非常好的住宿體驗，房間內備品齊全，房東貼心準備小零食，寢具乾淨，浴廁乾淨，生活機能超讚的，有早市和夜市，地理環境非常好，房間很安靜，很好睡，可以充分休息

The photos displayed are exactly what we saw upon arrival—no surprises, just a beautiful and well-maintained space. The place had everything we needed for a great stay. Yu Ching was responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication seamless. Do note that the place is quite secluded, so having a driver or your own transportation is essential for getting around. However, this also means a peaceful and private stay, which we really appreciated.

接近夜市，車站附近，只是地點在巷弄裡面； 有閣樓小朋友很愛，但通往閣樓的樓梯有一點陡....

設施完善，有KTV、麻將桌、羽球可以玩，也提供多廚具做使用～適合朋友家庭一起來玩唷！

住的地方是獨棟的很溫馨的小屋～ 裝潢很漂亮 用具也很齊全！ 電視前的沙發又大又舒服很喜歡哈哈哈 想得到的幾乎什麼都有 跟朋友一起來大家都很喜歡很開心！！

是一個很清幽的小農舍，環境優美，房內設備齊全，房東回應快速，對面有7-11超級方便，離宜蘭市區又很近(開車十分鐘內)，房價非常合理，這裡是跟三五好友或家人來宜蘭小旅行時的住處好選擇。

We are a group of 4 adults with 2 kids, and hence appreciated the space of this apartment which comes with individual toilets in each bedroom. The apartment is also very well located near Luodong night market which is a 10mins stroll away. there are lots to do and eat here! only downside is that the living room (and toilets) are rather cold as the temperature went as low as 10degrees when we visited. Ann was responsive and tried to look for heating unit (though to no avail) the next day upon our feedback. nonetheless, there are aircons with heating in bedrooms, thankfully!! Thanks for having us, Ann. We had a great stay here and would recommend this place!

What a wonderful stay! Grace was a great host! We didn’t need much as we were there visiting our family, but always felt Grace was right there if we needed anything! The place was just as the pictures reflected! Beautiful, clean, bright and airy! Everything you needed was there, would definitely stay again! Thank you Grace for a wonderful stay!

與照片相符，完全一樣！一入住闆娘熱情接待，還有闆娘親手製作的茶包很好喝，也介紹附近的商家！下樓正對面有7-12，走5分鐘左右就到商圈，所以吃的逛的都在附近！非常方便。

環境清幽，整體建築造型富有藝術美感，室內外所有的家具物品的陳設都能夠體會出屋主里歐的用心，完美採光的落地窗、超級好睡的床、乾淨整潔的床被單和環境、富有質感的軟毛牙刷、非常好穿的拖鞋、水壓夠強的蓮蓬頭、還可以開火煮東西，真的是近乎完美滿分入住的體驗 💯 之後有機會一定還會再來👍

房間跟照片描述相符，基本設備都有，浴池很大，床也很好睡，住起來真的很放鬆又舒適！

Ryan was responsive and gave many recommendations. We had a cozy and comfortable stay. Bedding was warm and comfortable, felt just like home. Location is close to the beach. Has good sunrise, mountain and sea view too. Cab from Toucheng train station to his apartment cost about NT120. Thank you Ryan for the great stay.

優點：離沙灘真的很近，入住資訊詳細又用心，整潔度很好 缺點：隔音不太好，然後百業窗不夠密合一大早就會被亮醒🥲

真的很有家的感覺 很舒適 一點都不拘束 屋主的擺設讓人覺得很舒心 外頭的火車緩緩開過去加上海邊籠罩在薄霧的龜山島 總之這種感覺真的很難用言語形容 只能說 真的很適合渡假 遠離工作 過著緩慢的步調 讚
