Great apartment. It feels like home :) The host was also very friendly. I had a cleaning without any problem. The location is very quiet and beautiful. It was a bit far from the city center, but it was what I needed.

Home away from home, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Jogja. The neighbourhood is very friendly if you take the time to get to know the people. Edi is always smiling and makes a great Coffe that can fix your mood on any day! Can't wait to come back to the Kampung and hang out with everyone.

Igor is a very helpful host. He was prompt to respond to all queries. The place itself is located near UGM and has lots of students around. The building staff is helpful with small shops and laundries located within the complex. The apartment is like the photos. It is clean and well maintained. Wifi works fine. The one flaw in the construction of the apartment is a missing wash basin. There is a kitchen sink which had to be used as a wash basin too.

i stayed one week at the Apartment and had a great time. the Apartment was beautiful and the Check-in process was smooth and easy. The owner of the Apartment was friendly and easy to communicate with via direct Message and WA. i only can recommend this place :)

Helda's Airbnb in Yogyakarta is an absolute gem! The apartment is fantastic—organized, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The super-fast internet connection was a huge bonus, making it perfect for both work and relaxation. The comfortable bed ensured restful nights, and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze with all the necessary amenities provided. The washing machine was another great feature, adding convenience to an already perfect stay! The apartment staff were all incredible, consistently friendly, helpful, and super attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly. Helda herself is the highlight of the experience. She is a truly wonderful and caring host, going above and beyond to make her guests feel at home. Her genuine kindness and warm personality shine through in everything she does. It’s rare to meet someone as thoughtful and accommodating as Helda, and staying here felt like being part of a family. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you!!!

Super friendly, fast response, and helpful host. The space was clean and well maintained, the facility worked well (got internet TV and AC was cold!), contactless and flexible check in and out. My stay here was great. The apartment was as described and had pretty much everything I needed. The building has a great location for food options, but the best part is the rooftop pool. The Starbucks on the ground floor also comes in handy if you need to work. The communication with Nadisha went very smoothly. When I had a question or needed anything , the response and solution was quick.

lokasi masih terbilang sangat dekat untuk ke pusat kota (stasiun YK, tugu jogja, malioboro), tidak sepi, namun suasana di sekitar rumah masih tenang. ada warmindo di sebrang villa, setelah keluar villa langsung jalan untuk lalu lalang. untuk villanya cukup lengkap dan nyaman disinggahi, ada kompor, mesin cuci, jemuran, setrika, hair dryer. disediakan handuk, body lotion, shampoo & sabun, sikat gigi, water heater berfungsi dengan baik, ac dingin, dan dibersihkan 2x untuk seluruh villa. diberikan juga complimentary berupa teh, kopi, mie instan, dan kue ringan. hostnya fast respond, ramah, & clear memberikan informasi untuk check in & out. def recommended.

tempat nya enak, masuk gang tapi masih walkable. anak ku suka sekali ada kolam ikan dan kandang ayam di depan rumah. mungkin akan sedikit menggangu kalo yang ga suka suara ayam di pagi hari. to take a note juga, water heater nya yang model gas. agak sulit atur panas nya, ga rekomen buat langsung pakai dari shower, tapi owner udah sediakan juga ember buat nampung dan mix dengan air biasa. satu lagi, parkiran nya ngepas banget untuk mobil seukuran avanza , fit better buat yang lebih kecil dari itu, ukuran di atas nya kaya nya akan susah buat masuk parkiran nya. overall oke dan nyaman untuk stay 5 hari 4 malam 👌

The house is amazing. It have a small clean pool where kids can play around, it located in the middle of kampung so you'll have a fresh and clean air, it have a vintage spacious joglo where you can place an additional extra bed if needed or a common place from guest and visitor to hang around. They serve you with delicious breakfast and pack you with a wonderful take away local food. Wonderful.

It was like second home, we stayed for 6 days as my son took test of college (IUP UGM). The host was very friendly, met Bu Darno and had opportunity to talk with. A very strategic place near to every place we destined. A kitchen complete with some ramen and eggs, dispenser full of water, and cooking appliances also fulfilled. I love the ambiance of the homestay, very calm, homey vibes, especially when it was after rain…Syahduuu 😊😍 It’s just for input that might can be considered by the host, if the microwave also could be facilitated, as we have been there in the fasting time, it will be easier to warn the food before sahur..😊

Recommended to stay here. Near the mosque and peaceful place to stay.

Booked this for my mom and our family and they had a good time stayinh at Andrean’s place. The place was clean and they let my mom to drop off her luggage ahead of time before check in.

Tempat menginap yang sangat nyaman, tenang, AC dingin. Lokasinya dekat dengan beberapa tempat makan yang variatif, dekat juga dengan minimarket. Penyedia layanan komunikatif, penyampaian informasi sangat jelas. Lain waktu akan menginap lagi disini kalau berkunjung ke Jogja bersama keluarga.
