I enjoyed our month stay. I was a little worried about the location but was an easy walk to places. The younger members of our family decided they liked old town Paphos, especially to eat, so this was perfect as also easy to walk to. (We drove mainly.) Parking was easy. The gentleman who attended to the pool was quick and proficient. The pool was small, perfect for children, even the big children had fun. I would recommend this place to families.

this is the second time im staying at Themithia properties. As the first time, everything was as described and spotless clean! Felt cosy and right at home. Definitely returning.

Ένας πολύ όμορφος ιδιωτικός χώρος και εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεται κάποιος για να μείνει από 1 μέρα μέχρι και για μεγάλο διάστημα.. Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι πολύ φιλικοί και πρόθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν σε ότι χρειαστείς.. Πολύ καλή τιμή για αυτό που σου προσφέρουν.Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Σίγουρα θα ξανα προτιμήσω το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μου στην Πάφο..

Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

We had a comfortable stay in Desi's house. It is spacious and cozy and was a good fit for our family. Desi was responsive and offered great tips when I bugged her with my questions ; ) I'm also thankful for her flexiblity with the checkout time. We definitely recommend others to be her guests!

Endroit calme et reposant avec une vue magnifique. La grande piscine, rien que pour vous, est bien adaptée aux petits et aux grands. Pambos est un hôte très réactif. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting Paphos. We didn’t hire a car, and were able to walk the 20/30 minutes along the seafront to the town centre and historical sights, and excellent Paphos bus service to visit other locations. A couple of nice little beaches 10 minutes walk away. The house was clean and cosy and in a very quiet neighbourhood. There were just a couple of things missing from the list of specified items with the villa - bikes and charcoal for the bbq, which would have nice to have available, but Svetlana communicated immediately about these when we asked. Would definitely return if we are in Paphos again!

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spotless and clearly well-maintained, showing the host’s great attention to detail. The parking spot right next to the house was super convenient, and the entire area was wonderfully quiet. The outdoor space is impressive—perfect for a BBQ with everything you need, and the pool area is amazing. The views are great, and it feels completely private. Savvas, the host, was incredibly thoughtful, super friendly, and provided very clear instructions, making the stay even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it!

Wir hatten eine wirklich angenehme Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und hatten dafür ausreichend Platz. Michelle hat uns sogar mit Eiern und selbst gemachtem Brot versorgt, was wirklich großartig ist! Alle elektrischen Geräte funktionieren super. Wir kennen uns in der Gegend gut aus, deswegen war die Unterkunft für uns sehr gut gelegen. Man braucht aber ein Auto, wenn man flexibel sein möchte.

This place was great for a short stay with kids. It had a lovely private garden and everything we needed. Monica was very helpful and considerate. Recommend!

Had an excellent stay with Sabina. She was extremely helpful with recommendations, tips and advice throughout our stay around Sea Caves. She definitely went above and beyond as an Airbnb host - she was great to talk with and really made us feel at home. We had plenty of space and the facilities provided were super clean and looked after. Please stay with Sabina as she will ensure you get the most out of your holiday and is always available for any issues questions that you might have. Our stay at the charming Summer Forever Townhouse was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the stunning views and serene atmosphere .The host was incredibly kind and allowed us to check in early, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, blending modern amenities with cozy, rustic charm. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the local area. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows just right. One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The private terrace offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape providing the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening drinks. The pool was pristine and provided a refreshing escape from the sun and our kids made friends. everyone spoke well of James.Loved relaxing in the Townhouse & chatting with the locals.

The house was just like the photos but there was more… a private path lined by fruiting citrus trees taking you down to the sea. The views are fabulous and the gardener works hard to keep it all absolutely perfect. And for those having to do a little work, fibre optic internet included.

Villa Papaya is a spacious and comfortable villa in a perfect location near the Pafos promenade along the sea. There are several nice restaurants nearby. The villa features a courtyard and two balconies, offering shaded spots to relax in privacy. We stayed there with our friends and had a wonderful time. The villa is highly recommended for large families or groups of friends.

I felt really at home here. The outstanding view is etched into my soul. The veranda is large, comfortable and has everything you would need. Maria is the most responsive and personable host. Her thoughtful touches are everywhere. She even supplied fruit from her garden, and provided basics to get me started. The apartment is really well equipped, and there was nothing else that I needed. Maria even provided an umbrella, and folding seats for the beach. As other people have mentioned there is a road below the apartment, which might not be everyone’s choice, but that puts the apartment in easy access to all places of interest; Lachi, Baths of Aphrodite, Polis etc. The beaches are minutes away by car, as is the Marina and Polis town. You can walk to most things, (although there is a steep hill down from one side of the apartment, you can avoid this by going another route), there are buses that run frequently from below apartment. As you can tell this was a very enjoyable stay!

A truly wonderful apartment—clean, well-maintained, and with a private entrance. It is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need. On the first floor, there is a spacious common area, a kitchen, and a terrace-balcony with a stunning view. The second floor has three bedrooms and separate bathrooms. The third floor features a large rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying the sunset. The apartment includes a large TV, fast internet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Kristian is a very kind and attentive host! I highly recommend this place! If you're staying in Peyia, I suggest having a car for convenience.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geräumig und in einer schönen Lage – ideal zum Entspannen. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend: schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

We had a great stay in Arianna's charming, comfortable place, which was decorated with a real style eye. Location-wise, we couldn't think of a better place we could have stayed in the Old Town. It was peaceful but right at the centre of things, next to a smart restaurant and an easy walk to buses. It was a little boho -- the odd missing lightbulb and loose door handles -- but the bed was comfortable, there was a decent shower and it was generally a really nice place to hang out in. Would definitely stay there again.

Ο Ευθύμιος ήταν πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης, πολύ φιλικός και κοινωνικός ανθρωπος. Οι οδηγίες του για την τοποθεσία του καταλυμματος ηταν πολύ βοηθητικές. Το "Μαγικό Λεωφορείο" ήταν πολύ ωραίο, μπορεί να είχε μικρό και περιορισμένο χώρο, αλλά ήταν μια πολύ ωραία εμπειρία, ιδιαίτερα αν ο επισκέπτης είναι λάτρης των τροχόσπιτων, ή των αυτοκινούμενων τροχόσπιτων. Ηταν πολύ προσεγμένο και ωραία φτιαγμένο εσωτερικά και με ωραία διακοσμηση.

Great view, great pool, great location. We had a blast staying there with our young children. Host provided fresh fruit and eggs which were delicious.
