Séjour très agréable dans un logement très bien placé (juste à côté de Hongdae). Hôte très agréable, réactif et donnant pleins d'informations sur le système de recyclage du pays (par exemple). Je recommande !

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

Great place to stay for a family of three! Our toddler had the second bedroom, allowing us to enjoy meals and relax without worrying about waking him during naps or bedtime. The apartment had all the essential amenities, and the washer and dryer were a huge plus. It’s conveniently located near Myeongdong, with plenty of nightlife, dining options, and convenience stores nearby. We easily found milk for our son at a small supermarket just down the street. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. Would love to stay again! There is a slight hill to get to the building, but the elevator was fast and reliable. We primarily used taxis via an app during our trip, and for easier pickup, it’s best to mark the location slightly down the street.

The place is so clean and safe. 6fl makes less noise from the street and so many great restaurants around. easy access to most of places in Seoul including aairport limo. Enjoyed staying and will be back soon.

This apartment is well located being close to the bus and train and many great restaurants both small and large. It is very modern and spacious with all new appliances and furnishings. There is a convenience store at ground level along with a 24 hour concierge. We felt very safe and comfortable here and we appreciated how responsive the host was to all our inquiries. We would happily recommend this property for both short and long term stays.

It was a good stay, space is clean and cozy. Water pressure was a bit low but other things are all good.

The accommodation was really pretty and unique! The host was really helpful and nice when we needed help with the air-con. She was ready to come over the next day to check if needed.

Three of us stayed (2 adult, 1 child) at the airbnb. It was nice and cosy at a quiet neighborhood. Check-in: Easy to follow the check-in instructions. Arrived at the place around 11pm. Accessibility: For families with a lot of luggages, this location is not easily accessible by large taxi (7/9 seater) due to the very narrow road. Our taxi driver cars’ (arrival & deeparture) were damaged as it tried to force into the narrow road. There is a nearby larger road which is 1.5mins walking distance from airbnb if you still insist on large taxis. Families with few luggages & using saloon car taxis shouldn’t have trouble accessing the road. Location: Walkable distance to itaewon station (10-15mins walk) and nearby convenience store available (5mins walk) Cleanliness: The airbnb was clean when we arrived. Communication with host: host is responsive and friendly. He is also helpful when we reported the airbnb wifi have issues on 1st day. He gave instructions on how to trouble.

근처병원 수술로 인해 연박을 했는데 몸이안좋아 더위와 추위를 다 겪으며 문의를 드렸는데 해결방안제시, 추운날씨임에도 선풍기를 내어주셔서 너무 감사했습니다!

It has a great location, just a minute's walk from the subway station, and the neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay at this place and I would recommend it.

I loved everything about Monica's place! First off, Monica is a wonderful host. The place is well maintained and very clean -equipped with modern sophisticated appliances through out the entire house. I took note of and appreciate how much care of each detail of the house was well thought out. From the maps and books provided, comfortable bedding, board games, the vibe in the upstairs bathroom area down to the kitchen hand soap. Also, place is 5 min walk to subway station, plenty of food places, shops, and supermarkets nearby. Monica's place exceeded my expectations and made my rest and stay in Korea for my family of 5 very memorable. It was a privilege to stay here. To this day, I'm still dreaming about waking up or walking back to Monica's place through a secret portal. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

2박3일동안 편안하게 아이들과 즐거운 시간 보낼수 있었습니다

這次是全家出遊，有老人家和小孩特別有輪椅的需求，非常感謝房東太太協助了輪椅的問題，真的非常感謝。同時一到的時候也協助我們外賣點餐，讓我們吃到非常美味的韓國食物，同時也帶我外出採購水果和飲料，這是我遇過最棒的房東，希望下次我到韓國還可以預約到他們的房子。這次很榮幸的總共租了四天三夜，我們人數眾多，房東太太也在床鋪上面給我們很大的協助，這是一次非常美好的經驗！ 非常值得推薦！

전체적으로 숙소 컨디션 및 호스트의 친절도는 만족합니다 다만 숙소의 위치상 주변에 갈만한곳이 살짝 아쉽습니다 차로 이동해야한다는 단점이 있고 도보로 다니기에는 살짝 불편한점이 있습니다

房子非常好，设施齐全，和在家里一样舒服。空间非常宽敞，孩子们可以跑来跑去的玩耍，不远的地方就是一个大超市，医院药店便利店非常多，交通在门口几步路就是公交，然后是地铁可以去任何地方。房东非常热心，帮我打印资料等方面，非常开心住进这个房屋，你们不会失望

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
