Mieszkanie jest takie, jak na zdjęciach. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. Duży i ładny taras. Klimatyzacja działała dobrze, szybkie wifi. Basen po drugiej stronie bloku. Przyzwoita odległość pieszo do plaży. Ralph oraz Jasmin szybko odpowiadają na wiadomości. Od pierwszej chwili czuliśmy się jak w domu. Wspaniały widok na morze i miasto. Mieszkanie było czyste i schludne. Spędziliśmy tutaj 4 dni i na pewno z wielką chęcią wrócimy. Dziękujemy za pobyt!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fint boende – rent, välutrustat och bra läge! Min dotter och hennes seglarkompisar bodde här under ett träningsläger i El Campello, och vi är väldigt nöjda med boendet! Lägenheten var ren, fräsch och välutrustad, vilket gjorde deras vistelse både bekväm och smidig. ✔ Mycket utrymme för kläder – gott om galgar och förvaring. ✔ Fina, rena badrum – bra duschar och fräscht intryck. ✔ Välutrustat kök – fanns allt från plastbyttor för förvaring till alla andra nödvändiga köksredskap. ✔ Torkställning fanns, vilket var bra för seglarkläderna! ✔ Lätt att sortera sopor – smidigt att slänga och återvinna precis utanför på gatan. ✔ Bra läge – nära matbutik och strandpromenaden. ✔ Bra kontakt med ansvarig – även om hon föredrog spanska, gick det lätt att kommunicera. Vi har inget negativt att anmärka och kan varmt rekommendera denna lägenhet till andra!

El Patio is an exceptionally well-equipped and well-maintained property in a great location. Steve has thought of everything and everything is to a very high standard and very comfortable. We were unlucky with the weather and so we were very glad to be staying somewhere so nice as we spent more time at the flat than we would normally expect to during a holiday. We were there at a quiet time of year but can imagine that a dedicated indoor parking space is also a big plus at busier times. Wonderful to be able to be on the (fabulous) beach within five minutes! Would love to come again.

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

Amazing apartment in El Compello. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning in the future and recommending to friends and family. Host was great at communicating and so friendly. Apartment is in excellent location. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Near to the airport and convenient for catching an early flight. The apartment was comfortable, easy to find, clean and comfortable. N.B. Catching an Uber early in the morning was a challenge as none of the drivers wanted to come to the area (We waited over an hour for someone to come 30km away), so prebook a normal taxi company instead

Olen majoittunut jo kolme kertaa täällä ja olen ollut joka kerta tosi tyytyväinen. Pepe ja Vero ovat tosi ystävällisiä ja ihania ihmisiä ja heidän asunnossa on tosi miellyttävää majoittua. Asunnosta on upea näköala, sopiva kävelymatka keskustaan, kaupat lähellä, ihana tapas-ravintola vieressä, junallakin pääsee kätevästi kulkemaan ja ihana tehdä myös juoksulenkkejä alkuillan hämäryydessä rantaa pitkin. Tykkään kaikesta ja haluan tulla taas uudestaan. Olisin halunnut olla taas pidempään, mutta ehkä ensi kerralla 😊

I had a great month long stay at Pilar’s place. Carlos was my main point of contact and was always very responsive and quick to fix anything or answer any questions. The apartment itself is lovely and homey and has everything you need. It’s very close to everything in Alicante and easy to get to the tram to visit beaches farther afield or the train station to visit elsewhere in Spain. Lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants nearby. It can be quite noisy on the street so bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise! I hope to be back soon! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay at this Air BnB - despite being on a busy road, there was no noise from traffic or from neighbours. The central location to all amenities including the beach, shops and restaurants was great. The staff communicated very well and were super helpful. The staff were able to enable us to access the flat earlier, as the cleaning was completed prior to the listed check in time.

Árban és elhelyezkedésben is bajnok. Célnak megfelelő, bár egy kicsit vékonyak a falak és az egyik ágy is durván nyikorog. Ja és kaptunk a szomszédoktól egy papírt, hogy a klímát ne használjuk 22 után mert nem tudnak aludni (nem volt rá szükségünk). A házigazda rugalmas és nagyon segítőkész, ajánlom!

N’est pas facile de décrire la perfection et casa Timoteo c’est la perfection: l’accueil, l’attention aux détails, la propreté, la modernité, tout! Excellent!

The view from the balcony is wonderful. Lovely and sunny first thing in the morning. Patricia arranged transfer for us from the airport which was very useful. Any query I had was responded to extremely quickly and was always helpful. Although out of season it was still lovely to walk along the seafront and either way was a lovely walk along the coast. Coming out front and turning right takes you across a beach and in to the town where there is a Lidl and super-mercado as well as various other shops. Along the sea front are lots of bars and restaurants. Just downstairs is a little supermarket too which is useful if you do not wish to carry too much from main supermarket. The tram is not far and everyone we encountered was very friendly. A very peaceful location but easy to walk to places to eat. It did not take us long to get the tram into Alicante if you want more shops and a walk up to the castle. Thankyou Patricia and Roland.

This is an amazing apartment right in the centre of Alicante. Extremely central and close to everything you would want, with amazing views over the marina, but still quiet in the evenings which is important. The building has so much character and such a lovely place to stay. The apartment is very well decorated with quality furniture and fixtures throughout. And so spacious - we felt completely at home and didn't want to leave. Olivier was very helpful with checking in and was everything we want from a host. If I could have given it more stars I would have! And if we come back to Alicante this apartment will be top of our list of places to stay. If you're considering this apartment then I can definitely recommend it.

+ Spacious place, as in the photos + Great pool area + Jeroen and Manon were flexible when we arrived, we could leave our baggages until the appartement was ready - Not enough toilet paper (we’ve bought some, did not contact Jeroen and Manon) - The beach nearby can be smelly, sometime you have to go a bit further

I can definitely recommend Max and his apartment. Great communication, always responds, willing to help, and you can also count on recommendations of places! The apartment is beautiful, modern, mega clean. You can feel very comfortable, and on sunny days you can spend the whole day on the amazing terrace! One of the best places I have ever visited! I definitely recommend it

Just returned from a four day break at Julieta’s apartment which we would highly recommend. The location is great and the apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. As for Julieta as a host, she was always very prompt and friendly with her communication. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Logement propre et très bien rangé. Hotte réactif, manque juste un peu de soleil dans le logement et sur la terrasse c’est le seul bémol avec le vis à vis … Le reste était parfait, le jacuzzi est vraiment un plus !! Couple avec deux enfants en bas âges Très bien

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the flat! The views are stunning and you can hear the sea all the time, so nice to go to sleep with! The decor is a little different to when the flat was pictured. A bit of a menagerie of pictures etc, there was no pillow or duvet protectors. But otherwise we did really like the place. The beds are super comfy, outdoor furniture is also really comfy. There are people who meet you to check in and out. Parking space allocated. The area itself is very quiet. We drove into Alicante nightly to find good choices, but we are out of season in march. It is really peaceful but the nearest shop is quite a walk and restaurants on the front we didn’t really try as Alicante is so close and we loved it there. We would stay again. We used the pool a few times and it was warm enough with sun loungers. Also used the sauna which was nice. There is a little well equipped gym and tennis rackets in the flat but we didn’t use either. Thank you wilifreid!

Was a lovely place. Jorlén communicated really well and always answered any questions we had quickly. It was only two of us and was the perfect size. Most restaurants and things to do was at least a 20 minute walk but was fine. The apartment was next to a bar so was a little noisy at night but again it did not bother us. Overall a really positive stay😊

To say this apartment ticked all the boxes of a perfect apartment for a staycation is a HUGE understatement! The pictures of the place are extremely accurate, there is actually more there than you expect when you begin having a deeper look around. It was pristinely clean and modern with a stunning balcony featuring a jacuzzi to top it off. There was access to an infinity pool however it was a bit cold to go swimming and the pool is not heated. The only thing I would say about the places was it was abit further from Alicante than we would have wanted and Ubers were a bit pricey but we made it work. I would definitely recommend renting a car when you stay for longer than 4 days as there is a free parking space for you on site too. Apart from that me and my partner had the most romantic and comfortable experience and we will 100% be back. Thank you Julia and Maciej for making it so special and leaving some wine, chocolate and strawberries out for us on our arrival. You’re great hosts 😊

Su drauge gyvenome šiuose apartamentuose Alikantėje 6 dienas ir likome labai patenkintos. DIDELIS AČIŪ šeimininkui kuris buvo itin paslaugus, malonus, greitai atsakydavo į visas žinutes bei klausimus – tai labai palengvino mūsų viešnagę. Apartamentai buvo švarūs, tvarkingi, jaukūs – viskas, kaip pateikta nuotraukose. Labai patiko ir tai, kad vieta – netoli miesto centro (max 8min) , netoli paplūdimys, kavinės, parduotuvės ir kitos lankytinos vietos. Tikrai rekomenduojame šiuos apartamentus ir, jei sugrįšime į Alikantę, mielai apsistosime čia dar kartą! Ačiū! 👍🏽😊

We had a good time at Rudy's place. Location is very convenient, right next to shops, bars and public transport. The place is comfortable, well laid out and well furnished. The host is very responsive and always available for any questions or requests. Recommended.

Apartamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana de relax y tranquilo. Javier nos recomendó muchas cosas que hacer y lugares para comer. Es un bajo que da a la calle pero la zona es muy tranquila. Los niños disfrutaron mucho del jacuzzi y la piscina
