Harvey’s place was great! Everything was very clean and neat. Clear instructions on how to use lighting, appliances, and other equipment. My wife especially loved the pressure and the hand held shower head in the bathroom for washing her long hair. Everything was great, place was as described and pictured. Great place to stay.

This home is amazing! It was perfect for our group of ten family members that were in the area to celebrate a wedding for the weekend. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and we were so impressed with their hospitality!! So many nice touches and such a spacious, comfortable home - no detail overlooked. Enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return.

This was our first experience with an Air B&B and happy that it was with Spencer. Our main reason for the East Coast trip was to see our grandsons football games at Bowdoin College and it was a perfect location. We stayed for seven weeks and loved the experience.

We had a lovely weekend at Debbie's home! It was immaculate and very welcoming. The place is located right off the main road but is secluded. The weather wasn't great so we didn't get to enjoy the grill or outdoor setup but it looked very nice. The kitchen was amazing! All the equipment was in great condition and as a cook, was everything I wanted. Close to everything York has to offer! Great for families or a couple with a dog like us. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog, and a great location just 15 minutes to the downtown area!

Our party had a great stay at Julie's home! The house is so well stocked and so many logical choices were made by Julie to make the stay as convenient and effortless as possible. The hot tub was awesome, the lower floor was cozy and fun with plenty of games, and the layout was great for the two kids and two adults. The entire house was very clean and comfortable. Julie was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay. She also had a basket of goodies waiting for us on arrival. I would love to come back in the summer months to kayak on the lake. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We had an awesome weekend stay at Monique’s cottage. The house was clean and equipped with all amenities listed. The yard space is huge for backyard games. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this house. Spacious and a lot of light. You can see the marsh from the windows, which is lovely. Near the beach. Recommend!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

Cottage in Shapleigh a.k.a. CampTallPines exceeded our expectations. I was looking for a nice place as a mid-point to meet my adult daughter who lives in northern ME. I invited my mother (86) to join us. The cottage was recently renovated, the kitchen was perfect with all new appliances/gadgets, the bathrooms were beautiful, the beds were very comfortable and furnished with duvets covers and overall the cottage was homey with a beautiful mix of old and new. As for the outside, Christina and Liz have created a magical place for kids, young and old, to enjoy. We enjoyed a 55 degree day and walked to the lake, visited a maple farm, sat by the fire pit with wine, watched March Madness, and just enjoyed quality time together. It was perfect!

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time here! It was my husbands surprise 50th birthday, and we were able to fit all of our siblings, some friends, and kids! Tons of room for everyone! Would highly recommend.

Spent Thanksgiving at the cabin and it was absolutely perfect! Jim met us upon check-in with a welcome basket full of homemade baked goods—they were delicious! Home was stocked with board games and puzzles as well. 10/10 stay.

There a re couple of things, like that need some TLC which I am sure they will get once their spring cleanup and fixup happens. Great location and noce place. Upstairs suite is terrific

We were in the area for a wedding and wanted a dog-friendly place to stay! The property looks like the photos, was clean, and was a great spot for us to stay with our dog, Penny. Hoang was very responsive and gave great information to make sure we didn't have any issues once we got to the property. We definitely enjoyed our stay :)

This was an amazing choice for our New Year’s Eve celebration getaway. It was perfect in every way. A warm welcome first of all and very informative and accommodating after that. The location is hard to describe because it’s SO beautiful!! You can’t go wrong here. Perfection in every way. That we can assure. The winter is especially awesome- so we recommend you go for it. We absolutely loved it.

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

This was our second stay and we are planning to make it an annual event. The house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy and well stocked. I loved cooking in the kitchen surrounded by my family. The fireplace is amazing and the location is perfect. We ski Canmore and Bretton Woods and down town North Conway is filled with great bars and restaurants and 10 minutes from the house. Perfect spot.

We had a wonderful stay and Janice and Sean’s! It was a short stay, but still so very relaxing. I’d been eyeing their place for quite some time and when we finally arrived it was even more beautiful and peaceful than I’d imagined. Janice is a wonderful host—kind, proactive, and quick to make check-in an easy process. They make it very clear that the purpose of their property is to relax and to enjoy life. I already can’t wait to go back!! Thank you Sean and Janice!!

Host was great and friendly. Beautiful neighborhood. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Many extras like Keurig, coffee, tea hot chocolate and water bottles. Cozy extra blankets, fans and fireplace. Bathroom was clean and had liquid soaps, shampoo etc. Not a full kitchen, but all you need. Would definitely stay again.

It was the perfect location for a group of 6. Plenty of space and comfortable common area with a nice large dining table. Wonderful location and very walkable. Host was proactive with communication and very responsive. Highly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful stay and would absolutely return!
