Erevan : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Мы с семьей приезжали по делам в Ереван, останавливались в квартире Эдгара с 1 декабря до середины января. Квартира отличного подходит для такого долгого проживания. Мы чувствовали себя как дома. Понравилось, что в квартире тихо, тепло. Часто ходили гулять в парк напротив. Очень удобно, что в 15 минутах от дома огромный супермаркет, где можно найти почти все что угодно. Эдгар был очень предупредительным и отзывчивым. Помогал решить все наши возникающие вопросы. Спасибо за отличное проживание.

We stayed at Sona's apartment over New Year and had a lovely time! It's clean, fresh, comfortable and definitely has everything for a pleasurable stay. The check in experience was smooth, thanks to Sona's sister. Inside the apartment is fully furnished, it even has an oven, which is rare for Airbnbs, the kitchen has all the tools we needed, as well as the appliances. The bed is comfortable, great pillows and enough blankets, towels and spre sheets. The balcony is definitely a lovely addition, because of winter we couldn't stay out for too long but it was great to go out and look at the city. The location is central, close to two main streets and sights, different supermarkets around (we especially recommend Yerevan City, it's huge and has all the souvenirs). The flat is close to a bus stop, which was convenient to move around the city. We had a great stay and would definitely like to return again!

Great location & cozy apartament

A massive thank you for the care given to when I stayed. 1. I arrived at 1.30am Kristine had her brother meet me to hand over the keys. The brother was very nice made sure I had the address walked me out of the airport and waited until I got safely into the cab. 2.Kristine then contacted me at around 3am to make sure I got in safely and that I found the flat easily. Again massive thank you for the care not many would do that. 3.the apartment was clean had all amenities. As well as proper heating and air-conditioning 4.the shower is modern and new with great water pressure and proper hot water. 5.around the conner is a small shop with everything in it. And about 1.4km is a massive shopping mall with everything you might need. 6.getting into city centre is easy and very affordable by cab. 7.the only thing I would say is the apartment is sunny so if you like a sleep in the rooms are bright but hey I used a blanket to cover the window. 🤣. But would gladly stay thier again when I am back

This is a stunning apartment with modern fresh renovation, new furniture and nice interior. The apartment has all amenities, the view from the window to Mount Ararat and the location is excellent. I will definitely check in here again the next time I visit Yerevan.

Our stay at Arsen's place was one of the happiest in our long Airbnb history. I've put all the obvious/objective points in my ratings, but there is another thing on top of and in addition to everything else: the location. It's not bang in the city centre, which we didn't want anyway, and so it was completely quiet and at the same time gave us the opportunity for wonderful evening walks down the Cascade, and views of Ararat are great from this part of the city. So, as on our first trip to Yerevan, we didn't go for a more obvious super central location, and we were that much happier for it. Arsen has been a perfect host throughout our stay and we hope as many people as possible discover this for themselves.

Хороший дом недалеко от центра Еревана. На такси без пробок минут 10. Рядом метро, супермаркет и торговые ряды. Жили 10 человек, все прекрасно поместились, даже остались свободные места. В целом понравилось, приехали бы ещё. Первый день было холодно, но потом дом прогрелся и можно было ходить хоть в шортах-футболке даже при -10 на улице. Хозяин сразу отреагировал, достал дополнительный обогреватель для комнаты без отопления. Но немного о минусах. Берите сразу все тапочки, дом не настолько чистый, чтобы ходить в носках или голыми ногами. Посуду тоже пришлось всю перемыть перед использованием. Слышимость довольно сильная. Если в столовой кто-то громко разговаривает, то, по крайней мере в двух комнатах на втором этаже, всё прекрасно слышно. Из приятных сюрпризов - стабильная горячая вода. Нечасто встретишь в Армении. Обычно очень тяжело настраивать душ на идеальную температуру, здесь всё отлично

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The Vahan was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The space was spotless, cozy, and just as described—ideal for a a trip to Yerevan. Location was great too, with easy access to local attractions. Irina was an amazing host! She was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfect for us. Even though we booked last minute, she went out of her way to provide a baby crib and even asked if we needed toys for our infant. The apartment was spacious, beautifully arranged, and conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. It truly felt like a 5-star stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Värden har uppskattat att vi meddelat och varit i kontakt under vistelsen när det har behövts. Lägenheten är välutrustad med kökstillbehör och rengöringsprodukter. AC:n fungerar bra och ventilationen i badrummet likaså. Beskrivningen och bilderna stämmer överens med verkligheten.

Мы очень-очень благодарны Светлане и локальной хозяйке-помощнице Сирануш - это не просто квартира, это по-настоящему уютный Дом. Пространство очень атмосферное и по-настоящему домашнее, можно прочувствовать настоящий ереванский дух. Всё очень аккуратно, чисто, красиво и удобно, есть всё необходимое и даже больше. В квартире очень тепло. Локация удобнейшая, самый центр. Сирануш была очень добра к нам, была всё время доступна и очень отзывчива, откликалась тут же на любой вопрос и просьбу - надёжный и добрый человек. Всегда теперь будем тут останавливаться, приезжая в Ереван. Спасибо вам большое!
