owner sungguh baik sekali, saya sampai jam 11 malam dan owner menunggu saya untuk bisa check in.. tempatnya sangat luas, kamar tidur sangat nyaman dan bersih.. kapan² kalau ke Jogja, saya akan menginap disana lagi

I love the place as it shows exactly like the photos on the apps. place is very comfortable with not too much elegant touch. you will feel like you are actually at home. Dian who met us during check-in time was very kind as well. she explained all the important things and is very responsive when we have any question. I will book this place again for sure when I come back with my family next time

We enjoyed our few days here. The breakfast and laundry services were much appreciated. The space offered a peaceful, traditional feel inside the city. The pool provided a refreshing start to each day. We loved our time in Yogya and this space certainly played a part.

A peaceful homestay in Prawirotaman, an area surrounding is quiet and friendly The house is enough for 6 people and the positioning of furniture is good and makes the house is wider So far enjoy for family staycation

this house is at a very convenient location; the landlord is friendly and sent us fruit :) the only thing that might need attention is that not every restroom is well equipped with heater

Henry has such a great place. Its clean adn location are great. Its Clean, and everything provided. Thank you Henry for such great place for us to stay. No complaints...... 8 of us stay comfortably in 4 bedroom......

The host was always very responsive and helpful and It was easy to checkin. The place was very clean and it was so much space, we felt very comfortable. There are many restaurants, food stalls and small shops nearby.

Great apartment. It feels like home :) The host was also very friendly. I had a cleaning without any problem. The location is very quiet and beautiful. It was a bit far from the city center, but it was what I needed.

Stayed 3 nights. Husband and wife and 2 sons. The apartment is very spacious, clean, complete and strategic. The outer building looks old. But the whole area is quite clean. Clean lobby, clean corridors. There is a centralized rubbish bin outside the room so you don't need to go out and look for a rubbish bin. The receptionist is also friendly. The AC functions well in the bedroom and living room. Cutlery, complete kitchen equipment. Cleaning equipment is available. Lots of doormats. Clean bedroom. Blankets, bolsters pillow and bath towels are available. Clean refrigerator and microwave. The check in and check out process is easy and smooth. Strategic location. Many food places around the apartment. Parking is spacious. Children's favorite area is swimming pool. Mas Irwan as the host is very communicative and responsive. Unfortunately, wifi doesn't work at all. But that's okay, no big deal. We also don't spend all day in the apartment. This apartment is highly recommended for

Agung is a friendly and on time guy. I got a very early check in easily. Though it's rather old furnished, the place is cozy and clean. The pool is good and also clean. Will be there again next time.

The apartment is in an ideal location for exploring the city. We were able relax in a safe and secure environment after doing some trips. Stephine installed a new Wi-Fi connection in time for our arrival which was helpful. On arrival we collected the key from the 24-hour reception desk without any delay. All we had to do is take the lift and let ourselves in to the apartment which was clean and ready for use. Wakingup on the first morning we could see clearly in the distance Mt Merapi volcano from the balcony which was a perfect start to the day. Next time I visit Jogja I hope to see Merapi from the balcony once again.

Home away from home, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Jogja. The neighbourhood is very friendly if you take the time to get to know the people. Edi is always smiling and makes a great Coffe that can fix your mood on any day! Can't wait to come back to the Kampung and hang out with everyone.

Saya memilih apartemen ini karena berada di pusat kota dan dekat dengan tujuan kunjungan saya di UGM...Waktu check-in yang flexible dan tuan rumah Bu Titik sangat responsif dan ramah...Unit apartemen sangat lengkap, bersih dan aman..Kamar tidur yang nyaman, kamar mandi dengan amenities yang sangat lengkap,dapur dengan kelengkapan alat masak cukup banyak,meja makan dari kayu besar,AC disetiap ruangan berfungsi baik,TV dgn Netflix,kulkas,mesin cuci,air fryer,microwave,fasilitas kolam renang apartemen dapat digunakan dan bersih..Anak anak sangat senang menginap di unit apartemen ini..

Great place for a short stay to experience the city

Very nice place to stay in Jogja, the area is very nice with many restaurants around, the view from the room is very beautiful with Merapi mountain. The hosts were very helpful, there were some issues with wifi and drainage, and they fixed it pretty quickly 👍🏻👍🏻

The apartment is spacious and colourful! Beds are comfortable and AC in both bedrooms to keep you cool! Easy to get around with Grab and a couple nice cafes nearby. Would recommend!

menginap 4 malam di tempat Bu Fransisca terasa nyaman seperti di rumah.. tempatnya yang persis dengan di foto, bersih, fasilitas dan perlengkapan lengkap, hingga payung pun ada.. terlihat dari interior unit bagaimana Bu Fransisca menempatkan hatinya dan thoughtful terhadap pengunjung..
