What a great place to stay in Dayton! Matty was an awesome host and the home was everything we needed and more. Very clean, quiet neighborhood, and great location! Would stay again for sure!!

Great location! Walkable distance to town and to Glen Helen Nature Preserve-close to other hiking trails and golf. Super clean modern and loved the large windows that light and nature in. Feels very private though close to everything. Gavin even made sure we had access to the Masters tournament through their TV app while we were there!

The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed linens were wonderful and the towels were plush. The fenced yard was great for our dog to run around in.

Thank you Kathy and Leo for an awesome stay at your camper! It was a great location to the Springfield Antique and Flea Market, which is why I traveled to Ohio. Lots of amenities associated with the campground and lots of things to do and see in the area. It was comfortable and everything is there inside you could ever possibly need for a stay. I enjoyed stay and will keep the location in mind for next year's trip!

My family came up for my birthday weekend. Staying her made it easy to gather with friends and family. We loved the private location of this home while still being just minutes from town. We come to Ohio multiple times a year and would love to stay again if availability allows!

Our group of 5 adults, a teenager and 5 younger kids (between 2-7) had a great time at the house for a 'staycation' over Spring Break. The common areas and bedrooms were all large enough to accommodate our group and each family had a comfortable spot to settle in. The kitchen had all of the items we needed--in addition to the main refrigerator there was a large freezer and smaller drink fridge in the kitchen, plus an additional fridge in the pool area. All of the kids items listed were at the property and easy to use. The laundry was a definite bonus! Michael was great to communicate with and was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. He gave detailed instructions in advance for both check in/check out and pool details. The pool was great! The kids LOVED having the diving board and all of the floats/pool toys right there. The water was warm and the area around the pool was great for hanging out, especially with the deck and grill just outside the glass garage door!
