The house was absolutely stunning and well furnished! The pictures posted were amazing but actually being in the home was absolutely breath-taking. The cost was well worth the experience! The house is extremely spacious inside (for my family of 9) and the exterior was the icing on the cake between the fire pit, lake activities (kayaking provided), and just relaxing in the pool or on the balcony. The surrounding neighborhood is all newly developed luxury homes right next to a golf course. Restaurants and shopping centers are about 10-15 mins away. Adam & Caleb were excellent hosts and were extremely welcoming! I will definitely be booking again with them in the future! Words & pictures are not enough for "The River House". The house & furnishings were extraordinary, clean & very comfortable. The hosts are very attentive to every detail ...even supplying bird seed. My family was here for 2 nights, so due to time constraints I was unable to fully enjoy the outdoors. My suggestion for future guests: pack plenty of groceries & summon your inner Ina Garten or Anthony Bourdain; few good books, & kick back & enjoy the birds, wildlife & water views. No need to leave & re-enter rat race until necessary. Thank you Dean & Angie for sharing your lovely home.

Wow, just wow!! We had an incredible 5 star experience/extended stay at this property and it’s hard to know how to best describe it. To begin with, it felt like home the minute we walked in. Too many wonderful details to list all, but here are some of our favorites: -welcome gift -clean and well decorated home -beautiful view and outdoor living space -safe and friendly neighborhood -comfortable bed -exceptionally well stocked kitchen -great local recommendations We made so many great memories during our stay! I really could go on and on. Most importantly, though, Lindsey is a very responsive and attentive host. As hosts ourselves, we highly recommend this property and would happily return to it in the future. Thank you, Lindsey! We could not have asked for more.

David is so sweet he responded in seconds he did everything to make sure our stay was good he even bought extra remotes and brought them by my guest we’re happy and home is gorgeous 😍

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Rock Hill. The home is perfect for our family to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Everything was neat and clean upon arrival and had clear instructions on how to use equipment or where to find things. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prep and serve. The outdoor area and toys were great entertainment for kids and adults. Great find!

Helena was extremely responsive and helped us with an unexpected need during our stay. The upstairs was great for our family and downstairs was perfect for sleeping kids while the adults hung out at night. Sunsets over the lake were hard to beat!

I have used James many times now to lodge employees from Minnesota while attending training in the Charlotte area. All aspects of our interactions have been EXCELLENT! My employees request to stay there versus a hotel. The amenities, cleanliness, location, and peacefulness of the lake far out weigh anything a local hotel can offer. He's always the first place we look to book. 100% recommended.

The place was as described and much much more. The lake was beautiful and peaceful even though we were there over Thanksgiving and the weather wasn’t the greatest but it was warmer than Ohio. Had a slight hiccup with the code to get in but Marla was there real quick to help us out. She went above and beyond to give us suggestions where to eat and where to explore since we never been to the area. I would highly recommend Marla’s lake house. We can’t wait to go back. Provided space and amenities were just right for our 2 teens, German Shepherd, wife & me. We have family friends in the area, so we are likely to return to this listing. We might bring our own kayaks next time just to balance out our options and in case the pontoon boat isn't available. I will remain a smidge jealous of the kitchen when I get home. My height-challenged spouse might've appreciated a step-stool for some cabinets and for using the clothes-dryer. We appreciated the selection of board games during the rainiest days and that the home seemed to be free of manufactured scents (like scented candles, etc.). Turns out, the water off the dock will yield some fun catfish catches. Cast southward and let it sit about 2 to 3 feet under a bobber. We baited our hooks with doughballs blended with cheese, Italian dressing, & brown sugar. Caught 8 in total during the last 2 days of our stay.

Beautiful Airbnb! A bit tricky driving to the house but overall amazing and well worth the stay!!! This host also allowed me to host my family and friends for an event! Theyre the best!! More than excited to book and stay when it gets warmer out :)

Great place for a lake weekend! I stayed here with 4 of my girlfriends and we had so much fun. There were plenty of floats, life jackets and activities for all of us to enjoy. I would definitely recommend staying here with your friends or family if you're looking for a little getaway.

Hands down the best rental experience we have ever had. We came down for spring break with our teenage children. The home was clean. No dust. No dirt. The yard was well kept as well as the dock. The beds and bedding were so comfortable! The renter came through with recommendations of local rentals and local things to go see. The location was beautiful and peaceful. The downside is coming in spring, many activities were not available during the weekdays while we were there since it is their off season. Since it is a small town and not a big tourist place, it is a bit difficult to find shirts or trinkets to take home as a souvenir. But Echo boutique was perfect and right around the corner along with a local Walmart.

Host was very responsive, willing to accommodate our changes and just overall superior experience!! The location is beautiful, my daughters enjoyed fishing in the dock. Great owners and would highly recommend !!
