Our family stayed here while visiting family in Maine. There was a total of 5 adults and 5 children and more than enough space for all of us without feeling crowded. The location was perfect for the kids as it is right on the beach but the water is calm so you aren’t worried about the waves taking one of the children with them! The house is extraordinary and beautiful inside and out. The work Erin and her husband have put into this home is unmatched. Erin stayed in the bottom space two of the nights and meeting her made everything come together as she is the sweetest and most welcoming person. I cannot say enough great things about this place. We will use this home for all our return visits indefinitely. Thank you Erin for having us in your beautiful home!

My family and I loved everything about the home! It is super cozy and plenty of room for everyone. I was able to do some ice fishing right from the home which was awesome. Elizabeth stayed in contact with me throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed to make sure we enjoyed the stay and was very quick to respond if I had questions. We will absolutely stay again. Thanks again!

Michael’s house was a perfect place for our Valentine’s Day weekend getaway. The house was immaculate. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. The bed was firm and comfortable. The upstairs sitting area overlooked the water and was a great place for us to sit, talk, and enjoy a glass of wine. The living room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The beach and neighborhood are beautiful and private. The host was extremely responsive and amicable. Communication was consistent and proactive. We look forward to coming back in the warmer months to enjoy Fortunes Rocks Beach again!

Absolutely wonderful home and location. The host's communication was excellent. There were plenty of suggestions and recommendations. Home was extremely clean and had everything you needed to feel at home. Would highly recommend this home. We consider it the best in Kennebunkport!

Claire and Karen's home was the perfect destination for our Christmas gathering. The house was super clean and well equipped with anything a guest could need. The three story living worked well with adult children and the open layout was great for cooking, eating and spending time as a group. A detailed "welcome book" provided local recommendations which was greatly appreciated and made our arrival and departure a breeze. It was a beautiful setting with extra touches that made it feel warm and inviting. I highly recommend this property and want to thank both Claire and Karen for making our holiday special and sharing their beautiful home!

This cottage is a great stay with a beautiful view. As another review mentions it does sit very close to several neighboring cottages but in our week there it was pretty quiet. The pond was perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding. When we were ready to move on there was plenty to do - hiking, shopping, a great beach - all about 30 minutes away. The beds are super comfortable which is always a bonus! Definitely worth mentioning that months after booking we had a schedule change and Michael was so accommodating - he switched our Sunday -Saturday stay to a Wednesday- Tuesday stay immediately with no questions asked.

This was the perfect place for a girls' trip for 12. The communal space was even better than the pictures -- we had plenty of room to lounge, eat, play games, etc. The hot tub was so conveniently located and beach is just steps away. Everyone had a good sleeping space and everything was clean, well appointed, and beautiful. Jason was very responsive, had good recommendations (though in March, there is just less locally available, but in the summer I can see how it would have been perfect), and the check in and check out were super easy. We do this trip every year and we all agreed we'd come back to this place in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful week in your beautiful home! The house has everything you could need, basic kitchen utensils, towels for both the hot tub and bathrooms as well as pods for laundry. The views were beautiful and the neighbors were very quiet. So many great restaurants around the area as well, definitely recommend staying here!

My husband and I spent 6 days here for our anniversary. I wanted a location on the water and close to visit all the major coastal towns in Maine. This was perfect! The home, felt like home, and everything was clean and beautiful. Adam was very helpful whenever I had any questions. Sipping coffee every morning on the back porch and watching the sunrise over the lake was so peaceful. Grocery store close by and great hiking/walking areas right out the front door. Can’t wait to come back and bring the family.

We recently spent a week here & had a wonderful time. The house is private & somewhat secluded, and the location is convenient for shopping and/or going to the coast. The house itself was clean and the furniture comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, bakeware, and pots & pans. Rocking on the front porch, the hot tub, and the fire pit offer great relaxation with a nice view of the lake. We'll most likely stay here again next year.

This was a great get away. Right on the lake with the convenience of using their kayaks, row boat, and peddleboat. Also had an array of life jackets for everyone to be safe. Scenery is beautiful, location is peaceful! We read, kayaked, played pinpong in their basement, sat around the firepit and listened to nature! The house is exactly how you see it in the pics, plus better! The home is spotless and has everything you need! Host Heidi is very responsive! They even have many board games and puzzles to play. Loved staying here with my girl friends for the weekend! The views are incredible. Thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the lake and the fire pit for s’mores! Great place for a getaway

Amazing place to stay! Beautiful scenery and the most peaceful place I’ve stayed at in Maine. Definitely going to be back!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Debbie’s cabin. The interior is tidy, simply furnished and decorated with Debbie’s nice paintings. The heater worked well, but it was a little noisy. Luckily we didn’t need it through the night, so we were able to enjoy the peace and calm of the quiet lakeside location. Nothing like waking up to the view of that pristine lake. Some mornings it was so still it reflected the trees. We loved that. Water pressure was a little touch and go, but overall not a problem.

The Loon's Nest exceeded our expectations. The cottage is in a beautiful setting on a peaceful lake. It is well appointed inside and out so that you have everything you need for an amazing lakefront getaway.

From arriving to the hospitality throughout the stay to check out everything was just amazing!! Hidden gem for sure! Very relaxing cottage with a beautiful view. Very cozy, felt right at home. I used to live in Maine so returning for NYE and my daughter’s birthday and experiencing this after the fast pace living in Miami was an amazing experience, just what I needed!

Our stay here was wonderful, it’s private and quiet and a great little retreat. The house was so cute and very clean. The patio and views of the lake were incredible! Would definitely recommend this place as a place to stay!

Host’s were extremely friendly and accommodating. You have your own private dock to fish from or swim. Kayaks were available and such a treat on the beautiful pond. Close proximity to Portland made for a nice night out. Will book again.

Tammy’s place was the most perfect getaway! This cute cottage was a great spot for our honeymoon. It was secluded and quiet with a private dock to the lake. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for us to enjoy a little bit of everything. We got to take the boat onto the water and just relax in the sun. We used the fully stocked and prepared kitchen to cook many meals that we enjoyed on the closed deck. Tammy was kind and helpful from the moment we booked. This was a steal, I highly recommend!!

Perfect getaway if you’re looking for somewhere nice and peaceful.

Beautiful place! We had a quiet relaxing weekend with the family here. Lots of snow (in February) for the kids to play in but the neighborhood did a great job clearing the snow. Amazing little was town feel and absolutely peaceful. We liked that each family with us had their own living quarters for the weekend (separate bedrooms and bathrooms.) this place has to be amazing in the summer and fall.

This cabin was the perfect getaway for two! the scenery was gorgeous with the river flowing right in front of the cabin. It was clean and peaceful. Teresa was very responsive and helpful. Even though it was secluded, it still had all the modern amenities that you needed, including the surround sound speakers! We loved our time here and hope to come back in the future!

We love this area in the snow. We may be returning to expense all there is to do in the warmer weather. The cabin is so heart filled with little touches of expression around every corner. The furniture was comfortable, and the rooms each felt enjoyable in their own little way. The kitchen had everything from a Keurig to a crock-pot, beautiful countertops and a drawer that doubles as a bottle opener. The living area had an awesome little bear, we named him koda, that could probably double as an ottoman but he doesn’t like that. The beds are all super comfortable, we know because even though the loft seems like it’s for kids, we thought it was a really cool space too. We almost wish there was a chest full of nerf guns to ambush whom ever might venture below. The game room was epic, and we played everything from Ping-pong to corn-hole. The multi-Arcade system had all the games that fun-spot had and more! We love this place so much and hope to return as soon as we can.

Really nice cabin, great location, everything was super clean and well organized! The hosts were very responsive, the cabin had everything we needed from cooking appliances to toiletries. Overall super cozy (especially the living room equipped with a projector) and we definitely hope to come back!
