We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Удобное расположение - недалеко от метро, рядом есть магазины и кафе, котейки проходят периодически мимо. Немного непривычно слышать метро под домом, но оно сильно не мешает. Несмотря на отсутствие кондиционера, жара не ощущается - помещение проветриваемое. Все, что нужно для жизни - есть.

Gor was so helpful and helped us with the right instructions and local recommendations. The place is matched to the descriptions mentioned on the website. The highlight is that the place is located right in the middle of the city and within easy walkable distance to many great restaurants and main attractions in Yerevan city!

Great location, nice clean spacious apartment with nice furniture, great wifi, nice television, close to shopping, opera, great food. Armenia had some of the best food we've enjoyed on our European tour.

Very nice place. The lady who gave and collected the key arrived just on time exactly when we arranged beforehand. The apartment itself is not very new but in good condition and clean. There were basic cooking utensils, dishes, shampoo, detergent and other basics. The sofa is very comfortable and soft and the bed was pleasant to sleep on. All appliances are of good quality and fully functional. There is even a small dishwasher! The AC worked great even though the windows face south and there was 35C outside. The neighbourhood is very walkable and felt safe. Even though there is a busy Komitas ave nearby the place was quiet at night but the curtains are thin and the sun might wake you up early. As other reviews noted the water pressure in the shower is somewhat low and there is a delay before the water heats up, but after a few moments the temperature becomes stable and I can't say I had any trouble taking showers over 10 days. The internet was fast and stable for work and videos. There is no elevator and the apartment is on the 4th floor which is fine for me, but when you enter the building at night you have to take 2-3 steps in the dark before the light turns on which is not a big deal. Overall I enjoyed my stay a lot and would recommend this place.

The stay was great: the apartment is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures, all the listed amenities were there, the furniture is new. There’s even a smart TV which wasn’t listed(I think). The host is responsive and helpful, which I appreciate! The location is 3 steps away from a local souvenir market, there’s a grocery store pretty close by and many interesting things within 30min walking distance. I recommend you get warm socks or slippers for the winter and early spring months as the floors are cold. Overall, a good experience, I’d book again if I’m ever in Yerevan:)

The host very cooperative, we enjoy stay this place

I’ve never met such a hospitality as it was provided by Hasmik. Firstly she was very flexible, we arrived of a group of 11 men in the very morning and we left at 3am in the morning. Hasmik, even if it was such a terrible timing welcomed us and was bidding good bye to us, before we left she provided sandwiches and fruits for a journey. During our stay she served amazing breakfasts and was helping us with planning our journey around Armenia, arranged transport and was taking care if all is fine during the trip. She served us beautiful Armenian style dinner and drank a wine with us. House is equipped fully with whatever you need to have your stay pleasant and even if something is missing it will be arranged by a host. It has beautiful garden with swimming pool and bbq area. It’s really hard to express how grateful and thankful we are that we stayed at your place with you as a host ( even that there were some small issues with loudness of our group. Hasmik - you are a shining star!

The house looked exactly as it was described and showed on photos. It is huge, new, with beautiful design and great amenities (big swimming pool with heating, sauna, outdoor kitchen and BBQ place). The area is peaceful and quite with s beautiful view, however it is easy to access it from the center with about 15 minutes ride. We fully enjoyed the stay! The only thing that was not so comfortable is that we came at 15:00 pm but cleaning was actually finished at 16:00 pm. But there were long stay guests before us so they probably needed extra time to clean the whole building. It would be nice to be warned about that though.
