We had a fabulous time staying at Leanne's property. The accommodation was just as pictured- not fancy or modern but just as you'd hope for a farm stay. It was lovely to go around the property on walks and pat the horses and donkeys up close 😀 we took the opportunity let our daughter have a couple of riding lessons on the school ponies as well. The chocolate and bubbles on arrival was also wonderful, as well as having the heaters on for our arrival!! Be sure to pack gumboots and jackets if the weather is wet!

My daughter and I really enjoyed the stay. Bruce was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend this place!

Danielle was a friendly and welcoming host. We highly recommend this location if you enjoy walking in Mt Dandenong, very conveniently situated near a lot of popular walking trails. We stayed for a friend’s wedding at Tatra receptions, Danielle’s place is significantly better accomodation and better pricing! The goats were also very cute and welcoming!

We got married in Kangaroo Ground and used this wonderful property for the grooms party to get ready and then the happily married couple stayed on for a few nights and it was perfect. The cottage is free flowing, spacious, comfortable and you want for nothing. Amazing hidden gem in a beautiful part of the world!

Our little family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eagle Hill! This is the cleanest small house I have ever stayed in. The property itself is beautiful with plenty of space and breath taking views. We enjoyed our coffee (compliments of the coffee machine) on the deck every morning taking in the native animals and cooked dinner on the bbq provided each night. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and we appreciated oil, salt, pepper and other bits and pieces like quality body wash, hand soaps and comfortable bed linen. Huge thanks to Duncan who communicated with ease, allowed us space and privacy and kindly left us carrots each morning for our boys to feed the horses. Well located between towns with plenty to do a short-drive away. We hope to come back again one day soon!

Perfect cottage for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful part of the world, and just an easy, short drive to Emerald, Cockatoo & surrounds. The cottage is exactly as described, spotlessly clean & welcoming, with the most comfortable beds! Spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining area, nice selection of games provided & well maintained lawn area for the kids. We loved our stay & highly recommend! Hope to come again soon:)

Gorgeous little place that has everything you need for a weekend away. It was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to the wedding venue we needed to be at, but it was also only a short drive to cafes and some wonderful wineries. The complimentary snacks were very much appreciated after a late flight and check-in and Azar was lovely to communicate with. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic overnight stay for our anniversary, upon arrival there was a vase of freshly cut flowers with a personalised note saying ‘happy anniversary’. The accommodation itself was beautiful, very clean and inviting. Sitting on the porch watching the sunset over the hills was the million dollar view.

Jen and Peter are great hosts, have given us recommendations on local restaurants that catered for both of us (I'm vegan) and have always been very responsive whenever we had questions. The fireplace and bathtub out on the verandah were a great addition. Thank you for having us! We'll definitely come back soon.

It was what we were looking for! A romantic getaway with beautiful surrounds! Even better you can take your dog child with you! A relaxing getaway that we needed!

We were overjoyed, got ready for our wedding there and it was an incredibly special place to spend those special few days. Saw so many different birds and even spotted a rare grey wallaby in the amazing backyard!

We stay here every year and will keep doing so for as long as Nicole will have us! Amazing place to stay for groups of families wanting to get away. We love it, and so do our kids! Amazing place to create memories and play board games!!

Simon and Anna were amazing host, incredible hospitality the fire was already prepared for us, so nice that the host also had small wood ready to use Simon and Anna had left us some fresh eggs, bread, milk butter perfect for our breakfeast The place looks exactly like the photos even better, travelling with a toddler having a cot, high chair and rocking chair was a big help so very family friendly We loved seeing horses or wild rabits, the place fet very peaceful and private and having an outdoor /indoor fireplace was a big plus Thank you for the warm hospitality, highly recommend Simon and Anna' s accomodation 🤗

We stayed here after a wedding in the Yarra Valley. Great location and the rooms were very clean

The cottage was cosy and well furnished with a view of Mt Donna Buang outside the kitchen window. We found the property to be very private and peaceful, with the township being a short drive away. Hosts were really accommodating and responsive.
