The host was helpful and flexible even mthough we arrived at 3pm via train in Jogja. The place was easy to find by Grabcar, the access was easy. We had a great time at Sifa's with all amenities complete for our short vacation needs. We rented motorcycles in Jogja and there are ample parking space in front of the house. Its not near the busy and noisy part of the town, but yet still close to everywhere. Highly recommended

This property offers a pleasant ambiance, prime location, comprehensive kitchen facilities, and a well-maintained swimming pool.

I stay here for 2 days and everything was meet my expectation, host was very helpful, very homey, hot water sometimes on and off. Cleanliness can be improve. Location is not too crowded and not far from tourist area. Pricewise is worth it. If there is a karaoke and smart tv this would be complete package.

It was like second home, we stayed for 6 days as my son took test of college (IUP UGM). The host was very friendly, met Bu Darno and had opportunity to talk with. A very strategic place near to every place we destined. A kitchen complete with some ramen and eggs, dispenser full of water, and cooking appliances also fulfilled. I love the ambiance of the homestay, very calm, homey vibes, especially when it was after rain…Syahduuu 😊😍 It’s just for input that might can be considered by the host, if the microwave also could be facilitated, as we have been there in the fasting time, it will be easier to warn the food before sahur..😊

Mr Nu is very responsive. I asked many things and he replied promptly and was also very helpful. beautiful and comfortable home environment. very suitable for staying more than 5 people. Housekeeper, Akmal is also very helpful. He will text to tell when he will clean the house and room and ask for permission to clean the house. Akmal is also ready to help manage laundry matters. He himself will bring clothes and pick up clothes from the laundry for a reasonable charge. The room is always tidy and the towels are changed frequently by him. Thank you Mr. Nu and Akmal, I will definitely come again sometime.

this house is at a very convenient location; the landlord is friendly and sent us fruit :) the only thing that might need attention is that not every restroom is well equipped with heater

cocok untuk liburan keluarga besar, owner fast respon dan sangat membantu jika membutuhkan sesuatu, wlwpun parkir jauh tp tetap dibantu untuk parkir dan membawa barang2

It’s a short drive to these landmarks, making it convenient for travelers who want to explore the city. However, the entrance road is quite narrow, which might be challenging if you’re driving a large vehicle. Motorbikes and smaller cars can pass through without much trouble, but those with larger vehicles may need to be extra careful. For the rooms.. it's clean, cozy, and well-maintained. While not luxurious, they offer everything needed for a comfortable stay. We love the dining area and living room area, pretty comfortable for groups!

"Rumah Inap Murah, Strategis, dan Serba Ada" Pengalaman pertama menggunakan Airbnb dan menemukan penginapan ini, seakan akan hotel dan penginapan lain di sekitar Malioboro sudah tidak menarik lagi. Setelah sampai, singgah, lalu pulang ternyata keputusan yang saya ambil sangat tepat. Dua bulan sebelum ke jogja, saya menemukan penginapan ini dengan kualitas dan harga yang bisa diadu dengan hotel di sekitar malioboro. Lokasinya sangat jelas di Gmaps, apapun yang dibutuhkan sangat mudah dijangkau. Suasana sekitar rumah sangat nyaman layaknya saya menjadi warga lokal Jogja. Setibanya di penginapan, semuanya terlihat sama seperti di iklan, bahkan terdapat beberapa tambahan fasilitas, ini sudah lebih dari ekspetasi saya. Datang dan buktikan semua yang saya katakan. Terima kasih banyak Mas Sonny dan Mba Dewi untuk semuanya, segala kekurangan kami sebagai tamu mohon dimaafkan, semoga bisa kembali ke Jogja dan menginap lagi di Kunchi House, sehat selalu Mas Sonny dan Mba Dewi serta keluarga

Tempat menginap yang sangat nyaman, tenang, AC dingin. Lokasinya dekat dengan beberapa tempat makan yang variatif, dekat juga dengan minimarket. Penyedia layanan komunikatif, penyampaian informasi sangat jelas. Lain waktu akan menginap lagi disini kalau berkunjung ke Jogja bersama keluarga.

Rumah di buat senyaman mungkin dengan dekorasi minimalis sangat cocok sebagai tempat istirahat bersama keluarga dengan lokasi yang strategis di tengah perkotaan.

We booked the second time and where again really happy with Ferry’s accommodation. It’s super clean, many nice details and just really comfy to stay. It’s very quiet so it’s easy to get a good rest after a long day of exploring. The WiFi connection is fast and good for working. I will definitely be back!

lokasi strategis. kisaran 15 mnt ke kota atau ke beberapa tempat makan yg favorit. sekitar rumah jg ada beberapa tempat makan yg buka dan enak. host responsif. proses check in yg mudah. rumah yang bersih. lingkungan rumah yang tenang. so far so good. nice to stay. thank you mas brian. 😊
