It was a wonderful place. The owner showed us around her farm and got a chance to meet the animals. Loved her two dogs and baby sheep that thinks he’s a dog The accomadations were excellent except the pull out sofa could use possible a mattress topper to make it a little softer but realize that may be a difficult thing to do. Perhaps a motion light on the path to the entrance would illuminate things more. Enjoyed a full size kitchen and great shower. Enjoyed being out in the country and would definitely go back

What an amazing hidden gem. I absolutely love staying here. Its private, peaceful, and safe. I love that its right next to the lake and very close to all shopping/restaurants. Kerrie is an amazing host and always responsive when I need something. This has become my little home away from home. They have a beautiful gazebo outside which you can enjoy the amazing views and peaceful surroundings.

Had the pleasure to stay at Kerrie’s place for a couple months and think it is a great spot if you’re just passing through or need a long term location! Incredibly friendly, welcoming, respected my privacy, and was an easy drive for anything else I needed. Highly recommend this host! 10/10 would book again

Stayed here for a longer term stay and it was perfect. Quiet, clean and everything I needed. Great location for easy highway access and close to the airport. Kerrie was very responsive and flexible with my dates. Highly recommend staying here.

Had a wonderful stay! Enjoyed the outside area, the space for the 5 of us and doing one of the puzzles with the family. Not to far from different attractions. Would stay again.

The listing is beautiful. The house was cozy and amenities were available. The fire pit is on the deck for the second level. No backyard but the space is great for a small family. Close to Sedona city (5misn)

We loved this home for our girls’ get away! It was comfortable, quiet, peaceful and very close to shopping and restaurants! We would absolutely recommend to others!

What a find! We came to celebrate a bachelorette & visit local wineries. Ellen's was beyond perfect. The house is fabulously outfitted for all your needs & the grounds are amazing. We couldn't have been happier.

Our family had an absolutely amazing stay at Sam and Deeva’s place in February 2025! With four adults and five kids under six, there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The house was very clean—easily the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, the seating areas were perfect and the house was upgraded nicely. The backyard was a beautiful, lots of fun for the kids. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again!!

Brand new build, smells new and place is very clean. Nice balcony for sitting outside and downstairs area with ping pong table.

We loved the peace and tranquility of the back yard and Beaver Creek! It was like a live nature show with birds, coyote and deer. Beautiful place!!!!

Our stay was honestly very peaceful. It was beautiful and we stayed right next to the river! My favorite part is hearing the water right outside while sitting on the patio. I’d definitely stay again! The road in does take a couple of minutes to actually get to the property but the views are beautiful and town isn’t so far away. We hiked devils bridge and also took our pups with us! The dogs LOVED the place. Highly recommend. Only “negative” thing was that there was no firewood to start the fireplace inside. But it was no big deal. Everything else was perfect. Thank you SOTH!!
