A lovely apartment situated not far from the airport and lots of amenities. The apartment was clean and furnished with comfortable furniture. Fully recommended for those travelling, the gym had a good selection of machines.

The place was perfect for the bar exam because it's very close and an easy drive to the Convention Center. A bit noisy around if there's a game or event that night but I was able to sleep like a baby regardless. Loved the balcony too... It was clean and everything worked properly.

The pictures and description truly reflect the charm of this property. It’s an ideal spot for a couple or a family with littles. The beautiful views along with the well-maintained and clean unit make for a perfect getaway. The host was incredibly communicative and quick to address any questions I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this host again!

It was great house, and host is so~~nice

I stayed in the Tiki condo for 2 nights when I came into town for a wedding with my husband and two young kids. Chris is an excellent host! He was very responsive and provided the most clear information regarding the condo that we have ever experienced! The condo was clean and cute and met our needs well. The pool area was full of friendly vacationers, music and a bar with tasty treats. The pool was very warm even on a chilly day (68 and windy). Construction due to hurricane damage was minimal and did not impact our stay at all. Laundry facilities are extremely easy to access on the same floor as the condo. The drive into downtown Tampa was about 15 minutes. Overall we had a great stay. Chris is a top of the line host and did everything he could to make our stay convenient and comfortable! Highly recommend the tiki condo!

What a delightful find - Mallory is an excellent host and her condo was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and well stocked with coffee and toiletries.

This is our second time spending the entire month of February in this unit. We love the well appointed amenities and how clean and up to date the unit is. The host contacted us upon arrival and made sure that we got in without any issues. She also checked in mid stay to make sure all was well. We let her know about a small leak under the kitchen sink and she had maintenance there within a few hours and the problem was resolved. We already booked February 2026 at the same unit. We highly recommend this unit and host!

I would definitely recommend a stay. Robyn is very responsive, and seems genuinely concerned about your comfort and takes feedback seriously. Although we did not spend a lot of time in the home, when we did, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It is well stocked with lots of extras like spices, a cute coffee bar, and popcorn maker, which the grandkids loved. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, and the home overall spacious and quiet. My crazy husband and grandkids even braved the cold pool and had a blast playing pool volleyball. This is not a negative comment, just a heads up in case you are used to new homes. The neighborhood is one of the older Tampa ones. Expect to see some wear and tear. However, I judged it by the cars outside, cleanliness of yards, and level of quiet, which were all good.. We felt perfectly safe and comfortable.

Amazing spot! Quiet and quaint! The house and location actually looked better than the photos! I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting South Tampa. Very clean, hosts were responsive when I had questions. Quaint farmhouse chic!!!

The House The place was very clean and equipped for long term stay for multiple guest. The decor was pleasing to the eyes and the pool was a bonus. The Neighborhood The house is conveniently located minutes from major highways. The street was quiet and private. Overall, highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It was spacious, super clean, and incredibly comfortable—just perfect for a laid-back trip. The location was spot-on, right near Busch Park and loads of attractions, which made exploring Tampa a cinch. The house had everything we needed, like a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a cozy outdoor space to chill. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, making it a great spot for families. Joel was amazing—friendly, quick to respond, and gave us fantastic recommendations. His clear instructions made everything so smooth and stress-free. He genuinely cared about making our stay awesome. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here! We brought our two dogs with us and there was plenty of space for the four of us. The dogs loved the backyard and we loved having breakfast outside then hitting the hot tub to start (and finish) our day. We also loved having the gym available to us 24/7 which we took advantage of. The riverwalk was only about an 8 min drive and we were there almost every day for walks/runs/the dog park. We had the pleasure of meeting Amber and she was very helpful for all of our needs! Overall, we had a blast!

Loved it ! Would definitely book again. Conveniently located 8-10 minutes to tons of restaurants and activities. Everything was super smooth.

Very cute! Very nice. I definitely enjoyed our stay. They had the play pen already out for us and ready for our daughter. They also had the highchair ready.
