LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

Alicia’s place is better than portrayed in the pictures. There is beautiful light. The kitchen is wonderful. The surroundings are very peaceful. It is located very close to York Village and the York beaches. We definitely recommend this place.

Awesome place! If you've always wanted to stay in a 5-star AirBnB, this is it. Spotlessly clean, great surroundings, private and very welcoming. Everything was perfect, in great condition and exactly like the listing. We don't give out 5-star ratings very often so you can bet this one is genuine. Very highly recommended.

Kati’s house is a beautiful beach house and would be a dream in the summer. We came in December for Christmas Prelude so while we couldn’t enjoy the beach, the house was well equipped for the cold weather with a cozy electric fireplace and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We were able to walk into town and back (about a mile, but there are sidewalks and streetlights, and it was easier and safer than driving). We felt right at home in the spacious and open living area. The master bedroom has a sliding door out to the back deck that doesn’t lock and was therefore quite cold, so we did not sleep in this room. Also, Kati stayed in the unit downstairs, so while we did not share any actual living spaces, we did share the overall property (not sure if this is always the case, or just happened to be while we were there). This did not disrupt our experience at all, though. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great location, there was construction hear by but you couldn't really hear it. There is also a train that runs maybe a 1/4 mile behind the house, you can hear it a little bit but for us wasnt a problem with 3 children in the house.

Or stay exceeded or expectations. We rented the place for my 60th birthday with seven other women! Everything was top notch, very clean, very comfortable very cozy. Everything we needed to cook was available the beds we are very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean organized. We could not have asked for anything more. This was one of the most organized, clean places easy accessible to town. Kennebunkport is stunning. I will definitely rent this place again. Thank you so much Tim for your kind hospitality and all your help and for the beautiful Maine goodies, you left us ! So thoughtful and sweet !

Who knew that inside an assuming building is a massive, quirky and cute space? It’s also in the perfect location close to restaurants. The apartment has everything you need and the space to host friends or family. The host was responsive. As someone who has lived in Portland and in many historic homes, it’s very normal for even the best renovated places to have a couple of more rustic details (wear & tear). The previous review disgracing this place is by someone who clearly this was not a match (they should have stayed in a modern hotel). It’s obvious that the host has been incrementally restoring this place and putting their own sweat in to make it a great airbnb. I would definitely stay here again. No question.

Excellent stay over about ten days. Very convenient location. Just a block from the Amtrak station. Quaint downtown that's getting heavy development. Plenty of dining options. Central heating works really well. Older building, but this 2nd floor unit is comfortable and cozy. Free use of shared washer and dryer in the basement. Travis is pretty accessible if you need to reach him for any reason.

Caitlin and her adorable space were amazing! My friend/assistant trainer and I stayed two nights for the weekend to go to a continuing education dog training conference in Ossipee, only 25 minutes away. The host does not typically allow dogs; however, they were ADA compliant and had no issue allowing my friend/assistant’s well-trained service dog. Other accommodations in the area did give us a hard time, so we chose this space for many reasons, including the host’s welcoming attitude.

Loved our stay! The airbnb is located above a restaurant, so parking in the assigned spaces can be a bit tricky if you arrive at night, but still no issues as we parked in a restaurant spot until we could move the cars later. The location is great, walkable to town and the cliff walk. The inside was more spacious than we anticipated from the photos and it was so nicely decorated! Would definitely come back! The side door was a bit tricky to lock, so I’d recommend only opening if you plan to use the little porch area with the full wall opened up.

This is a great place if you are traveling with dogs and want an easy peasy location in downtown Portland with your own parking spot. There are so many parks and beaches to walk dogs and the kitchen in the Airbnb make staying a few extra days easier. This place is centrally located and everything you could possibly want to do in downtown Portland is walkable.

Host was great and friendly. Beautiful neighborhood. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Many extras like Keurig, coffee, tea hot chocolate and water bottles. Cozy extra blankets, fans and fireplace. Bathroom was clean and had liquid soaps, shampoo etc. Not a full kitchen, but all you need. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The Air BnB was convenient to any place we wanted to go. We were able to walk to dinner our first night there, which was nice. The bed was comfortable and king size, which was a requirement.
