Absolutely loved our stay here, the cottage its self was gorgeous and the space inside was a really great lay out and very spacious! The cottage had everything we needed as-well as the little extras that were complimentary, and overall Sheila has been a great host and I would recommend this place, we had an amazing stay here! Maple cottage fitted our needs perfectly and Caroline and her associates were very friendly and helpful with any requests we made. The hot tub was a welcome relaxation bonus!

The photos don’t do this place justice. It really is beautiful. Quaint, spacious, clean and tidy. Plenty of facilities such as vac, mop, washing machine, dryer, cleaning products etc. Kitchen is a lovely space to all sit together. Bedrooms were very spacious and room for clothes etc. Lovely nights sleep in comfortable beds. Central heating worked a treat with log fire in the room (we didn’t need to use) including other heaters. It is lovely and warm and cosy. The views and surrounding areas are lovely. We used the hot tub which was a lovely addition and worked well been outside the conservatory part. We were a family group of mixed ages and we would absolutely stay here again. Host was great with contact prior to arrival with flexible check in/out. Overall a brilliant stay and we’ve also said we would return.

Fantastic cottage and location is to die for. I have got to say David and Barbara have a jewel here. Claire has communicated everything we needed and answered every question we had. Again fantastic. Highly recommend this place. Thanks and hope to return

This was perfect for me, my sisters and my mum. Parking directly outside the house. Fabulous restaurants within a short walk (less than 5 minutes). Views straight onto the bay. Never stayed in saltburn by sea before and it had so much to offer. Great base for visiting Whitby, robin hoods bay, Staithes. Dog friendly beach on your doorstep and surfing! Brilliant weekend.

Eastfield Lodge was just the perfect place to host our family weekend. From booking right through to check out on the day, Henry and Penny were just fantastic. We arrived to homemade cake, a small milk and a very welcoming Penny. The photos don't do the space justice and the location could be any better - 3 minute walk into the centre but out of the hustle and bustle of the market town. The Leyburn Shawl was great for buggies and the little ones in our group. Henry recommended a huge amount of pubs for our Sunday lunch and we ended up at The Queen's Head in Fingall - great homemade lunch. We're booking again for next year - thank you so much for everything.

Willow Cottage was outstanding. we cannot fault this accommodation. I highly recommend a stay here, we were not disappointed. The cottage was warm, comfortable, well equipped and stylish. We didn't want to leave. Thank you for your hospitality.

First class . Superbly presented apartment, clean and tidy with stunning views overlooking the marina. Thanks for making our stay a special one , we couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone, 100% . We will hopefully be returning soon .

Great facilities, shower is amazing, comfy bed, washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer, great location for walking to shops and great walks for dogs.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless and very well maintained, with very good cleaning attention to detail. It was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. The host was responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the amenities and the neighborhood was fantastic. Highly recommend !!

This was a lovely, comfortable stay. Francesca and Mark were very friendly, accommodating and communicative. The cottage was exactly as described with clear instructions for everything. Plainly the property well-loved and well looked after. We really enjoyed the views from the kitchen and the drives around the locality. Francesca had good recommendations for local businesses. I would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose

We loved our stay in Carlton and will definitely be returning. John and Amanda are great hosts - they made us feel so welcome; there was even homemade cake and beautiful homemade soap on arrival! They made a point of welcoming us at the start, and saying goodbye at the end. Carlton is a great place - we are even considering a move there!

We were looking for a base to explore North Yorkshire and Riverside Cottage delivered it all - easy distance to York and the coast, as well as so many other wonderful villages and attractions. The cottage was perfect for our family of four and easily accommodated other friends and family who stayed for various parts of our visit. The setting was perfect - beautiful and peaceful. We loved eating outside and communing with the sheep and chickens! Trevor was an amazing host. He made us feel incredibly welcome - providing great local recommendations, bed changeovers when needed, and even a bottle of bubbly for my birthday! We loved every minute of our stay at Riverside Cottage and can’t recommend it highly enough!!

Sarah is by far the best host we have ever had. we have used Air b and b for 5 years. Sarah is very accomadating to any issue arising and communicates very well. Saltburn is a lovelly place to go and the house is within a few minutes walk into the centre so very convenient We have been 4 times and always a pleasure to stay at her house.
