Stayed for a week and enjoyed being so close to the fabulous Avalon beach as the weather was hot. The villa was comfortable and cool with ceiling fans and air conditioners. Appreciated the early check-in and late check-out as it adds another day to your holiday. Simone was responsive to messages and went out of her way to provide assistance. Thank you.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A short walk to a the beach where we enjoyed beautiful sunset swims. The heated pool at the house and fireplace were a highlight.

Absolutely stunning stay. Such a beautiful, well kept property. Everything we needed was within the building also, we was also asked if there was anything we wanted or needed. David and Amy were super helpful in all aspects, as well as helping us with tips on our road trip we had coming up after our stay. Was super responsive when we messaged got any reason. 5 of us stayed here for a lovely relaxing girls weekend away. We had a great time. The house is spacious and comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Had everything you needed for your stay. This is a wonderful property! I was in town with a family of four and the accommodations were perfect! Stuart was very responsive and arranged for an early check-in when our flight arrived earlier than expected. When we checked-out of the property and left something valuable behind, Stuart was extremely responsive and helped us to quickly bring the issue to closure. I would stay here again if ever back in the area. Stuart is a great host and treated us like family.
