We LOVED staying here. Super easy walk to the village and slopes, the best appointed kitchen I’ve ever experienced in a rental, and it was clean and functional with touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Hope to stay here again in the future!

I enjoyed my stay here. It was a basement apartment which felt nice and cozy. We used the kitchen for heating up some simple foods and had all the things we needed.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Riverfront Retreat. We greatly enjoyed all that the river had to offer. My young boys enjoyed fishing, kayaking and looking for frogs. Accommodations were comfortable and fit our needs well for our group of 7. Caryn and Kieth were excellent hosts that offered great communication and recommendations for the area. We would gladly return in the future!

Caryn is wonderful. The unit had everything and more that you would need. Many extras, like comfy robes, for when you use the hot tub. The dock with chairs is so peaceful. Kayaks, deck with tons of seating, hammocks, the list could go on and on. It is off the beaten path, so it takes extra time to get to sights, but it’s well worth it. There is plenty of room for big families to vacation together and stocked full of all you would need for any large crowd. The unit looks brand new in quality but the decor, floors, cabinets and everything else has a rustic feel but is by no means “rustic” in that it’s old. Beautiful unit all around. Stay here. You won’t be disappointed. You will be thrilled.

It felt like home away from home. Lovely apartment with ample size, very comfortable bed, immaculate and clean, very tastefully and cleverly designed. Great location to explore the northern part of Yellowstone National Park. Appreciated the well appointed "to cook in kitchen" after weeks of eating out.

Words can’t even begin to describe the AMAZING time we had at the River Island House. This was a wonderful escape from city life and a much deserved break from the work world. The house was perfect and comfortably fit all six adults (plus dogs). The picturesque river is the most beautiful part of this serine location. The river served as a backdrop for our family pictures and the sound is also very soothing. We come from the flatlands of Kansas, so being surrounded by mountains is always breathtaking. One afternoon was spent with local residents at Carter’s Camp (Nye,Montana). We had great conversation, ate wonderful food, drank ice cold beer and lost a few dollars in the small casino. We also had the opportunity to meet Ken (the man who built Island River House). It was a great way to learn some interesting history on where we were staying. This was a great vacation get away location for my husband and I. the house was exactly as described with plenty of room to spread out if you have a big family, but it was still cozy enough for just the 2 of us. The hotel over looking the beautiful river was tranquil and relaxing. We saw several types of wildlife while there including a bald eagle, a couple golden eagles, deer, birds, a yellow bellied marmot, and the last day there was a coyote that ran across the hill. if you are looking for a great peaceful get away spot this is it.

We had a wonderful family vacation while staying in Brooke’s cabin! It was an amazing location with picturesque views all around. The perfect home base for our adventures in Yellowstone. We would definitely stay here again! 5 stars!

My family and I loved calling this our home for the better part of our trip to Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Tetons. These destinations were still a ways away, but it was completely doable. The house itself was beautiful, situated with access to a dock and lake inlet. We had fun with kayaks and fishing poles, and made full use of the propane grill. The owners were also extremely generous to have many amenities available to us, such as a cooler, beach/camping chairs, umbrellas, towels, and bathroom and kitchen well stocked. For not having a stove/oven unit, we were still able to make full breakfast and dinner meals for a family of 6. They also went above and beyond to supply us with a pack n play crib when we expressed concern for the sleeping arrangement of our nearly-2 yr. old daughter. I feel like this rental was exactly what AirBnB had in mind when they launched a business like this. We would have never had such a wonderful experience staying in a hotel.

This house worked great for our family! It’s an easy drive from Idaho Falls Airport, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. The game room and spacious yard was perfect for our active kids. Justin was easy to communicate with and helpful. Don’t miss the Cress Creek Trail hike nearby!

I love this area and Rob and Nicol’s place was such a gem to stay in. Beautiful property that’s very private and quiet. The sound proofing of these townhouses is exceptional between inside/outside as well as room to room. Great for separate living spaces to accommodate many guests. They had all the amenities and then some.. even Ziplocs Tin Foil and Pepto! Very simple and flexible check in. Really feels like a home away from home. Would recommend to anyone.

Great house in beautiful location. Great for the family vacation we had with friends. The house was well appointed and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Felt right at home—comfortable, easy to find what was needed in the kitchen, well stocked and with all the conveniences (washer and dryer, great book selection). Temperature was easily adjusted and bed was good.

Fantastic place to stay for two during the winter. Easy walk to the free shuttle to the mountain and the place had everything we needed for a week vacation!

We stayed here last Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed it so we booked again for this year. It's convenient to our family gathering at a cabin on the Snake River 10 minutes away. You can also walk to some cool shops and a super General Store that has about everything you would need. The best aspect, other than beautiful Swam Valley, is the décor and comfort of The Loft at Stonefly Lane with a serene and peaceful view out the back overlooking Rainy Creek. It fits us perfectly. The first day we had a small issue with a thermostat for one of the heating units and even though it was a Sunday, Bob drove down from a couple hours away and replaced it. This was my family's 2nd consecutive year staying at this condo and we had a great time. Sharie's a top tier property manager and as a fellow host, I totally appreciate all the details, consistency and professional cleaning effort that goes into this place. The unit was fully equipped for our 6-nt stay, family of 3, and the perfect home base for a ski trip to Grand Targhee Resort, only a 15-minute drive away (as well as visiting Jackson Hole, just a 50 minute drive away). This condo was perfect for our stay. Clean with a really comfortable bed. After a day skiing, not having to climb stairs was wonderful. The bus stop is at the parking lot or the free parking with shuttle is just up the hill. Big Sky is a spectacular place

Just a short drive from Big Sky Resort, this listing was perfect for our group of four. The scenery was a stunning view to wake up to, and we loved stargazing after dark. We are already looking forward to coming back! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay! The views from the condo were beautiful and we enjoyed daily sightings of wildlife. The condo was extremely comfortable and cozy.
