My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the location was peaceful and serene (exactly what we were hoping for). The home was beautifully decorated and landscaped. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The master suite had gorgeous views of the red rock, the bed was super comfortable and the master bath was expansive and luxurious. The hosts were extremely responsive and were ready to help with anything we needed. The home is located about 15 minute drive from Sedona’s busy uptown core - we enjoyed being close to all amenities without being in the middle of the hustle. We would definitely come back to this location again and again. Thank you John and Rainey for a wonderful stay!

Incredible spot for a few days with the family in Sedona. We loved watching the sunset from the living room. We had our 2 toddlers with us and the locking doors helped keep our mind at ease with them having access to the pool. Host was very responsive when we had trouble getting the hot tub working. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful space. Great for a larger group. Everyone in our party had their own space to relax in. The pool and outdoor space was peaceful and usable. Would definitely stay again if back in Sedona!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s place. It had everything needed for a group of 3 couples to relax, play games, cook great meals, hang out in a wonderful hottub and look at the stars-even a shooting star! We loved how the host made the effort to make it just like home. There were extra plugs on every bedside table for plugging in our phones. There were some spices, cooking oil and coffees. There as enough dishwasher and laundry pucks and soaps and everything you’d need other than bringing your food. Sadly, we didn’t realize there were more pool towels and bath towels than what were obvious until we were doing some laundry on our last day. Not a huge deal at all. Our bad for not looking in all the cupboards. Be sure to check the laundry room cupboard if you need extra. Sedona is a magical place and if we ever return, we would be sure to book this home.

The place was amazing! loved all the complete amenities, from utensils, essentials and everything. we also visited Sedona which is near. Enjoyed the heated pool even if the weather was cold. Couldn't ask for a better host. Responsive and always easy to talk to. Worth the price! will book again next time.

We loved everything about this property! It was clean and comfortable as soon as we walked in. The recommendations from the hosts were so helpful and we loved everything we tried. The view from the big windows is completely unmatched. We loved our time here and plan to be back in the future!

This place is amazing. If you are looking for a house in Sedona, look no further and book this one. I wish I could give it 10 stars, because its the perfect house. We were a party of 6 and this place was plenty big enough. Could not ask for a better location, near everything. I would definitely rent this house again. The description provided is very accurate. Back yard is really nice with a big pool and hot tub, and big grill. Also, the views are amazing from the back yard.

Dawn and Brayanna were very welcoming. Clear instructions for taking care of their home during our stay and their priority was a 5 star stay. Gorgeous well-kept home! Short, easy drive to Sedona and plenty of things to do within a 45 min drive. Definitely recommended!

Stay was good - lots of space for 6 people. One of the home photos shows a keurig coffee machine so everyone brought coffee pods but no keurig machine in the home. Maybe delete that photo - just a suggestion. 🙂

Fantastic Cabin for a Family Getaway in Flagstaff Our family of 12 had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Flagstaff! The location couldn’t have been better – directly across from a hill perfect for sledding, which made for hours of fun for the kids. The cabin itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The kids absolutely loved their custom bunk beds, with room for 6 and their own space upstairs. They had a cozy TV area and plenty of room to play, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The adults enjoyed the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The outdoor area was also a highlight, with a large fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs to run around. It felt like a true home away from home, with every detail carefully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a fantastic stay at Downtown Prescott! Spencer’s place was beautiful and reminded us of a BnB in Vermont we stayed at years ago, but all to ourselves. The house is a registered historic building and had such lovely charm and character. Great energy and beautiful light coming through upstairs in the afternoon. Great proximity to downtown. We walked there every day for lunch, yet on a very quiet street with no thru-traffic. There was clearly a lot of care that has gone into the space and continues to do it. The owner came by to plan what landscaping they wanted to do in the spring, showing the level of care for upkeep. Yet they were very respectful of us being in the space and did not interrupt us at all. The bathrooms were probably our biggest challenge. There are two bedrooms upstairs, both bathrooms are on the main floor. The bathroom with the shower is quite small. Overall the house was very comfortable and very good to us. We would gladly return!

Neil was quick to respond to my messages and allowed us to arrive a little early. His home is beautiful! It was very clean, decorated nicely, and well stocked with bath towels, kitchen necessities, and a washing machine and dryer with laundry detergent! The beds are very comfortable! It is 5 minutes from downtown Williams which is a fun little town to visit. It is centrally located between the Grand Canyon and Sedona- about an hour drive in either direction and Flagstaff is only about a 20-30 minutes away. We highly recommend Neil’s Airbnb. It was a fantastic experience!

The views out the front windows were incredible. The location was great. It is an easy walk to town. We saw 15 javelinas in the backyard one night. It has a hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped. Jim and Kathy made up a folder with laminated pages with lots of ideas on things to do and how everything works in the house. It is a high end rental with a high cost but well worth what you get for the money. Being able to walk to town and having spectacular views of fed rock formations out every window was very special.

We chose Smokerise Escape as Flagstaff was in the middle of most of our destinations. The area and a home was perfect for our family. Trevor really had everything covered from fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms to plenty of family games to to keep us entertained. There was even a fire place that was fully stocked with wood, which we took full advantage as there were some chilly nights. We highly recommend anyone looking to stay in the area to choose smokerise escape and Trevor!

This is a lovely place to stay. A very welcoming environment in the home, and the yard and woods behind it, are so calming. The yurt is a great bonus space. We visited the Grand Canyon for the first time and hiked in Sedona. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend highly to our friends.

Large four bedroom house near hiking and biking trails. Well maintained - everything works. Heater keeps a constant temperature - very comfortable day and night. New refrigerator keeps food fresh. Beautiful views of the mountains.

Magnolia Street was an adventure in itself! The house was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting outside by the fire with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We walked to all the shops and restaurants and went on one of the town history walking tours. Would definitely love to stay at this historic home again.

What a fantastic home and ideal experience!! This stay was better than we could have imagined with our hosts being amazingly responsive and helpful. They have an informational, easy to read booklet about the home and surroundings. Paul replied to our questions quickly and sent messages to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean and well-designed. There were treats left for us in the kitchen and many resources about local activities. We had plenty of space inside the home and outside on the patio. We slept comfortably in the beds and had all the amenities in the listing and more. We had a wonderful ladies trip and loved that we didn't have to strip the beds or take out the trash or do any additional cleaning. Paul is so thoughtful and didn't want us to do housework on our vacation. Many thanks to Paul and Larisa!! We will only stay at your place on our next trips to Cottonwood!!

I had a wonderful time staying at MJ’s place. They were very accommodating to our needs. They were responsive. It was very clean, and there were a lot of personal touches that went a long way - you could tell they cared about their guests. If I am ever in the area again, I will be choosing their place. I really enjoyed this location and the beautiful views. We did not spend much time in the house but the beds were comfortable, showers were hot and it was clean. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after wheeling on trails all day. It was decorated so cute. It really was the perfect place for our getaway.

We loved our time here and the location of Kirsten's home! The accommodations were exactly as described and very comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Easy drive to Sedona area, shopping, and places to eat.
