We stayed here while visiting family in Virginia and had a great time! The space was spacious and comfortable, with everyone having their own bathroom and even a balcony. There was plenty to do on-site, including an arcade, indoor pool for cooler weather, and entertainment areas—perfect for our 5-year-old. The staff was super friendly, and the overall experience was top notch for our whole family! Thanks Randal

Great place in a great location. We loved having our own space with two bedrooms and a full kitchen only a short drive from Colonial Williamsburg.

Our family (6 people total) stayed for four days and spent our time at Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. The complex is about a 5-8 minute drive from CW and Jamestown, about 25 minutes to Yorktown. Perfect location, plenty of food options in the area, and it's quiet and away from traffic. Tons of amenities including indoor pool, arcade, and mini golf, though we did not use those as we were very busy being tourists. The check-in process took a bit of time due to our room not being ready when we arrived, but we got it resolved within 30 minutes or so. The condo was far more spacious than we anticipated and included two kitchens, a bathroom for each room, and laundry in the room. Large kitchen table allowed us to eat together for breakfast, and the spacious living room was big enough for everyone to hang out at night. Overall a great stay, at a very reasonable price compared to the hotels at the historic sites!

We loved Merlyn and Rick's place. The view was amazing, walk to the beach easy and close, decorated perfectly, clean and supplied with snacks and coffee for our stay. Restaurants and stores were close by. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Karen’s place! The entire unit was spotless, (I am OCD and I approve) perfectly located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All of the Hosts were very responsive and we had a smooth transition when we needed to extend once more. We would definitely book again!

We had a very peaceful and comfortable few days here. The place felt just like home and was very clean. We walked on the beach which is right across the street and to a cute cafe right down the street. The only recommendation I could make is adding a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. Other than that, it was perfect and we really enjoyed it! Thank you Hadley for your kindness.

The house is in an amazing location with lots to do and the host is very communicative and helpful.

The home was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect, and we especially appreciated the clean, modern bathrooms and cozy living space. We had a great stay at the colonies. It was a very convenient location close to lots of things to do. The pool area was super fun for all ages! The condo itself was set up nice and worked well for our group of 9

Mike and Gwen’s place is the perfect tranquil get away! My family had an absolute blast, and they were so accommodating. The views are incredible and the house is stocked with everything you need and more! We hope to be back again soon!

The location was fantastic, the living space was super comfortable and inviting, and the surrounding areas were beautiful. I had a wonderful, peaceful, and rejuvenating trip, all enriched by the culture and atmosphere of Williamsburg. Our little abode was the perfect home base, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Five stars all around.

The condo is well appointed with everything I needed. Kingsmill is a special place. Rodica was very quick to reply when I had a few different questions. Very comfortable bed and reading chairs. Top notch.

I appreciate Brooke for her very timely customer service & response time. I originally tried to book with another host within the same resort and he was so nasty, that I wasn't going to look again within this resort. I looked again and it was GOD who guided my fingers to her listing. I'm glad I didn't give up and So glad Brooke was the Angel to respond IMMEDIATELY! We loved our stay at Michael's condo. We had ample space and the setting was very peaceful and rejuvenating. The amenities were lovely. We love visiting the Williamsburg area and the location was perfect for all of the things we wanted to do!

I cannot rave about this place enough. Perfect for our family of five. Host is very responsive and incredibly sweet.
