great comms from Thuy...super easy checkin. We really appreciated the 14:00 checkin and 12:00 checkout times! Loved the design of this loft apartment. Great blackout curtains too. would recommend.

Hanoi was our first destination in Vietnam and we are glad that we booked our stay here with Hoai Anh’s place at the Pent Studio apartments. Our co-host Mr. Elite was extremely helpful right from the beginning and he helped us out to book our taxi from Hanoi airport too. We wanted to rent a motorbike and he even arranged for a person to connect with us for that. The place was fabulous, just like shown in the pictures, cozy and very welcoming indeed. A huge shout out to the hosts, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly, thank you ❤️ Hope to visit back soon.

My wife and I stayed for one night before our bus to Sa Pa, and it was lovely, especially for the amazing price! We picked this room to have some extra space and it was lovely to spread out. The main bed is super comfortable and so are the pillows and blanket. The bunk bed is very big and spacious. The hot water is good and lasts longer than other places we have been in Vietnam. The AC works amazing and the fan was a great bonus. The place was super quiet and no one is above this room which was super nice! The hosts were so friendly. Helped us get a driver from Halong to Hanoi, and he was early to pick us up. We also were given some tea on arrival which was a nice touch. The neighborhood is outside the city, but you can get a grab easily. The surroundings have plenty of mini marts for convenience, as well as lots of sweet families. It’s a very local feel. Definitely recommend for a budget friendly option for your visit to Hanoi!

The apartment was just what we were looking for! Very modern and clean had all the amenities we needed (washing machine, dryer, Netflix) was also very spacious. The owner was very helpful with quick responses as we booked very late and extended our stay. Thankyou.

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and just like the picture. The building is near Lotte West Lake. The host is friendly and attentive. She guided me to the supermarket and gym nearby. I will come back again.

Fantastic large apartment with great views. It was exactly what is described in the ad. We loved it here & will definitely return one day!
