We always love Williams, and we had a great time at Jeff's place. It was homey and beautiful, and actually fit our large family (can get tricky to find places to accommodate 8). We really appreciated the family-friendly amenities like a full-sized crib, baby monitor, and toddler appropriate toys. We didn't feel like we had to pack all the extras, and the kids felt right at home. We especially loved the expansive yard. Jeff was friendly and helpful during our entire stay. Highly recommend!

My husband & I booked this cabin for a quick getaway. The bonus was our two fur babies could also come. The cabin was perfect for us. Originally I did not read the full description of no WiFi and no cable service. My husband is a very on the grid guy as he works remotely. However, the hot spot on our phone worked great. We were able to connect our laptops for the short period time that we needed them. The cabin is in a great location. It feels remote, but very close to everything you would need. Grand Canyon was about an hours drive and Bearizona was about 5 miles away. We enjoyed the peace and quiet in the evenings very much. One of my dogs does very well of leash and enjoyed the large open space to run free. This suburban doggie was living her best life. I also prefer to cook most of our meals and the kitchen was perfect. I had everything i needed. Cooking on the vintage stove was so fun. We would definitely stay here again. It felt like we were staying at a family member's cabin.

Felt so at home, absolutely beautiful location and they had an entire book of recommendations for local digs! Would stay there again and again.

I usually stay in the Tiny Cabin next door but this time I stayed in the A Frame! Still just as wonderful of an experience. The stars at night, and the trails nearby, this is one of my favorite locations to stay in Flagstaff.

Kimberly is fantastic. She welcomed me with such a warm smile and immediately introduced me to her horses and the dogs so I felt right at home. Her home is out in the country so you are very close to the red rocks. You can hike to bell rock right down the road from her house. I am so glad I got to meet Kimberly and do a session with her horses.

Fue un tiempo excelente, Mark nos dió la mejor atención, tenía varias cosas básicas para la cocina y mucho más extras, que también en nuestra salida dejamos algunas cosas para los demás, es un lugar pequeño pero perfecto para 4 personas, los animales de la granja son amigables, aún que es un poco lejos de la ciudad es lo que realmente necesitabamos para descansar.

Fue una experiencia muy buena. Todo en su lugar. Me encantó que tiene. Todos para no preocuparte y de más. Muchas gracias por todo lo recomiendo. En mis 8 años rentando casas es la primera cas que está de 5. Estrellas. Espero regresar el año que biene. 🙏☺️

We had a great stay here, and the space served us very well even when kept inside due to snow. The space had everything we needed and made for a very comfortable stay. The views of the mountains were also incredible! This was a great cabin to stay at even for traveling to everything in the area. Flagstaff is just 15 minutes down the road, and you're about 1.75 hours from the Grand Canyon, making it a great location.

My friend and I spent two nights at Josh’s mountain villa while touring the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon. He was a great host and very responsive. The place was clean and we felt right at home. Josh provided a detailed welcome booklet, which included many recommendations, such as activities and restaurants, amongst other helpful information. We took the written advice about entering through the east rim, which saved us so much time. Small touches of care and consideration for his guests were added throughout the home. For example, various items around the home were clearly labeled. Mountains surrounding the home were breathtakingly beautiful. The only regret we have is not having enough time in our travel plans to full enjoy this serene home ! I highly recommend a few nights at Josh’s place!

Sunset Ranch was the perfect getaway for our family of four. Our boys (9 and 5) enjoyed feeding the horses each morning and had a blast in the play room. The house itself was incredibly comfortable. We loved wrapping up the day with a dip in the hot tub while enjoying the incredible views. Stephanie and Dean were incredible hosts, providing great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. We will be back!

The A frame was just what we needed! Close to Flagstaff, clean and cozy and very quiet!

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin is very well maintained, clean and very well furnished with all you’d need. Quiet neighborhood made relaxing nights. Sedona isn’t too far away and easy to access. Kellae was very responsive. A great experience overall.

Outstanding spot, we really enjoyed the quiet and overall high quality look and feel of this residence with responsive and friendly Hosts. Hoping to be able to return in the future.

From the welcome by the host and his wife to the snacks on the table and cold water in the fridge, we knew we were in for a great stay. The guest house was perfect for our stay. The beds were so comfy and the surroundings so quiet and peaceful that we slept better than at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We would happily stay there again.

Melanie was amazing, when arriving at the home, there was an issue with the heater. Understanding that hose things are out of people’s control, I was worried that nothing would be done. Melanie had an HVAC tech there within 24 hours and in the mean time, delivered space heaters and made sure we were good until the heater was fixed. She definitely goes above and beyond to accommodate her guests.

Seeing Steve’s star rating given the number of reviews made choosing his place a no-brainer. That rating is well deserved as the premises are spacious, clean and well thought out. Attention to smaller details make this a 5 star all day long.

This was the most beautiful cozy cottage, and I really enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and peaceful. Lyndsay was an amazing, thoughtful host. Loved the fireplace and the amazing shower! Such a beautiful little town. You should check out the Peach Tree Cafe if you stay here! I highly recommend Lyndsay's cozy cottage. I'll definitely be returning.

Great stay. Sylvie and Kevin sent a detailed list of things to do, places to eat and visit which was really helpful. They were very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Sheep cattle ranch was a lovely home and well equipped, plus convenient to explore the area. Would recommend.

Thundercliffe Ranch is a beauty! This quiet and peaceful spot was absolutely stunning with the snowfall. 8,000 feet in the mountain was unreal, it was a real winter wonderland. We were unfortunate to have car troubles on a snowy night but our host was amazing! I would highly recommend this place if you want some peace off grid or as a half way point from Flagstaff to the Grand Canyon.

Gayle’s home was absolutely incredible. It had everything we needed and more! Our favorite part was the Mountain View’s in the backyard and getting to see donkeys and other animals from the fence. It’s also the perfect location for everything we wanted to do (Sedona, Grand Cannon, etc). We 100% recommend staying here because we can’t wait to come back!
