されているので、滞在後の片付けも容易で、ゴミ袋やゴミ箱も使い易く整えられており、大変スムーズでした。 とても快適で満足度の高い滞在でした。ありがとうございます。

Convenient location near the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even assisting us in carrying our luggage up to the third floor. Cleanliness and comfort were both great. Just a note that there is no elevator, and parking is available for 1,100 yen. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!
