Jody's place immediately gave us the comfort of home, with beautiful decorations and eccentric pieces. I've been in many empty-feeling, hotel-esqe Airbnbs, but it felt like Jody was inviting me over as a friend. The patio was lovely. Highly reccomend.

Really beautiful house; the outside amenities would be more enjoyable in the warmer months. Perfect set up everything was clean easy. The owners responded with in minutes. Would bring a firm mattress cover next time or an air mattress. Everything else was perfect the one floor lay out is what we all would want in a home. 15 mins from Watkins Glen and 30 mins from Geneva happy medium. Thank you both we’d look forward to another stay. The linens were clean fluffy. Also thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine!

Karen’s place was amazing. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. The dock, campfire and boat house was perfect for our stay. Short drive from many attractions. Would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful week at this home! It provided a peaceful retreat with beautiful open surroundings. We particularly enjoyed spending evenings by the fireplace, making s’mores under the stars. The house was impeccably clean and spacious, featuring a gorgeous kitchen stocked with all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

What an amazing place to stay. Peaceful surroundings, yet still close enough for restaurants and shopping. Amazing home and the hot tub was amazing. Very clean and can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful house located in an amazing location. The house is spacious and has everything you need, we felt so comfortable and we absolutely loved it. The kitchen has everything if you want to make a meal, living room is beyond beautiful and the bedrooms are very cozy. We all slept like babies! We loved our stay! The open space of the main room has beautiful views onto the lake. In winter, the house was super quiet. Penn Yan is just a few minutes away by car, as are restaurants, vineyards and breweries. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. We're hoping to come back again!

It was a perfect place to stay for our mother & daughter weekend exploring Watkins Glenn and surrounding area(waterfalls, hiking, wineries, breweries, lakes).Can easily walk into town to shops, restaurants and WG state park. Apartment is fully stocked with all needed for our stay. It is a super cozy, comfortable & clean. Host is very helpful & responsive. It was a perfect fall getaway. Hope to return in the future.

Glenn and Diana’s place is a must stay!!!! The space was so cozy, clean, and comfortable. The sunsets over the lake are enchanting, and stargazing at night is incredible. Additionally, Glenn and Diana provided great recommendations for wineries, breweries, food, and activities in the area.

This space was PERFECT for our little anniversary getaway in the finger lakes! Ron was very responsive and we loved all of the treats he supplied the house with. We can wait to come back during the summer! Thank you, Ron!

What a beautiful and cozy historic space! I loved the fireplace in the bedroom and the very comfy bed. Very quiet house and neighborhood. Extremely clean! The bathroom is tiny but functional. My only complaint would be that I was provided only a single bath towel for a 2-night stay. Other than that it was perfect and I would definitely stay again. Thanks Tim!

My family and I had a great time staying at the cabin! The space was beautiful and cozy with plenty of space for the four of us. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and I took a luxurious bubble bath in the claw foot tub. It can be a bit dim at night, so I recommend bringing a reading light if you plan to read in the main living space in the evening. Overall, Jill & Al's space was perfect for enjoying nature and some much-needed down time.

My time here was very relaxing and worthwhile! The cabin was cute, cozy, and the land was beautiful. I loved sitting by the pond and having my morning coffee. If you walk to the edge of the woods in the morning, you can see spectacular sunrises because of how high in the valleys you are. I came during spring before things bloomed, but I would totally come here again during the fall or summer.

This cabin is the perfect place for a little getaway. It feels remote and away from people but is still close to town so supplies aren't hard to get. The cabin itself is cozy and warm. Each room was clean as can come and the furniture was very comfy. The host is easy to talk to and has great recommendations for hiking and in-town places. I see myself renting it again the future!

This was a fantastic weekend getaway for us and everything was just as described. Very, VERY nice. One small suggestion: perhaps one of those big thermometers nailed to a tree to fond the AM temp?

I have stayed in several AirBNBs in the Penn Yan area over the last six months, and this one was my favorite. I especially loved the location: on a hill looking over the lake, with lake access, but still in the woods. Wonderful place to spend a cozy weekend.

This house is lovely! It’s my second stay because I love the quiet, serene surroundings and the cozy interior. Aly and Tom keep the house perfectly clean and well stocked. The upscale bathroom adds a spa feeling to our stay. With the pond, hot tub, and nearby trails, it really is the perfect winter getaway. We can’t wait to book our trip for next year!

Such a lovely private place 😍 super clean! our cat Lucky loved the place too ❤️ during winter months when there is a lot of snow I highly recommend 4 wheel drive 😉
