May was such a wonderful host! We sincerely enjoyed our stay here! It’s located on a nice, quiet street in Old Quarter, so not noisy but also so close to the bustling, amazing streets of Hanoi!

We had a fantastic time at Bach’s place! The place was spacious, clean, well equipped, perfect for our group. The billiards table and Netflix projector made our evenings really enjoyable. Bach and his team were super responsive and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also convenient, with great food options nearby. Overall, a great experience, and we’d definitely recommend it to others visiting Hanoi!

Staying here for a few nights on a short trip in Hanoi really enhanced my whole experience and got the most out of a short time in this City. Checkin and checkout was simple and brief. The Apartment is well designed and very homey with everything of a home, even with in-unit laundry. Very private with the entire two floors for our stay. Interior and beddings are clean and comfortable just like in the pictures and descriptions. Location, Location, Location. It is literally in the centre of Hanoi, the old district. Steps away to all the street foods and restaurants making trend now on Tiktok, youtube food reviews. 10 mins walk diameters to everything you need to see in Hanoi. This allows us to see more of Hanoi in a short amount of time here. The apartment is not on main street, away from the noise pollution, a huge plus for relaxing. All in all, great value, best location. I would say cheaper than hotel and got a lot more. We will stay here again next visit to Hanoi

Great stay with spacious, clean rooms and pretty complete amenities. The house feels safe and quiet within a gated neighborhood. Definitely great value as it is located a stone’s throw away from the Opera House and felt like a home (we were a group of 6 adults and we had plenty of space). Check in and check out was very easy! And Diep was a very hospitable host, proactive in communicating and had lots of good food recommendations. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place!

Le logement est parfait pour 6 personnes avec 3 belles chambres, 2 salles de bain et une terrasse exterieure. Bien situé pour acceder facilement aux principaux centres d'intérêt de Hanoi, et tres calme. Anna Anh etait disponible pour repondre a nos attentes. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Thinh & My 님의 숙소의 숙소는 아름다운 서호 인근에 위치한 매우 매력적인 숙소였습니다. 오래된 건물이지만 잘 관리되고 정돈되어 있었고, 무엇보다 관리자인 Hieu의 적극적인 서비스가 매우 인상적인 숙소입니다. 숙소의 특성 상 호텔 수준의 청결과 정돈 상태를 기대하는 것은 매우 어려우나, 아름다운 지역으로의 접근성이 매우 우수하고, 우리가 필요한 모든 것을 보유하였으며, 여름철에는 아름다운 정원에서 매우 즐거운 시간을 가질 수 있을 것으로 생각됩니다.(우리는 겨울철에 머물러 그럴 기회를 가지지 못했습니다.) 하노이 숙박시설의 특성상 난방이 되지 않았지만 Hieu의 적극적인 지원으로 우리는 춥지 않게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 우리는 Thinh & My 님의 숙소에서 매우 인상적인 아름다운 추억을 만들 수 있었습니다. 만약 하노이에 다시 간다면 또 머무를 의사가 있습니다.

Logement 3A fidèle aux descriptions, très bien situé dans le vieux Hanoï, à proximité des principaux 'lieux touristiques'. Logement spacieux, calme (même si la petite rue est très animée), bien équipé, entrée autonome, au coeur d'un immeuble habité par des vietnamiens donc impression de vivre comme un local :) Les toilettes sur le pallier ne sont pas un probleme. Seul point 'gris' c'est la salle de bain très petite (il ne faut pas être trop corpulent !), et la quantité d'eau chaude pour la douche qui s'épuise vite (limite pour 2 douches à moins de laisser le système se recharger). Très bons restaurants à proximité (canard grillé, bun cha, coffee shop...). J'ai adoré mon séjour et recommande ce logement. A bientôt !

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The property is conveniently located just a short walk from Hanoi's charming Old Quarter. The hosts were outstanding—truly helpful and attentive. We were thrilled that the apartment was serviced every three days during our stay, which made things even more comfortable. The hosts also went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and must-see spots, enhancing our experience. The apartment itself was spacious enough for four people, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Overall, I would highly recommend staying with this host. It was simply outstanding!

Super séjour dans l'appartement de Huy, je confirme les commentaires que j'avais pu lire précédemment : on s'y sent comme chez soi ! le logement est grand et le lit très confortable, coin cuisine très pratique. L'appartement était parfait et Huy est toujours réactif et répond très rapidement lorsque vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Cependant l'adresse est un peu difficile a trouver, on ne l'a trouve pas facilement sur Grab ou sur les applications de livraison par exemple donc l'adresse était un peu compliquée mais hormis ça c'est parfait

Beautiful apartment and just a shown in the pictures. The location is outstanding with tons of walkable options + ease to get a Grab to anywhere else. We used the Luk Lak restaurant as our landmark for Grabs, and found it very convenient. Coffee shops are just outside the apartment. Appliances seemed new - the washer/dryer specifically. The apartment served our family of 3 (2 adults and a 4 yr old) well as a landing spot after our international arrival. Would stay here again!

Our third visit in Hanoi. This is our favourite area to stay from now on and this apt is located just on the lakeside. Apartment is quiant, lots of space and natural light. Absolutely great choice. Beautifully decorated too. Many cafe's on the beach road. Recommendations. Pizza Bella and Good Time Burger in the close by island. Banh Mi Pate Cot near Pan Pacific Hotel and Truc Bach Massage where blind men do absolutely great massage. All these in very easy walking distance. When coming again to Hanoi, I would book this apt if available. This time we stayed two weeks.

The apartment is very nice and clean. The location is great, a lot of good places to eat nearby and also close to the lake and relatively close to French quarter. Vesper was very friendly and always answered our questions. She sent great instuctions for finding the place. Our apartment was on the third floor, and the last ten stairs were very steep, but you can see that on the pictures. We were with a young toddler and the first time going down the stairs looked scary, but got used to it. :) I don’t remember how was the description, but there is no door between the rooms, but that was ok for us. Also, the door to the bathroom doesn’t go to the top, there is open space and there is no real window, so you can hear more from the noise of the street. Downside was the internet, which was slow and not very consistent.

Beautiful room design, responsive and friendly host

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!

This apartment was very comfortable and cost-effective. The host is friendly and active in communication. It's a place I can use often next time. I had a great time. 😊 Good!

Meyong Gyun is and incredible host! He is easy to talk to, highly responsive and has the cleanest and visually appealing accommodations! Highly recommend!

3주간 머물렀습니다. 미딩에 이은 제2의 한인촌 아파트라서 매일 수십 명의 한국인들을 볼 수 있었고 건물 보안도 철저했어요. 해당 건물 1층에 편의점, 약국, 한국식당, 한국슈퍼가 있었고 단지 내에 한국세탁소, 한국야식집, 한국빵집, 새마을식당, 홍콩반점, 두끼떡볶이, 하이디라오, 한국정육점 등이 있어 마치 한국에 사는 듯 했습니다. 호치민쪽 아파트들은 벽간 소음이 심했는데 여기는 층간, 벽간 소음없이 조용했고 사진에 나온 호수가 있어서 집에서 보는 뷰도 좋고 나가서 런닝하기도 좋았습니다. 미딩은 매우 가깝고 우버 3-4000원이면 호안키엠이나 롯데마트 이동이 가능해서 편했어요. 10여 개 이상의 축구장에 밑에 있어서 매일 늦게까지 축구를 하는 사람들이 좀 시끄러운 게 유일한 단점이었습니다. 재방문 의사 매우 높습니다.

20일간 하노이 출장여행 기간 중 상당히 만족하며 숙박했습니다. 호스트님이 상당히 친절하시고 임시거주증도 만들어 주시고 각종 요청사항들을 빠르게 해결해주십니다. 아파트도 쾌적하고 너무 편안하고 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 다음에도 하노이에 온다면 꼭 이용하고 싶습니다. Thank you Nhung😀
