7人家族で利用させて頂きました。 一家団欒で過ごしやすいダイニングキッチンとリビングで年末年始の冬場の利用でしたが、エアコンの効きが良く大変快適に過ごすことができました。 また、キッチンアイテムが豊富で滞在期間中の調理作業が捗り助かりました。 この度は本当にありがとうございました。再び機会がございました際は、よろしくお願い致します。

Lovely accommodation and comfy beds, a great location to get to the train station.

Han was very proactive in making sure we had a comfortable stay, the place was close enough to the station and had many stores in the area. Great spot if you want to check out universal studios.

Kiki has been a lovely host! We travel a lot around the world and she by far had the most welcoming accommodation. She was overly helpful with instructions on everything!! Additionally, she stocked the home with welcoming items and has thought of everything. Thank you Kiki :) The only thing hard for us were the beds as we like much softer beds; however, this is all personal preference ❤️ You’re an excellent host!!

This house is very comfortable and cozy. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and many convenience stores make it very convenient. It’s also very close to the city center. We’ll definitely be back!

El alojamiento esta muy bien, lo unico negativo es que las escaleras para subir a las habitaciones son de escalones muy pequeños y me puede ser peligroso por la noche.

Good location, close to the station and various restaurants. Quick response from host when questions asked. Nice place, very good stay for anyone looking.

In the backstreets on Namba, easy to get from Namba Station and Kansai International by train. Lots of local eating options and not far from Dotonbori. Very clean.

We loved our stay! Super walkable to Dotondori and very close to all train stations. Kikka was very quick to reply to questions and was very helpful! I would stay here again in the future, highly recommend!

the room is exactly the same with the picture. and only by foot to shinsaibashi. The hosts very communicative and helpful 👍👍 super recommend

Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was man benötigt. Es gibt direkt in der Nähe mehrere verschiedene Supermärkte und Restaurants. Man kommt innerhalb von knapp 7min zu den nächsten Bahnstationen. Mein einziger kleiner Makel ist, dass die Wohnung direkt an einer recht gut befahrenen Straße liegt und man die Geräusche noch in der Wohnung hören kann. Solange man nicht sehr empfindlich dafür ist, sollte das jedoch kein zu großes Problem sein.

Wow! We loved the experience of staying in an authentic Japanese apartment. The space was beautifully furnished, spotless and very quiet. We couldn’t have asked for a better location - just minutes from the metro and 1 short block from Dotonbori.

Good location and fast response times.

The accommodation was everything me and my friend could have asked for. After coming from a tiny room in Tokyo this was a welcome change with tons of space, comfortable beds and everything we could have asked for, even a washing machine which was handy. Close to Dotonbori too and Bi was attentive if we needed suggestions on restaurants or places to go, ticked every box for us!

The space allowed us to try staying at a place with tatami mat flooring and experience sleeping on futons. Having laundry available was helpful since my friend and I were in Japan for almost 2 weeks. Luggage storage was nearby as well when we went to use it. Thank you Ryota for the clear instructions and helping provide support during our trip!

This place was a perfect stay for me and my family during our holiday in Osaka. It had everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The place is near Daikokucho, Imamiya and shin-Imamiya stations making it very easy to get around. Host was very responsive and proactive.

was a great experience, everything was cleaned prior to our arrival. Host was always responsive to questions and messages. check in and check out instructions were clear and available in multiple languages. location was amazing. super close to dontonburi and all other activities. Will definitely be looking to stay in this location again. overall highly recommend staying with this host and in this location.
