Such an enjoyable stay for a girls' weekend away close to home! The perfectly situated beautiful quiet cottage. An easy getaway and all we needed to bring was food to eat and drinks. Everything we could possibly need was there at our disposal. Thank you Amy for your quick responses and being so accommodating when we decided to at short notice request a late checkout! Can't wait to find a time when I can come back and stay again.

Our team of subcontractors recently stayed at Cindy’s place, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for a working crew needing a relaxing and reliable space to come back to after long days on site. Check-in was smooth, communication with Cindy was easy and prompt, and she made sure everything was in order throughout our stay. Plenty of room for the team, good amenities, and a convenient location. Highly recommend Cindy as a host—would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!

A beautiful getaway in Wallaroo! Alejandra was a fantastic host, warmly welcoming us for check-in and showing us around the stunning property. The highlight of our stay was the two friendly dogs, Kenzo and Sophia, especially Kenzo, who quickly became my little one’s favorite! The house was spotless, and we loved spending time in the pool, soaking in the breathtaking sunset over the hills. A walk around the property was the perfect way to disconnect from city life. A truly serene escape, we would definitely love to return!

The house was spacious and quiet. It was very close to a nice playground. But I could see that the cleaning has been rushed. As soon as we entered the house there was a strong stench of cooked meat left behind from the previous occupier. Also found some rubbish left behind in corners. This place could be improved with better quality furniture, linen and towels.

Great place to stay in Canberra if you want to explore from somewhere central. Braddon is the food central which is an easy walk too from the house, as is the city Centre. Best food is on lonsdale st. The house was well stocked, we appreciated having bread, milk & cereal on our arrival which is most welcoming. The rear yard is perfect for your dog and fully secure. House was very clean and Christos was great to deal with. I’d certainly stay here again

We had a wonderful weekend at Wallaroo, celebrating an 80th birthday with family. What a special location and a warm and inviting house. Carolyn was extremely helpful. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our extended family of 9. Thank you Wallaroo - a terrific place for a getaway. Great location close to local wineries.

Yass Country Retreat lived up to our expectations and was perfect for us as a base to explore the region. The property was clean, well furnished and stocked with many extras not always provided in similar properties. The hosts were very proactive and responsive in their communication making sure that we were comfortable and ready to accommodate any requests we may have had. I would highly recommend this property for a quiet but central place to stay in the Yass region.
