Had a great stay, lovely and helpful host! Well stocked house with lots of cooking equipment - something that we find can lack sometimes at properties.

Good experience. Everything worked. Great wifi. A quiet road 10mins from Moseley village and 15mins from Kings Heath high st. On road parking but felt secure and had no trouble. Great coffee shops and small independent eateries in both Moseley and Kings Heath so we had a great time. Easy travel to Birmingham’s centre and the new station should be open around the middle of 2025 making it a very easy journey.

We booked Hunters Lodge as a gift for my parents and they had the best time! The lodge was exactly as described and they said it felt like a night of luxury. Kate was great at communicating and a brilliant host. Lovely local pubs and walks nearby. We hope to stay ourselves one day!

Our stay in Birmingham was made truly wonderful by Samantha's exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly communicative and responsive, readily available despite the four-hour time difference, which we greatly appreciated. We were initially a little concerned about potential street noise after reading a previous review, but our group of three found the house to be perfectly peaceful and quiet, allowing for restful nights. The backyard was an absolute delight, offering a serene and beautiful space to relax in the mornings and evenings. We are so grateful for Samantha's attentiveness and for the lovely experience. If we return to Birmingham, we would be absolutely thrilled to stay here again. Thank you, Samantha!

Very cute little place - Jen was very friendly, she was just coming out of the property as we arrived and gave us a quick rundown. As described in the listing, the second bedroom is through the first bedroom and then the bathroom, but if you need to you could get back downstairs via the balcony without going through the other bedroom. Heating worked well, we had a baby with us and he had a great sleep in the cot. As far as location, there were 2 pubs and a shop / cafe, but that was about it so if you’re looking to wander you’d need to drive. It was perfect for us meeting friends at a halfway point. Thanks!

Fantastic little hideaway tucked behind the main row of houses. Warm, comfy, clean, great TV and bathroom. Will be back!

Was really well maintained and clean home, would stop again

This was a great place to stay to explore Birmingham. Very comfortable with a young child and Sophie was a very responsive host.

We stayed here for a couple of nights with our 2 dogs. Very comfortable place and perfect for what we needed. Really good communication with host who was also extremely considerate with meeting our needs. Enclosed garden was perfect for our dogs. Not only would I recommend this place but will also consider coming back to in the future. Thank you very much Rene and IIona.
