Awesome accomodation in the heart of Otaru, great host!

チェックインがスムーズでした。 2週間ほど滞在しましたが、部屋には生活に最低限必要なものが一通り揃っていました。 スーパーやさまざまな飲食店が徒歩圏内で利便性もよいです。 次回小樽に来た際にはぜひまた利用したいと思います。

The place was located near the canal and the busy parts of Otaru. The place was a bit tight as there were 3 beds but it was super clean and beautiful. Great host!

5명이 룸c, d를 8박 동안 사용했습니다. 레이아웃과 가구 배치가 너무나 실용적입니다! 세탁기와 욕실 시설도 너무 유용합니다. 인근에 드럭스토어와 난타루시장이 있고, 차로 10분거리안에 쿱마트와 이온몰이 있습니다~ 숙소 앞 대로변에서 오타루역까지 가는 버스도 많습니다. 도보로 이동 시 30분 소요 됩니다. 렌트를 하셨다면 오타루역 근처 유료주차장에 주차를 하고 돌아다녀도 됩니다~근처에 식당이 많지는 않지만, 인근이 반찬가게라는 식당을 2번 이용했는데 이모님 음식과 노래 실력이 일품입니다. 좋은 추억 만들고 잘쉬다 갑니다

I had a great experience staying at this place in Otaru. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for my trip. The location is perfect – just a short walk from a convenient store and the JR Otaru. It’s also right next to the beautiful old railway alley, which is a must-visit spot, especially during the winter when the snow makes it magical. This property is ideally situated for exploring Otaru, with the main street of cafes and shops only a short stroll away. You’ll get the best of both worlds: a peaceful, picturesque location with easy access to the city's attractions. The room itself is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a clean and well-maintained kitchen , washing machine. It offers great value for the price While check-in and check-out times aren't the most flexible, you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located spot in Otaru, I highly recommend this place!

非常好！就在小樽站旁边非常方便 有名景点只需步行15分钟就可以到达

We have visited Otaru many times. Minako’s apartment is one of the best we have stayed. Apartment is on top of a hill, incredible views of the ocean. Parking is easy. Apartment is very clean and has all amenities required.

The price was reasonable, and the space was reasonably large, so it was good to live.

Yuki is a great host, notifying all the information and details we need to know in advance, and responding to us in no time. The suite is nice and clean, and the facilities are great and very convenient in terms of use. Location is terrific - 5 min walk from Otaru station, and within 10 min walk to some very good restaurants and places of interest. Highly recommend it to all skiers or travelers.

We stayed for two nights to go skiing at Kiroro. This was a great spot to base out of. Walkable to sights and great restaurants in Otaru. Pretty much exactly as advertised; would stay again.

It was clean with wide space. The best thing is the location pretty near the station - a good choice when the snow is deep.

Within 5 mins walk from the subway station, many restaurant nearby, Lawson just 1 min walk, very clean n comfortable bed, kitchen utensils and laundry. Is a wonderful place to stay, recommended to stay here👍

This was a great spot, amazing view, and the hosts were so lovely. We had a misstep with finding the place (we didn't read the instructions), and they were so nice explaining it again. We also didn't know how to use the bath, they stepped us though it so graciously. The location is so close to a park, food, and has a gorgeous view. Can not recommend this place enough, will definitely be back. Thankyou!

We had an excellent stay. Highly recommend. Host was very responsive and accommodating. The unit was perfect. Kitchen was great. Living space was very cozy. Family loved the hot tub. Hope to be back soon. Thank you to the Elite Havens team.

Wir haben hier zu sechst (zwei Familien) übernachtet. die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und es hat das Nötigste zum Kochen. Die Unterkunft ist etwas Ausserhalb des Zentrums und man muss längere Spaziergänge nehmen, wenn man etwas anschauen oder Essen gehen will. Das Onsen im Dachgeschos war wunderbar. Wenn man Ski fahren möchte im Kokusai Gebiet und kein Auto hat, würde ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, weil nur die grossen Resorts Shuttles anbieten.

Nice view and good location. We enjoyed our stay. Also, gym and massage in the same building.

很難忘的北海道旅遊，謝謝Emiko總是努力的溝通提供建議， 房源是一個交通很方便的地方。而且樓下就有lawson，對於入住的旅客來說非常方便。 離電車及巴士也很近，雖然我們總是步行到大通及狸小路，對於我們而言在雪地裡散步也十分美好。 房源的景色十分美麗，暖氣也很溫暖，會再推薦身邊的人前往，也非常期待能夠再次造訪。

We enjoyed our stay at Lee’s Airbnb. It was clean and warm and as described. Easy to get inside and close to the city center. Right next to public transport. I would stay here again.
