Everything was great!

We stayed at old orchard beach for a bachelorette party and had a great stay. We stayed during the winter but the beach was still beautiful for walking and there is a brand new hot tub on the beautiful rooftop deck with ocean views. You are literally steps from the beach which is great. About a 25 min drive to downtown Portland. Jason was extremely responsive both before check in and during our stay. We asked him for more towels and he delivered within 20 mins. The house was clean, beds extremely comfortable. I would love to come back, especially during the summer.

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. Thanks!!

What a find! Fabulous location; well-appointed, comfortable, and stylish accommodations; and a warm and accessible host. Great place to stay even during depths of winter. (Summer must be glorious!) Thank you so much, Molly; our group of girlfriends had a wonderful time, and we hope to return someday.

This was the perfect place for a girls' trip for 12. The communal space was even better than the pictures -- we had plenty of room to lounge, eat, play games, etc. The hot tub was so conveniently located and beach is just steps away. Everyone had a good sleeping space and everything was clean, well appointed, and beautiful. Jason was very responsive, had good recommendations (though in March, there is just less locally available, but in the summer I can see how it would have been perfect), and the check in and check out were super easy. We do this trip every year and we all agreed we'd come back to this place in a heartbeat.

Great location on the water, with a top tier hot tub. Super relaxing, comfortable. The dogs had a fenced in area which made it the perfect fit.

We rented John’s place the end of March for a basketball tournament and it was perfect!! It’s a quick walk to the beach, close to shops, restaurants and stores with plenty of room for family and the kids loved the hot tub after a day of basketball! Definitely will rent again, preferably in the summer!!

Our stay at Audrey and Seb’s Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beautiful interior design—peaceful, inviting, and thoughtfully curated to create a truly relaxing atmosphere. My partner, my parents, and I were looking for a much-needed getaway from the stress of daily life, and this home provided the perfect retreat. The space was incredibly quiet and serene, allowing us to fully unwind. The hot tub was a fantastic touch, perfect for soaking away tension and enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. Every detail in the home contributed to a sense of calm, making it easy to settle in and feel at ease. Audrey and Seb were excellent hosts—attentive, welcoming, and ensuring that everything was just right for our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful escape!

My boyfriend & I visited the Pondview Cabin in late March for a night to relax & recharge. This adorable cabin is tucked into the woods & very private. There is a hot tub & a sauna a few steps from the door. The screened-in porch has a cute little daybed that had me dreaming about coming back during warm weather to curl up and read. The bed rests next to a large picture window, allowing beautiful views of the woods. We were thrilled to see an owl perched right outside. The crisp white bedding felt luxurious & the sound of rain against the wood roof was so romantic as we tucked in to watch movies & then got a great nights sleep. Every detail was thought of & made it feel special… robes, slippers, eye masks, smores & snacks, champagne, pancake mix & syrup, coffee pods, phone chargers, candles … It’s obvious Christian takes pride in providing a wonderful experience for his guests. We can’t wait to come back! Easy instructions, great suggestions for food, very communicative

We had a great time staying here for our ten year anniversary. There were plenty of games to keep us entertained. The wood stove kept us nice and cozzy, after coming in cold an wet from the hut tub. The place is conveniently close to any kind of store, should you find you forgot something at home. There are plenty of restaurant's to choose from, and it is far enough from the coast to keep you out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough that a day trip isnt a second thought. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here with my 4 nephews from 6-12 years old and 8 adults for a family vacation. If you are looking for a great place to relax with family this is ideal. Also the fishing was phenomenal.

Such an amazing getaway in a beautiful and peaceful spot! Everything was perfect and would happily return and recommend to anyone!
