We had a great stay. Amazing Views . Our whole family loved it. Great hosts building with lots of amenities.

Great place to rent in the winter, well ventilated and plenty of fans to go around. Spacious kitchen, living room area, bathroom and master bedroom. Very secure and centrally located to most places with easy access to buses and other transportation. The Montero Fruits and Vegetables Market is a great place to stock up on most things to keep things less expensive. The meat shop a block away is great too and has great chicharrón and carnitas on Thursday and Sundays. The host is always available, answers promptly and most importantly takes immediate action (great example when the water pump gave out on New Year’s Eve and he handled it within the hour). It can be a bit dusty for those with allergies, but nothing too concerning. I can confidently recommend.

Great Location, clean and comfortable unit in newer building with beautiful rooftop pool area overlooking Banderas Bay. Close proximity to Malacon, Zona Romantica, cute local restaurants and shops. Just know there are some steep hills if you are walking! Only little thing was that there was no washer/dryer on the premises but there are lavenderias nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Casa Yolanda is a roomy apartment with nice finishes. The open air design made for great views and cool ocean breezes. The property faces north, so there wasn’t any sunning on the lounge chairs. The location is just off the pier and there is great people watching with the market square (Saturday), town square (saw a great kids folkloric dance show one night), and the soccer/basketball court just up the “heart stairs.” The host was great whenever we needed any fresh linen, paper towels, etc. it would be dropped at the door in no time.

We were two couples and absolutely loved Vallarta Shores and #7. Great location at the end of the beach with easy walking to everything! The condo was very comfortable and beautiful Ocean front for both bedrooms was fantastic. Kitchen had all the basics with nice fridge and stove. Wifi excellent. Beach front pool and Palapas for condos were perfect. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Sarah and Tamara are fantastic hosts. They made sure we were happy and we felt at home for our entire stay. Tamara instructed my first surf experience and she was great! Friendly and passionate. You can rent boards from the house at a better price than you can get on the beach too. We were worried that we would be hot without AC, but there are multiple powerful fans that keep the place ventilated and cool. It’s a seaside town so all of the roads are steep and hilly. It’s not a downside because you can actually access the town quicker if you go by the back way, which also has nice cafes and shops on the way to the beach. We didn’t feel the need to rent a vehicle because the airbnb is in a great location. Would highly recommend staying here!

What a great place! We were one of the first visitors with 0 reviews but the host was so proactive and friendly via the chat we felt confident the place would be great. Even before we arrive we already had lots of info about the place, location, local recommendations when we chat. When we arrived we were met by the host. Everything look exactly like the photos and even better. Kitchen is well stocked with new appliances and utensils. My words fear for any Airbnb are the scratched pans and chipped cups. This place is not it! Everything is in perfect condition. The place itself is huge! For just 2.5 of us (0.5 is a doggie) it was very spacious. We didn't use 2 rooms and 1 bathroom at all. Internet is fast on the first floor and okay upstairs. Both 2.5/5G. I left there hdmi>Usb-c cable in the TV, feel free to use it :) rooftop balcony is a huge bonus with private washer/drier! The location is a DREAM! 5 mins to the beach, and 40 mins anywhere in PV - walking. We will be back! Book it!!!

This house is amazing and so beautifully designed. The pictures really don't do it justice. We were very active out and about most days but it was really easy to have a "home" day. The patios and balconies are inviting and peaceful. Such a great place to relax and recharge. Everything is easy to get to, but I would recommend renting a golf cart to get around especially at night. Highly recommend.

Rosario’s home is lovely. The location and views were simply stunning. The house was clean and had everything needed to enjoy a peaceful stay. The pool was amazing. Perfect temperature and size. The views and the sound of the waves at night gave you the feel of a resort. Rosario was very kind and helpful during our stay and her staff was also wonderful. I highly recommend Rosario’s home.

This a huge, well laid out and modern house in a quiet, traditional neighborhood away from the craziness of centro. We loved our neighbors and the easy access to stores, fish, and restaurants around us. It's an Uber to beach, but very, very worth it.

Wow! What an incredible stay we had at Jamie’s place for our honeymoon. The air bnb had everything we needed and more! A beautiful private oasis, we never wanted to leave. Jamie was friendly and had us well stocked with water and treats when we arrived. The neighborhood is outside of the tourist area (which we like) but it was a cheap uber downtown. There’s lots of great food walkable from the house as well. We loved brewings, happy house, and the tacos right on the corner! Do yourself a favour and stay here on your next trip to PV. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. We had 7 people and it was very spacious. Every room had a bathroom upstairs. With two other bathrooms downstairs. The living room area and kitchen are very large and open with great space to gather in. This was the same for the outside area. Host was very great at communicating and accommodating at check in and late check out. One recommendation would be to supply more toilet paper, dishwasher pods, small seasonings (for cooking), dish towels and sharper knives for cooking. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! Thank you!

Stunning location and place. The hill is indeed very steep, but worth the hike! Paulo was incredible and responsive, helpful in arranging rides for us and getting golf carts! Thank you so much! We hope to return

A great place to stay! The pool was so refreshing and the grounds were peaceful and lush. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm and within minutes of great restaurants and the beach. The entry is on the flat part of the street, and was super easy to find, and not too hilly! The house was clean, and we enjoyed cooking on the stove and relaxing in the shade on the patio. The rooftop sun deck was also nice! Having access to the resort was so nice, it was calm and away from the crowds, had a big heated pool, iguana sanctuary, and great beachside service for drinks and snacks. We hope to return and couldn’t recommend Octavio’s place more!

Great location. Only a 10 minute walk away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town. Wonderful roof top deck that we used a lot. Place was very spacious and perfect for our family of four. Would stay here again. Patsy was responsive when we arrived and had a few questions.

Great location and amazing view!! Loved the hammocks and outdoor furniture- Comfortable and great big table for playing games. Restaurant had good drinks and food and all the staff were super friendly and always helpful! Rooftop pool wasn’t open but we still hung up there for the views and hot tub. Would definitely return!

The apartment was very nice and well stocked with everything you need from the kitchen to beach towels and beach chairs/umbrella. Would stay here again.

Ralph and Mark were very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary info up front to help take the guesswork out of coming there. The condo was perfect the size, perfect location, with a beautiful view. Alfredo was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely request this bnb again!

Casa Carlota was quite lovely and just as described. The unit was a good size. We were especially impressed at how quiet it was at night; we were never disturbed by any noises. The bed was comfortable and all linens were nice and clean. The kitchen was very nice and had everything needed. We could have cooked, but there were so many wonderful restaurants so close by that we only used the kitchen for making coffee and keeping drinks in the fridge. What was especially wonderful was having the amazingly beautiful rooftop pool just one flight above! Watching the view while being in the pool was incredible!! The bathroom was great with excellent water pressure. The condo building has an elevator so we never needed to climb stairs (except to get to the pool). The location was perfect for getting to the beach and close to all the amenities of the Zona Romantica. Our hosts were great and very responsive! We would definitely recommend Casa Carlota; it was a wonderful place to stay!!

Condo is located in a private community. It's quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool is nice for lounging and doing laps. It's also close to Walmart, Sam's club and restaurants like Pasele Manchin, La 5ta burger, Cafe+Leche and Bourbon Bar, and LA CATA. The condo itself could use more bright lighting like a halogen lamp. At night the florescent ceiling fan lights don't put out enough light in the living room. Also, there are ants and salamanders due to the openess of the condo. Make sure you wipe down tables after eating, do dishes promptly, sweep the floors, and take garbage out daily to minimize the problem.

This is a great modern condo with everything you need for your stay. Minutes from the beach and great restaurants. Also an amazing rooftop pool with a great view of the bay & Puerto Vallarta. Worth the stay! N

Fully enjoyed our week at this property. Host was very responsive and helpful. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the humpbacks play in the ocean!!! Will be back for sure -- may have to make this an annual trip!
