Absolutely perfect stay- our third year in the home! Fantastic recommend enough.

Allen was amazing! He welcomed my family and fur babies with open arms. Missy was an amazing host and I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

This is a wonderful home. Not all the bedrooms have doors and the bathroom is not in a hallway but inside one of the bedrooms I did not realize this when I looked at the pictures. Wonderful hosts Convenient location

Our group of 5 adults, a teenager and 5 younger kids (between 2-7) had a great time at the house for a 'staycation' over Spring Break. The common areas and bedrooms were all large enough to accommodate our group and each family had a comfortable spot to settle in. The kitchen had all of the items we needed--in addition to the main refrigerator there was a large freezer and smaller drink fridge in the kitchen, plus an additional fridge in the pool area. All of the kids items listed were at the property and easy to use. The laundry was a definite bonus! Michael was great to communicate with and was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. He gave detailed instructions in advance for both check in/check out and pool details. The pool was great! The kids LOVED having the diving board and all of the floats/pool toys right there. The water was warm and the area around the pool was great for hanging out, especially with the deck and grill just outside the glass garage door!

Jason and his team were phenomenal throughout our 2 week stay. We’ve stayed at several Airbnb’s in the last few years and this experience from booking request to checkout was the best we’ve had. This is the level of customer service that makes you feel like you’re back in the 80’s/90’s. Great job guys and next time I’m in Cincy I will purposely seek out a house managed by your team.

The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed linens were wonderful and the towels were plush. The fenced yard was great for our dog to run around in.

Great deal for a short trip to the Dayton area. House easily accommodated our group size and made traveling a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone taking a short or long trip to the area!

We stayed atAlicia‘s place because the reviews indicated it would be clean, and that was very important to us. Very pleased with what we found. Carpets were clean, well swept. Also a lot of new tile (& clean) in very good condition. Off-street parking in the driveway was a plus! Washer and dryer were very convenient also. Thank you!

I can't say enough about how great this place is. If you want to get away from it all, this is it. Everything is exactly as described, immaculately clean, and Rachel's a great communicator. The location is great: you're not far from Columbus and you're also not far from Dayton and Yellow springs.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was accomodating, had everything we needed, The environment was quiet, accessivle to everything, and in a beautiful area, and the hosts were super responsive and willing to help with whatever they could. We had some unexpected changes to our visit (we arrived earlier than expected, and left earlier than expected, we forgot some belongings in the house), and they did whatever they could to help us. If you need a place to stay in Dayton for a while, we definitely recommend!

We stayed at this home when we were coming to visit our daughter at Cedarville. I had some questions and Emily was always very kind and helpful. The home was so beautiful and updated with lots of charm. There were lots of dishes, linens, etc for our stay. We also saw the prettiest sunsets !! We would love to come back again when its warm, to sit on all the lovely porches. My kids already asked if we could make it a tradition and come back to this same home again next year :) thanks for being such a great host Emily!!

I love love love this home. It is beautiful and spacious and feels like a place to always breath and regroup. I want to tell you how amazing the space and host are but then it may not be available for me each month. Just relax and watch the snow fall in the back yard and you will understand why this is paradise.

Beautiful property, perfect for a large group! We felt safe in the area, which was quaint and quiet. We enjoyed cooking in the large and well-stocked kitchen. The game and theater rooms added greatly to the fun of our stay! Naseeb was consistently proactive and responsive. Given our flight time, we were hoping for a later checkout, and she was gracious to accommodate us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

My family of 6 with two dogs were out of a home and living in a hotel for a week after a kitchen fire. Sheila was kind enough to take us with our fur babies in for a total of 3 months! As soon as we get there my one child blew a breaker running a hair dryer. Gerald was quick to respond and fix the problem. He was kind and very helpful. We had a big snow storm and Gerald was kind enough to clear the walk way and driveway as well as spread salt for safety. They are wonderful people with big hearts! 10/10 Would ALWAYS recommend!!!

Nicole was amazing with her recommendations and overall communication. It really helped us to have a more memorable trip. As others have mentioned steep stairs so may not work for older or families with small kids having to go up and down stairs and one full bath upstairs and one full bath is on the first floor. Cute decor and overall great experience. Would recommend and would stay again!

This is my second time staying at Janice’s place. Really love this cozy spot. Feel right at home
