The place is so beautiful and peaceful, good vibes and quality time in the nature. I’m loved house and surroundings, the lake view is amazing, In short, a space to recharge and connect with nature and excellent host.

The apartment was as-described and well-built. You can tell that the design and layout was carefully considered and the location is very convenient. We did not rent a car and were able to easily walk to stores, restaurants, the beach, etc. The pool and outdoor area are very nicely laid out and kept clean as well.

I booked this property at the last minute, and I am so glad that I did. I was traveling with a group, and we the villa was perfect. The interior space was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful vacation, and the amenities of the property gave us plenty of space to enjoy time together, outside. The villa is located close to the beach (5-10 minute walk) and close to restaurants, convenience stores, bars, the grocery store, etc. The area is safe, and peaceful, and there is a reception/admin onsite during the day on the weekdays. Dorado is about an hour from San Juan. We didn't have a rental car, but we made a few trips via Uber to explore San Juan and used private transportation to visit El Yunque. The rules and expectations of the property were reasonable and made our stay easy. I will definitely book this property again, for a visit to the area in the future. Thank you, Sammy!

Great place to stay while in Dorado. Much nicer than a regular hotel room, the layout of the unit was great with the bedrooms separated by the living area. The view from each balcony was calming, good place to enjoy you morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We were able to travel to the East and West side of the island being centrally located. The local beaches were all beautiful. The unit is on the beach so you can enjoy both the shoreline and the pool. Miguel was very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Puerto Rico.

Our stay was wonderful. The location of the villa is amazing, walkable to a very private and beautiful beach and close distance to lots of sights. The interior is filled with unique antique furniture (which I, as a designer, appreciated a lot). The house is calm and tranquil. Several great food spots nearby. Hosts were very responsive and provided us with lots of recommendations. Kitchen appliances are somewhat old and outdated, but that was a minor nuisance for us. Highly recommend and would likely return

Words cannot express the beauty of this home & its location!! The house was exactly as it was described-but even better!! The home is fully stocked for everything you may need; the hosts are extremely easy to get a hold of; responsive; & kind! The beach coast is beyond description and very secluded and private-it was the most peaceful, relaxing vacation our family of 5 has ever experienced! The Island is stunning; the locals are amazing; helpful; and kind-this was a vacation our family will treasure for our lifetime and we hope to do it again soon!

Dafne Elvira’s was a great place to stay! The place is full of beautiful art and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The relaxing atmosphere, with the beach at your feet, made for an exceptional stay. Loved everything about this place!

The house was beautiful, very old school. No electricity in the house just a few solar lights throughout. The fridge and stove run off of gas as well as the water heater. The views are absolute amazing, it feels like you’re sitting in the middle of the mountains ! The only thing to keep in mind is there is quite a hike from where you park your car after the gate entrance to the house. It’s about a 10 min hike down from where you park it’s not horribly steep my aunt of 62 who’s in good shape did it without much issues but after a good rain it gets very slippery. Other than the hike it was a beautiful place. You definitely won’t need AC being this high up in the mountains it felt amazing at night. It was like being surrounded by nature we even had a coqui insist on joining us inside ! The dogs also loved it ! We would for sure come back again !

We had an absolutely fantastic time as a family at this vacation rental! The kids loved splashing around in the nearby pool, and we all enjoyed the beautiful day trips out from Vega Alta. The home was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We can't wait to come back and create more wonderful memories soon!

I have stay in many ARBNB’s in the States and Puerto Rico , and this one so far has been one of the best. First, because of the location. Dorado is a beautiful town, near beaches and great restaurants. The Villa was easy to find with the instructions given. When we enter the Villa the first impression was of a clean smell. I have entered places that smell old and musty. This one does not! Who ever he hires to clean the place are professionals. The place is clean, well kept, kitchen well equipped, and modern. The bathrooms very clean, and comfortable. The best part is the terrace, where we sat at night and hear the ocean waves and felt the breeze! And then u can walk to the beach. Just steps away. The pool of the complex is right in front of the Villa. Also , you can seat in the porch , they have two rocking chairs and you have a fantastic view of the ocean right in front of you!!! I and my family had a blast! And really enjoy it.

Elizabeth was the perfect host! Accessible and available whenever you called or text. Her priority is for everyone to be happy, Home was absolutely accommodating from beach towels & chairs to a/c, great water pressure, even bottles of water in the fridge to greet you after a long flight! She checked all the boxes for me! I highly recommend!

Quick weekend trip, Beautiful place and location. Clear instructions for check in and check out. The home was very spacious, offered every we needed and more. The host kept great communication with us making sure we were okay. Definitely plan on returning!!!

Our stay at the villa was absolutely fantastic! Hector was incredibly responsive and helpful. I truly recommend this place!

Being right on the beach was the big selling point for this property, and it did not disappoint! We walked down to the lighthouse and tidal pool to swim and watched sunsets on the private beach later on. Beds were clean and comfortable, neighborhood was relatively quiet, and relaxing in the pool and grilling on the back patio was the perfect end to a day on the beach. Being greeted by the property caretaker at check in, and shown around the property was helpful, especially as we were coming in later at night. The only real complaint is that the exterior doors can only be locked from the inside with a key as there were no latches or mechanisms to engage the lock without inserting the key. In the event of a real emergency this could prove problematic if you were unable to quickly locate the key chain and find the right key! Other than that, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay at the Rose Nest. 10/10 would recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

great place to spend some days off with the family, house location was amazing and on top of that no neighbors... definitely worth the time

Clean, comfortable, and cozy home within a double-gated community. Within a few steps of a large pool and a couple hundred feet from the public beach. Definitely worth returning to in the future. Hector responded within minutes to all our questions.

Luis’s place is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities listed. There was a nice welcome basket of goodies waiting for us, along with basics for cooking. We stayed there with our adult children and two grandchildren, aged 3 years old and four months. It was very child-safe in the house for the three-year-old, and a baby’s portable crib was set up when we arrived. Dorado doesn’t appear to have a town center of interest, but the pool and beach were sufficient for us with young children. We did take a couple of nearby excursions. The waves were significant at the beach, but the water was warm and clean. Luis was very responsive to all our questions.

Having the beach literally steps away and within view of the Villa is priceless. There are three beach access points one to Embassy Suites Hotel, one by the Villas and the main Beach for public access. All accessible and steps away. Views of sunset were amazing.

Comfortable house. Mari was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay.
