I have used James many times now to lodge employees from Minnesota while attending training in the Charlotte area. All aspects of our interactions have been EXCELLENT! My employees request to stay there versus a hotel. The amenities, cleanliness, location, and peacefulness of the lake far out weigh anything a local hotel can offer. He's always the first place we look to book. 100% recommended.

The location and property was just what I was looking for in my search. Safe, comfortable, clean and convenient.

We spent a week in South Carolina for an adoption. Sandra was extremely flexible with our unpredictable schedule. The place was clean and everything was exactly as described. Our children were allowed to feed the chickens, too! If we are ever traveling in the area again, we would definitely look to see if this place is available again.

Great place to stay and not far from Charlotte.

We chose Mandi's place for a Volleyball tournament for my daughter and friend and it was perfect. After games the girls walked nearby trails, hung out at the park, played ball with the local kids and enjoyed the lake scenery. Us moms fell in love with the porch! We breeze was sublime and we napped and enjoyed the birds chirping! The host family were a joy! Such a safe and relaxing community! We had no concerns with our girls exploring and enjoying their time together. Thank you guys for giving us a great weekend!

Great host. Had a minor issue and it was handled very quickly. Palatial's place looked exactly like the pictures. There were plenty of amenities included as we only stayed for one night. Kitchen was stocked with plenty. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed the peace and comfort of Jim and Marilyn’s place. The bed was comfortable and we felt right at home with the down comforter. The outdoor area was a nice bonus, with comfy chairs beside babbling water. Great location with access to hiking trails and main roads linking Ft. Mill and Rock Hill. Jim and Marilyn have lovingly thought of so many tiny details to make it a great stay!

The apartment was just as pictured. It was spacious, close to everything and very quiet. We had a great stay and definitely will book it again.
