This was a perfect stay. The flexibility of a later checkout made it easy to rest and enjoy the place. It had a comfortable bed that was like sleeping on a cloud. The hot tub was perfect first thing in the morning overlooking the mountain view. The place had a clean cozy feeling that made it instantly inviting with eclectic decor. The host was very accommodating and friendly. We have stayed in many places, this was a top favorite.

After a couple of days of hiking, this was a nice, relaxing stay. Loved being able to star gaze with low light pollution. Great proximity to the Grand Canyon.

Kyle and Ashley were very proactive with us throughout our stay. They provided some local options for us to do and experience. Communication was great and clear. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood southwest of Flagstaff, but not too far away from there either. By far the best stocked place we’ve stayed at regarding towels, linens, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. Overall, a great quiet place for us to station while exploring the north part of AZ. Thank you!

Great accommodations in a perfect location. We loved the hot tub at night when the temperature dropped. 10/10 would stay here again.

One of the best places we've stayed. We did have a little trouble getting down the driveway with the snowfall from the night before. We will definitely come again, but probably not during the snowy season or bring a more suitable vehicle. Nick was really helpful regarding the heavy snowfall and was willing to have us stay until it was safe to leave for that we are grateful.

Exceeded our every expectation. Kim’s house was spacious, the surroundings were beautiful, the kitchen was stocked with high-quality accoutrements. We even watched the sunrise from the hot tub every morning. I highly recommend.

Great place to stay! The beds are comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bathroom were clean. There were extra towels and sheets, too. We spent lovely 5 days here, hiking and exploring Sedona and finishing our days chilling in the hot tub. The place is close to restaurants and stores, too. We’d love to stay here again.

this house was absolutely perfect for us. We were able to comfortably stay with our dogs and enjoy the house and the backyard when all the Flagstaff snow arrived! we already have our second trip booked here! Jaana was super communicative and a wonderful host to work with!

This beautiful home was quiet, cozy, and the perfect place to stay before a full day of skiing. John is a responsive host, the instructions were easy to follow and the home had everything you could ask for. We all slept so soundly on the comfy beds and woke up to deer passing through the back yard. I would definitely stay again.
