Wondering time had by all!

It was great, especially for couples. Lake view, spa tub with jets, and building to go to for indoor outdoor pools and hot tubs, gym, and a pool table. A half basketball court, tennis court, walk trail, and lots of friendly people that work there. Steven is a great host, he responded to me less than 3 minutes after my first message and was responding to me no later than a minute after each message. He asked me what I was looking for and gave me other recommendations. My fiancé walked in and said, "wow, this is perfect." Thank you Steven, we will be back soon...

Ahmet was extremely helpful and responsive. We have enjoyed our stay here and believe others would also.

A+ great place, comfortable, clean and close to attractions

We loved our time at Todd’s place. It is convenient to all the attractions plus the resort itself has a lot to on-site. This is the perfect location if you’re traveling with kids. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Patriots place. The resort was immaculate. The pool area was beautiful. My son really enjoyed making s’mores at night. Overall we had a great getaway.

First time in Williamsburg and Steve’s place was worth it!! Clean, spacious and well taken care of, it’s in a nice gated community they have activities for the family, game rooms, pools (indoor and outdoor), and a tennis court all in the community, close to restaurants, shopping centers and of course BUSH GARDANS !!!

We had a wonderful time in Williamsburg and really enjoyed our stay at Kings Gate. The unit was very clean, the beds were very comfortable (and I am picky!) We had everything we needed for our stay and felt safe in the gated community. We didn't get the opportunity to use the pool or theater but that is certainly a plus as far as amenities go. I would definitely stay there again. For those of you who might be hesitant to stay in a time share community, it was not a problem in the least for us. When getting our parking pass they offered a free stay at another time if we would listen to a presentation. When we declined they were very polite and did not push the issue, which was most appreciated.

We had a great stay! Elizabeth was very easy to communicate with and her instructions and the property description were very clear and accurate. We were initially a little hesitant to book at a time share property, but we had no issues at check in and did not feel pressured at all to attend any sales pitch. I got a text the day after check in asking if I wanted to attend and offering some reward, but I just ignored it and that was that! Great location, very quiet area and just a short drive to anything you'd want to see in Williamsburg. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, and nice amenities. We would happily stay again!

Great value and proximity to downtown.

This was one of the best places I have stayed with air bnb. I appreciated that we didn’t have so much to do before checking out. That was such an awesome perk. The place was nice. There was many options of things to do. Wonderful experience

Brad and Sara have a lovely, spacious two-bedroom condo conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, and the downtown area. First, the check-in process was exceptionally smooth. Russell at the front desk was very polite and welcoming, and he even allowed us to check in two hours early. The beds were incredibly comfortable! My husband, who has hip problems, reported having the best sleep he's had in years! I made a note of the mattress brand so we could purchase one for home. We received discounted tickets to Busch Gardens Christmas Town, which was cold, but delightful. On the first night, I enjoyed the wonderful soaking jacuzzi tub. I should mention that we are seasoned travelers, and at 65 (and my 90-year-old mother, who traveled with us), we have high standards and would not hesitate to depart from any accommodation that failed to meet our expectations. My family and I had a wonderful stay, we loved the king size beds and had an overall great time. We liked the privacy and considering the reason for our stay it was a perfect match for us.

The unit was clean and comfortable. Todd was very responsive to messages. We enjoyed our stay.

Last minute trip and Ryan responded quickly and everything was perfect for the family

Maxx was a fantastic host, we had a large group and the space accommodated us well. There was a conflict with our first booking but Maxx went above and beyond to fix it and made our stay enjoyable.

Elizabeth was extremely responsive and friendly. The unit was as expected. Overall a great experience!

The Wyndham Club was an enjoyable stay at a good price. The kids loved the arcade, pools and mini golf. We appreciated the free upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, as well. One word of caution: be prepared for the front desk to try hard to sign you up for a time-share presentation, which is out of the host's control. It was still worth dealing with this for an enjoyable stay.
