Home away from home, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Jogja. The neighbourhood is very friendly if you take the time to get to know the people. Edi is always smiling and makes a great Coffe that can fix your mood on any day! Can't wait to come back to the Kampung and hang out with everyone.

Overall I like to stay at Arymbi's place. The scenery from room is great because it's directing to Merapi mountain. The room is really comfortable and clean, and for a studio room it's really big room! Maybe there are some things in the room that is not working as expected such as wifi & the android box, but it's not a big deal for me personally since most of my activity is outside of the room. The security on the lobby is also really kind and it has a convenient store on the ground floor which it's a good point too.

Igor is a very helpful host. He was prompt to respond to all queries. The place itself is located near UGM and has lots of students around. The building staff is helpful with small shops and laundries located within the complex. The apartment is like the photos. It is clean and well maintained. Wifi works fine. The one flaw in the construction of the apartment is a missing wash basin. There is a kitchen sink which had to be used as a wash basin too.

The location is still central, though it's a bit tucked into an alley. The room itself is clean, neat, and just as aesthetic as in the photos—I really liked it! However, the overall apartment building isn’t well-maintained and feels a bit dirty. That said, the service and hospitality from the tenants were top-notch. Lucia and her brother were super helpful from the moment I arrived until check-out. If she has another place in a better-managed apartment in Jogja, I’d definitely consider staying there for my next trip!

The apartment and building were amazing-rooftop pool, gym, and the bed was so comfy. Only thing was that the weather did not cooperate- the volcano was nowhere to be seen!! (This was in November in case anyone is booking specifically for the view like I did.)

I absolutely loved my stay in this charming studio, beautifully adorned with a Japanese-style decor that really made the space feel special. The room was wonderfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—from an abundance of towels to a full set of cooking ware and plenty of storage options for clothes. The air conditioning was impressively quiet, and the bed was just perfect, making it truly feel like a home away from home. Maria was a fantastic host, always ready to help and quick to respond. A heartfelt thank you for such a welcoming and delightful stay!

Stayed 3 nights. Husband and wife and 2 sons. The apartment is very spacious, clean, complete and strategic. The outer building looks old. But the whole area is quite clean. Clean lobby, clean corridors. There is a centralized rubbish bin outside the room so you don't need to go out and look for a rubbish bin. The receptionist is also friendly. The AC functions well in the bedroom and living room. Cutlery, complete kitchen equipment. Cleaning equipment is available. Lots of doormats. Clean bedroom. Blankets, bolsters pillow and bath towels are available. Clean refrigerator and microwave. The check in and check out process is easy and smooth. Strategic location. Many food places around the apartment. Parking is spacious. Children's favorite area is swimming pool. Mas Irwan as the host is very communicative and responsive. Unfortunately, wifi doesn't work at all. But that's okay, no big deal. We also don't spend all day in the apartment. This apartment is highly recommended for

great place with beautiful interiror. Host was kind and the instructions are clear. I would recommend anyone (couple or small family) who visit Jogja or Sleman to stay here.

The place a little bit worn out. however, the host really friendly and responsive. whenever we got something to say, she/he will come back to you fast.

The building staff and security are friendly and helpful, the pool was nice and the place is quiet. the bed is comfortable and everything works well. The location isn't great, although the complex the building is in is nice and it was easy getting taxis. The only issues was there's not a proper chair for the desk so working was a bit uncomfortable, there's no microwave or oven or cooking oil, the morning call to prayer at 4am regularly woke me up, and it took a while to get check in instructions from the host the day of arrival. The internet was fast and mostly although there were slight problems with the network on a few days. Overall, this is a good place to stay and I would stay here again if you don't need to be in the centre of the city.

The washing machine was another great feature, adding convenience to an already perfect stay! The apartment staff were all incredible, consistently friendly, helpful, and super attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly. Helda herself is the highlight of the experience. She is a truly wonderful and caring host, going above and beyond to make her guests feel at home. Her genuine kindness and warm personality shine through in everything she does. It’s rare to meet someone as thoughtful and accommodating as Helda, and staying here felt like being part of a family. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you!!!
