Beautiful pool house with 5 star facilities. We were left to out own devices and given complete privacy to enjoy the fabulous pool. Great location to explore the Dandenong Ranges and tackle the 1000 steps. Millie the puppy was full of affection and a lovely little addition to our weekend.

Amazing place, the best weekend away in the Yarra Valley! Just a quick trip into Healesville Main Street - perfect location! Accommodation was amazing with some very nice unexpected welcome treats. Lucinda was so easy to deal with, very proactive and prompt responses. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again! 5 stars!!!

A lovely place to stay while exploring the Dandenong Ranges. Very comfortable bed and well equipped studio. We appreciated the Chrome cast and comfortable couch for some relaxation time. The studio is within a short driving distance to many of the areas attractions. We would definitely stay again!

Our little family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eagle Hill! This is the cleanest small house I have ever stayed in. The property itself is beautiful with plenty of space and breath taking views. We enjoyed our coffee (compliments of the coffee machine) on the deck every morning taking in the native animals and cooked dinner on the bbq provided each night. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and we appreciated oil, salt, pepper and other bits and pieces like quality body wash, hand soaps and comfortable bed linen. Huge thanks to Duncan who communicated with ease, allowed us space and privacy and kindly left us carrots each morning for our boys to feed the horses. Well located between towns with plenty to do a short-drive away. We hope to come back again one day soon!

The cottage was very relaxing, private and romantic. We loved the spa bath and the space as a whole. Was walking distance to the shops and restaurants which we enjoyed. Will definitely be back to check out their other cottages as well.

This was our second stay here. It’s a very special place! In particular Katherine is an amazing host. The location is great too - community markets, fresh food, forest, nature. The cabin is perfect for a short stay.

The cabin is rustic, yet very comfortable, and in a stunning location. The detailed information provided by Michael and Giselle helped us to settle in, understand our accommodation and surrounds, and make the most of our stay. The kids had a wonderful time exploring, feeding the birds and just generally being in nature. Would happily return!!

The forest was lovely and just a 30 min drive through the beautiful forest to get into town with some cute cafes and restaurants. Definitely stock up on groceries before you go (be weary of minimal pantry space) so you rarely have to go into town as you will just want to put your feet up and chill. Owners were lovely, the house itself was nice and cozy, was a great place to stay. Probably recommend more winter stays as it is in direct sunlight all day and can be quite aggressive reflecting off the tin and really hot as there is no shade around the house. You can escape by going down the hill to the forest and setting up a picnic rug. Something minimal but can impact the stay. Feel like it was quite expensive for the value as the house would barely cost anything to run and it’s just a paddock with a little house on it, kinda felt like glamping if anything. Don’t get me wrong it was adorable, just feels as if it costs a lot for what it is! It was lovely, just what my partner and I need!

AMAZING….. Words cannot even describe how wonderful this place is. Nestled amongst nature…. We felt so free from all the rush of life…. I have never stayed anywhere that I was so sad to leave. I could have stayed at Maria’s place forever. The welcome note on the door was such a sweet gesture and very appreciated. Everything was just so PERFECT… I loved every minute of this experience. We felt so far from everyone but in fact we were only a short drive to everything we needed. I can’t speak more highly of this place. You HAVE to experience it to know what I’m saying……… You’ll fall in love with this place, just like I did.

Lovely private spot. Really enjoyed the night time nature sounds, even popped out for a walk. Awesome communication from the host, catered to my late booking.

incredibly happy with our stay. we had a wedding to attend and this was the perfect spot for my wife and I. Anita was very easy to communicate with. Had my questions all answered prior to arrival definately highly recommend will stay here again should we have any events in the area

Flowers in bloom. The bed linen in the main was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. Children enjoyed the bunks and the big box of toys. Neat, clean, and given it is the same size as our house, it felt just like home.

The stay was incredible. I fell in love with the environment and the accommodation. The sauna and spa are really very pleasant. Everything worked very well. The bed was very comfortable. I had requested extras and everything was set up perfectly. The breakfast in the morning was the best I have ever eaten. The hosts were very welcoming and smiling. Anita’s place is calm and serene, perfect for the relaxation and rest you’ve been looking for. She was responsive, kind, and very helpful. We initially had an issue with the WiFi, but she quickly sent a technician to resolve it. The tiny house is conveniently close to cafes and shops. Anita is incredibly accommodating, even for the smallest inconveniences. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and quiet stay! ⭐️

I spent a couple of lovely Autumn days in Timber Cabin No 1. It was a tiny cabin, but very comfortable and with everything I needed! And it was surrounded by a beautiful tall eucalypt forest, where the surrounding housing was both virtually hidden and silent. I loved the generous deck, and the great range of birds that came to visit. I also enjoyed very friendly visits from Baxter the elderly ginger cat... I was born in Selby in 1953, amongst a similar beautiful forest setting. I had visited Selby regularly as a teenager, as my great uncle Allen Tye was still living there. He had funded the construction of the well-known All Saints Carlotta Tye Anglican Church in 1938. I had, however, not spent a night in Selby since my first weeks. It was wonderful to return some seventy years later to find the Selby district so well preserved and beautiful. Thank you Irmantis and Lucie!
