Loved everything about this cute little cottage! A great little getaway! Will be back!

Paradise on the Lake was just that….Paradise. From Kayaking to swimming, Paradise on the lake was exactly what our two families needed. A great place to unwind before back to school. The beds were comfortable and the cottage was very cozy.

Our second time staying at the A-Frames, beautiful spot, loved the quiet setting. Our kids and dog absolutely loved it. We had everything we needed. Ryan is an excellent host!

Attention to details in this little chalet was beyond expectations. You start off by walking into a space that feel comfy, cozy and inviting. Music coming from Stacey’s personal playlist added to the chill atmosphere. Let’s not forget those special touches like lemon water in the fridge, and eucalyptus hanging in the shower adding to the spa retreat feeling. The Spa was as nordic as they come. It was a very cold couple of days but the wood stove and the heated mattress kept us warm. We loved taking advantage of the hot tub and saunas that was in the building right next to us. It was also a treat to have an outdoor campfire that Stacey and Brian graciously offered to start for us if we needed any help. Our crazy lab was also very welcomed and had a great time exploring, chasing a frisbee and meeting Cora. This was our first time here and will not be the last. Looking forward to exploring this property in the warmer months in order to take advantage of the river.

This was our third visit to Lynn’s. House was very clean and the wine and cheese were a very nice touch. Loved the view! We’ll definitely be back.

I have stayed at Barry's properties a few times now. Barry is a great host and his cabins are a great value.

Great place for our family to get together. Close to the water with everything we needed. Lots of games and puzzles for rainy days. We really enjoyed our stay.

Secluded and quiet place to kick back. beds were very comfortable and hosts made us at feel at home. John even started the campfire for us. we were shown around the shared kitchen and everything we needed was right there, even greeted by their friendly dog Ellie. Highly recommend !

Surprisingly well equipped cabin. The newly constructed road is shorter and relatively easy to follow; while wider than the old road and still with rocks here and there, it made getting to the cabin easy for anyone who has ever driven a dirt road. The location using a Pin link from Rte. 1 made it easy to find. The pair of loons came by daily on this quiet bay side of the lake, the sky was clear both nights for the Perseid meteor shower, and we even got a glimpse of a hummingbird. Many kitchen supplies included a good variety of spices, and plenty of pans and pots. Beds are very soft. The water was warm (mid-August) for swimming and the kayak. Neighbors were within shouting distance from the dock, and friendly. A couple of jet skis came by briefly but the small sheltered bay was mostly very quiet, with voices carrying from across the water. Bringing some drinking water was not burdensome. There were a few mosquitoes but not at all bad even lying out on the dock at night

Super endroit paradisiaque! Tout étais parfait! l'endroit est charmante et le froid hivernale a été réchauffée d'un bon feux de bois. mon fils a adoré trouver des jouets pour l'occuper en attendant l'arriver du père noël. Nous adorerions y retourner durant une autre saison afin de profiter du lac.

Was a great “ off grid” location that had everything you needed for a weekend surrounded by nature. Camp was plenty big with huge screened in porch area.

It was a wonderful cottage - there was nothing we 'wanted for' right down to Q-tips in the bathroom! It really was a home away from home. The location was gorgeous, with a fabulous view of the lake. Karen is a very gracious host, making sure that we had everything we needed, as well as greeting us upon our arrival. We look forward to a return visit to Karen's cottage next summer.

Had a last minute check in, was accommodated swiftly and painlessly. As it is spring now, I believe it would be beautiful in the summer time.

Jeremy was the best host ever!! This is a beautiful area to visit. I can’t even begin to describe the serenity and peacefulness at this beautiful cabin! The lake is crystal clear and the stars are so vibrant ! This is definite place to come back to. We were there in the fall and the colors were just beautiful!! The weather was perfect!! Next time we come back to Maine we will be staying longer! You won’t regret staying with Jeremy and his wife are truly great people!

Carrie and Roger have a beautiful oasis on the Nashwaak river that I am very grateful they feel to share. The accommodations were fantastic, everything was in its place, felt very fresh and new. Very impressed on how much is included in their cottage. From the welcome package treats to the fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, with extras in case you forget something. In was a great experience to which my kids were asking if we could move there within the first 60 seconds of pulling in the driveway. A real cozy feeling place to stay and very hospitable owners!! Would highly recommend and hope we can stay there again soon. 12out of 10 review. 5 stars for sure. Thanks again Carrie and Roger.
