Anne and Maurie’s property was lovely. There was a good mix of farm and nature. It’s a great place for families with children young and old. We spent 4 nights with our adult sons and their partners just relaxing and swimming in the pool, watching the superb wrens, rabbits, cockatoos, cows and pigs. It was so relaxing and only about 15minutes from the nearest town, if you needed supplies. We would definitely go back if we were in the area again.

Spent a week at Anne’s place and loved it. Our kids loved the farm tour, the pool and getting to explore the region. Anne and Maurie were lovely, very helpful with great ideas of what to do.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming cabin nestled in a picturesque setting, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning surroundings. One of the highlights of my stay was the abundance of birdlife in the area. Each morning, I awoke to the melodious sounds of chirping birds, which served as a gentle alarm clock, welcoming the day with a symphony of nature. The cabin also featured a beautiful pool area that was perfect for relaxation. The pool was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water that sparkled in the sunlight. There were plenty of comfortable lounge chairs around the pool.

Leigh Park Cottages is a great place to stay. All cottages are well kept and private with plenty of free space for kids to run around. Having the Games room, pool, spa, tennis court and basketball hoops are an added bonus to keep the kids occupied. The property is in a great location only a short drive to the small town of Bundalong and about 15 minutes from Yarrawonga. I would definitely recommend anyone with younger children to stay here.

This was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed, the accommodation was perfect (looks even better in person)! It was a great way to spend Christmas as a couple, the plunge pool keeps you nice and cool in Summer and I’ve already recommended to friends. You can tell it’s a family run location, everyone we spoke to was lovely. We’ll hopefully be returning to experience a Winter break soon 🙂

Beautifully appointed cottage in a great location, with generous breakfast provisions, comfy beds & fabulous hosts. Great place for groups, families or couples. A lovely place to come home to each day. Loved our stay. Will definitely be back.

Great place. Interior very clean, spacious bedrooms with tv. Even though the description says no essentials the place had everything you need. Location is good, about 10-15 min drive to Yarrawonga. We really enjoyed the stay, can’t fault the accommodation it was perfect. There is also tavern 2min walk, great atmosphere, life music but once you are back in your cabin you can’t even hear it so no issues with noise. I would note recommend ordering food, we waited 1hr for a pizza and it wasn’t even good.

Our one bedroom cottage was everything we wanted as a couple. Spotlessly clean and everything we needed for breakfast for our 4 day stay, and a lovely bottle of wine . . Lots to do on the large property. Golf clubs supplied, tennis racquets and balls, swimming pool. Lovely Bbq area. Short drive into Cobram for evening meals . Highly recommend this lovely place for a nice change from Melbourne .
