Un séjour parfait ! Le logement était impeccable : très propre, spacieux et très bien équipé, tout y est pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. L’hôte était exceptionnel, très disponible et attentionné. Une expérience au top, je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai avec plaisir !

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen, traumhaften Umgebung. Zudem ist die Sicherheit garantiert, da das Appartement innerhalb eines Resorts liegt. Für Naturliebhaber gibt es z.B. einen faszinierenden Wanderweg, am Meer entlang, mit vielen Buchten zum Schwimmen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Mahir war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, der von Beginn an sehr zuverlässig mit uns kommuniziert hat und uns auf alles hingewiesen hat, was zu beachten war. Hier müsste man eine Bewertung über den 5 Sternen geben können. Der Service während unseres Aufenthalts war sehr besonders und freundlich. Die Wohnung wurde auf Wunsch sauber gemacht und bei Bedarf wurden uns Kaffee und Utensilien für den Grill gebracht. Die Wohnung beinhaltete alle Haushaltsgeräte, die man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in seinem Urlaub benötigt. Wir sind in vollem Umfang zufrieden und glücklich gewesen und würden uns immer wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden. Vielen Dank!

Die Unterkunft bei Ahmed und Abdul Rahman war super. Der Ort Qantap ist sehr schön, schon als wir morgens um 5 Uhr die große Straße runter fuhren und wir das weiße Dörfchen Qantap zwischen den Bergen aufblitzen sahen waren wir begeistert . Die Villa konnten wir anhand d Abdulas Beschreibung gut finden. Sie ist sehr schön und hat eine großzügige Architektur . Der Innenhof ist schöner als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Wir haben ihn zum Frühstücken genutzt, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Abdul ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. An dieser Stelle nochmal ein Dankeschön an dich lieber Abdul. Der Weg zum malerischen Strand dauert zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten. Sollten wir Oman nocheinmal besuchen werden wir bestimmt wieder in diese Unterkunft buchen.

Muscat Bay is a starkly elegant new development in tje middle of the rocky Bandar Jissah. A series of low buildings with flats and houses, bordering a man-made wadi. It is very elegant, with a good pool and a small Spar for everyday shopping. Ideal to relax away from tje hustle and bustle of Muscat and near amazing beaches in matoral coves - some privatised by the Jumeirah or Shangri La resorts, some public. The flat is a spacious first floor one bedroom apartment, with a czy balcony. It was exactly what I needed for a week of total relaxation. There is a also café above the shop and pharmacy. My host was very attentive and the staff on the ground were helpful too. All in all, a lovely peaceful week.

I travelled to Muscat with my wife and two kids and we had a wonderful vacation. The location of this apartment is perfect. Quiet enough that it’s not noisy when you want peace, but surrounded by a myriad of restaurants, cafes and shops when you want something to do within walking distance. Easy access to all of Muscat’s sights. Excellent pool. Close to a lovely beach. We encountered a few issues with the place initially that Hudhaifa was attentive to and sorted out in no time. Would absolutely recommend this lovely apartment, and would happily stay as a guest of Hudhaifa again in future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Naseer’s place. The location is fantastic—convenient, with access to the pool, walking distance to one of the best beaches I’ve ever seen, and right by the walkway and waterfront. Our kids absolutely loved it! Naseer is an excellent host, always ready to respond and answer questions, even late in the evening. Five stars all the way!

Bader was a great host, really friendly, quick to communicate and help/deliver anything we needed. The apartment was clean (although a little wear and tear is showing) and had plenty of space for cooking and hanging out. We appreciated having access to a washing machine and clothes dried quickly on the balcony. There is is a grocery store downstairs which was handy (also makes a good drop-off point for taxis) and parking was free and easy. Thank you again for hosting!

We had an amazing time in Muscat. The city was easy to get around and our host had several good tips about places to visit and eat. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. The AC had a minor maintenance issue that was taken care of immediately by a professional crew. Although we didn’t spend much time in the unit, it was well equipped for making meals in the small but well kept kitchen. The living room was equipped with a newer large flatscreen television. Everything was close by or a short drive in some instances for most major shopping malls. We had a secure reserved parking spot near the entrance of the unit. Thank you for your hospitality Jokha.

The property is clean, the location is great and has many hypermarkets/mall and restaurants around. The secondary bathroom is small for an above average built person; kitchen could be better equipped and side tables could be a plus for the second room with twin beds. Salim is very responsive and was always available on text. He accommodated our late check out request which is very nice of him to do. Overall I would recommend his place.
