We had an amazing stay at George’s beautiful B&B! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Snowking Festival, fantastic restaurants and breweries, and a vibrant arts and culture scene. George was incredibly helpful and proactive, making our experience even better. A definite 10/10 recommendation from us!

George was very accommodating and conscientious of our group, as we had a late flight change and were able to store our luggage in the foyer while we explored the Snowking festival on our last day in Yellowknife. The games and book collection in the foyer were a perfect complement to our cozy days in, and the balcony views were absolutely amazing - dog sledders and cross country skiiers in the day, and incredible aurora viewing every single night! George's home was perfect for our trip to Yellowknife - highly recommended!

Great location. I felt like at home and a local. walkable to most local attractions: iced road, snowking castle, cafes and of course the lake.

We truly enjoyed the place and the stay! The hosts were very friendly and flexible and the place was amazing! We might be back in the fall!

Our stay here was wonderful. The apartment was spacious, well stocked, bright and extremely comfortable. We felt right at home during our 5 night stay and would be delighted to return one day. Highly recommend!

This stay was awesome. The host family was wonderful, forthcoming with GOOD recommendations for restaurants, aurora hunting and more, and even shared a home cooked dinner with us!!! Above and beyond, a great stay. Thank you!

I had the greatest time in the Blue House, I can't recommend it enough! I think the place is even better than the pictures. Thola and Cedric were really helpful. I arrived very late and made a mistake in the address, but I could communicate with them easily, and they very kindly picked me up. The neighborhood is best, it’s just next to a lake trail and at the same time very close to down, about 10 min walking. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Great place to stay and an amazing host. Nelson was easy to communicate with, friendly and welcoming, and went above and beyond. Everything was very comfortable and exactly as it was described.

滿懷幸福的回憶，終於要完成這次的黃刀鎮極光追獵的行程。有太多的感謝，首先感謝心靈民宿的老闆娘，貼心的安排，隨時的支援，讓旅程無後顧之憂，白天放心的玩，晚上舒適的休息充電，恢復體力。房間典雅舒適，隔音良好，溫度暖和，在外面零下20的低溫中，只要回到房裡，就溫暖放鬆了。早餐更是老闆娘暖心的慷慨，吃的到媽媽的滋味，滿足遊子的思鄉情懷。交通也方便，參加當地旅遊，都可以在門口接車，有一次我慢慢走去網紅餐廳Bullock Bistro也只花了半小時。 附近有個Niven Lake公園，夏天很漂亮，可以晨跑、運動，可是現在天寒地凍，都結冰了，只能堆雪人，打雪戰了。 我是Lawrence 來自台灣，也算有緣，生平第一次住民宿，能有此體驗，等於是增加了一個黃刀鎮的景點。一個充滿回憶溫馨的景點。下次再來，一定要訂，黃刀鎮首選心靈民宿。 謝謝老闆娘，再會了黃刀鎮極光之旅。

Really nice people (though i only saw them from afar). The guest house is perfect, I actually had to spend most of my time there because I suddenly had a lot of work, and it felt just like being at home. well stocked kitchen and bathroom, and little things like extension cords too.
